Stanze decenti e personale cordiale stabile un po' datato e abbastanza pulito. Buona colazione.

I would have preferred the shower to the tub and a more modern décor, but in this hotel it is really good. Clean and large rooms, large bed and TV, air conditioning and fridge. The hearty breakfast with food for every need and taste (gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan for example) with very friendly and helpful staff (even dinner doesn't cost a disproportionate one). Convenient to reach Fico and the center of Bologna, the bus stops in front of the hotel. But the icing on the cake is the garage, unattended but free and connected directly to the floor, TOP!

Breakfast is terrible. Coffee, jam, bun and juice. That's all we fed our group before the long move.

Bellissimo hotel, la struttura è molto bella e grande, la hall è molto accogliente come anche il personale. Le stanze sono molto pulite e grandi. L'ambiente è molto tranquillo e rilassante. Il bar e le macchinette presenti all'interno sono molto comode.

A nice hotel to stay for the people who does not think that staying outside of the city a 15 min car drive distance. It has a very big garden and rooks are much larger than any other hotel in Bologna.

The team can basically be on the same floor. Rooms can be made of hot water.

They were on May 1, 2018. Spent and Rome. The room was clean and modern. The refrigerator and TV could not be turned on (it is probably too difficult for us). The staff was very helpful. Breakfast of the sou-soy. Overall, everything is OK.

Nice hotel for one night stay.

Comfortable and spacious room, a little dated but very clean and with a great view of nature. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice and the restaurant was very bad. Reception always open, staff very courteous. Parking large enough, but coming back late in the evening you may not find a place and have to park not in the spaces used. We couldn't get the elevator to work and we found out for ourselves that we have to hold down the key of the chosen plane.

Been around the hotels for so many years. This is definitely my favorite and I always go back very willingly. Excellent service, very professional and friendly staff. I recommend everyone to try the restaurant. I love their noodles in ragù.

The structure is a little dated, but the staff is nice and the rooms are quite comfortable, if the neighbors are quiet because the biggest flaw is that they are not at all soundproof which is very annoying. Located in a quiet area outside the city, it has a comfortable and ample parking. Simple but comfortable, it's perfect for business users. The staff were always helpful and courteous. Room wider than average, bright, quiet and well cleaned. Furnishings not recent but well preserved and functional. Good breakfast.

The hotel is very large, the staff polite. If you happen to be in a room inside the hotel, the stay will continue well. If unfortunately you settle in a room that is in the annexe (which is a structure reachable from the main one), it is very uncomfortable. I stayed in the cold and rainy days of February and every time even just to go to breakfast I had to go out in the rain. The rooms in this property are cold, uncomfortable and dated and mine also had the door handle broken and in addition the bathroom drain, just arrived, did not work. They fixed it after 2 reminders. Wi-Fi hardly ever takes.

In the bathroom I appreciated the products of "l'angelica" ' ample parking. When you book, you specify that you want to stay inside the property and not in the annex and everything will be fine.

For me it is a 3 star and 1/2, kind staff, rooms too calede, water in the rooms is offered by them, Wi-Fi present at only ADSL, Power also covered free, breakfast simple nothing special.

4 Star Hotel located on the outskirts of Bologna near the fair and close to Fico Eataly, not far from the Tangenziale and highway. Nice clean staff. Disabled access parking lot with lots of cars there are also parking spaces for disabled people. Suitable for all very nice and well kept hotel equipped with more elevators. I recommend competitive prices.

I am leaving saying that the staff were very friendly, friendly and helpful and that is why I did not have a lower rating. Really old room, furniture of 30 years ago, TV that does not take a canal, questionable greenish carpet and bathroom with bathtub that had mold on the corners. But the thing in my opinion more uncomfortable, was the absence of electrical outlets next to the bed, what really incomprehensible given the need in 2017 to use electronic devices for both work and leisure at any time. Breakfast with very little choice and not to my liking. How to conclude? I won't go back, and I'm sorry because as I originally wrote the staff proved much more valid than the property.

Pretty dated structure in the furnishings I personally stayed in the depandance and even here we would need a revamp. Cleanliness good staff courteous and helpful, hotel more suitable for congresses or other events than to real tourism. A 5-minute drive from the new Eataly World FICO.

Awful hotel. Rude unhelpful staff. Room is old poorly equiped. Beds are tiny. Not fout stars. Do not book here!

The hotel staff was onorganized. The breakfast was okay. The furnature is outdated. It is in the midlle of nowhere.

Everything is just great. Rooms, place, bathrooms, people in here… You will find nothing like this for twice this money.

Without more, the restaurant is worthless like the city next door.

Disgusting food, poor service and free Wi-Fi wasn't free, they held the 10 € deposit, advise against all this, to downgrade to 2 stars.

Student who stayed 2 days and I was unhappy from day one because it's food, which was bland and undercooked, rooms, full of dust, the "Free" Wi-Fi that much free was not, the TV that only spoke Japanese and other languages except Italian; Finally the Director held € 10 for 58 people bail complaining about us. There was a total of 580 €.
Also stood on a road at high speed, it looks more like a motel than a hotel.

I am a student of the school of sweaters, I was very disappointed when the Director no longer wanted infromed bail without a valid reason. Then this money there were literally removed from pockets.

Hotel clean and decent. Good breakfast and very comfortable the garage. Breakfast plentiful and very varied. Polite and friendly staff.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in December with my daughters. Great service, cleanliness of the rooms, maximum professionalism. Above expectations.

The Hotel is situated in a good location near the motorway exit and close to the Bologna Exhibition Centre. The great thing about this hotel is the wonderful Green Park that surrounds it. The rooms are not brand new but clean. Breakfast is more than enough. The price very good. I was good and the staff was very friendly. Hello.

For work I went several times and this is the negative summary.
Has no restaurant on site (or rather has it but you have to pay for), most often the internet does not work or has problems, the rooms are from 3 stars and not 4, not staff the best.
