Albergo Santo Stefano Bed and Breakfast

First of all, the hotel boasts of accepting animals without supplement, but then magically asking for extra money for daily cleaning, which moreover are not carried out and consist only in the change of the bathroom basket, beds not redone, towels never changed. They almost force you to never leave the dog in the room, despite the fact that you have well specified that in the hottest hours it would not come to the beach. Extras to be paid absolutely in CASH, such as air conditioning, and if you ask for the receipt they look at you like an alien. Not to mention the owner, perpetually annoyed and grumpy, who during our absence enters the room to leave disturbing notes. Fortunately, we have been coming to the Riviera for years and we have never had such an experience, sometimes it is better to change profession. Absolutely not recommended.

We always go from small, me and my cousin in the adriatic coast for the holidays; this was the first time that we have been disappointed by everything about the hotel. Time to start the harvest on the third floor, without elevator, with two little girls, one a year and 11 months, having to do several times a day up and down with bags and babies in arm. Never eaten so badly, and especially nothing, typical! Breakfast very poor, The croissants made one day yes and one no, and in the days is one per person. Lunch with pasta and seconds are too simple. Dinner with hot things as first, despite the 40 degrees! Not organized, there is something for allergies and even for children… I was forced to give the jar with jelly already ready brought from home, and also never given the priority to them before the adults, but always the opposite! They say one thing, there are grants and then it is done everything to the contrary. Tv in the room included in the price is non-existent and when I asked it was answered that it was an oversight! The last day tired of eating the evil we ask to go out to eat, and then do half-board, we are told, that would have been raised 15€ per person the price of the dinner on the day of payment, we are told that the half board you pay 4€ less only per person! Air conditioning not included: 5€ per day! stay bad the only positive thing the waiter who was not part of the family and that the hotel was close to shops and the beach.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the hotel Santo Stefano, the owner and his employees are very kind, excellent cuisine.
