The massage very relaxing, the beautiful and spacious Jacuzzi, great cleanliness, very kind and caring staff. Excellent food all good.

The structure is beautiful, the staff more than helpful to meet my needs And the room was spotless.
Not to mention the cutting board included in my package. It was so big that there is I made it to eat it all which I was very sorry because it was all exquisite!

I was monday and nightmare already when you enter and all gloomy … they just stole the holiday bonus I wouldn't even go there anymore gradis… very disgusting disappointment maximum, believe me in the evening already wanted to go away but x what I paid between hotel and parking I stayed … never again.

Yesterday we spent 3 hours of pure relaxation in the room with jacuzzi, modern room and cared for in detail, dedication and to finish a plentiful charcuterie platter. Welcoming and super nice staff what to say we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel located in the center of Naples. Friendly staff attentive to any customer need and finally wellness center where you can enjoy absolute relaxation to try absolutely.

I stayed two nights and three days at this property. Dinner 'platter of cold cuts and cheeses' miserable and with products of very low quality. Very small and very noisy room. I paid 500€ but the services I was offered are worth less than half. Incompetent masseur as young and novice. Bad breakfast.

Everything perfect clean environment cared for.

The very nice room but as a very poor welcome in the morning breakfast at 10:20 already had ended parking on the site say ke and unattended instead I had to pay aside x an indoor night and tt this was a very disappointed package of 240€.

Exceptional hotel. Impeccable service, the staff is always helpful, caring and attentive. Room beyond expectations (we stay in the king), spacious, with particular décor, romantic. It may seem a bit "dark" but, for me who love red, it's perfect. Large bathroom and equipped with everything, shower stall "for 2". To emphasize the hot tub in the room: beautiful, new, functional and working.
Super breakfast, wide choice for all tastes.
Cleaning at the highest levels, both with regard to the daily room rear-up and the common areas.
Exaggerated welcome aperitif!
Very convenient location, 2 steps from the Maschio Angioino, from Piazza Plebiscito, within walking distance in a few minutes.
Hotel easily accessible by car. There are 2 car parks kept in the adjacent buildings.
To conclude: I have a tourist facility and, in my life, "a little" I have traveled… It can be said that I have some experience… Well, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in! The next times we return to Naples we will definitely still be their guests.

Beautiful hotel, my husband and I chose a package with room with hot tub, aperitif and cut fruit. Clean room, all very detailed and romantic atmosphere, we spent 3 hours of pure relaxation. To be returned definitely ❤️

Welcome to the reception courteous and helpful, Spa organized clean relaxing, pressed orange seasonal fruits and biscuits. Once you arrive in the room a beautiful and yummy cutting cut from cheeses and glasses of wine. All clean and flawless. 3 hours and 15 mins passed between Spa and Day Use room relaxing 100%.
We'll definitely be back.

We choose to stay in here to go Pompeii and Amalfi coast cause its bit cheap and easy to go around. The hotel is located really closed to the centre, easily can reach on foot however, its in narrow street where is difficult to park and they dont have a lift so with heavy luggages we had to go all the way up floors and they dont even offer it. Receptionists don’t greets at all. Neither smile. Also I dont understand their payment process, we thought we booked and paid already, and went there they said pay again. So they cancelled and we repaying? And asked for taxes? The room is cleaned with this price but shower was headaches. They dont want to fix shower head or its water pressure problem I think. They provide a breaky I didnt have but apparently its not bad.

The hotel itself is very good, the stuff are very friendly, the rooms are very modern and clean. But it is not suggested for people the have problems with stairs because there isn't an elevator especially since all the rooms are on the second floor.

We booked the hotel Angevin & Spa for Valentine's day… the Spa is really excellent, not all of them give you the option to choose which path do while here, however, you can do it. Hot tub adjustable at pleasure welcome in a room with aperitif and prosecco that puts you immediately at ease, the rooms among other things are quite large and above all clean… we will definitely be back.

Great structure the beautiful spa but there are rooms that leave a lot to be desired I recommend it for the price you pay.

Staff helpful and friendly, strategic location very nice I give only 2 stars because not very clean and full of mosquitoes should be taken care of much more.

The hotel is very nice a few meters from Castel Dell'ovo. Very good breakfast buffet with also local products. The double Nostra overlooked a palace but was very spacious and well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Very friendly staff and very low prices.

Good evening I have one of your coupons purchased on November 18, 2016 due March 18, 2017. It's been so many months now and after trying unnecessarily to book by phone several times the last answer I received on 17/02/2017 is that the hotel claims to be full in every day until the end of April. I therefore have no chance accordingly to use the coupon. Your customer service uses precompiled standard answers where you tell me that the coupon is still valid and then to call and book! Absurd! I'm basically prevented from using the coupon. I imagine that such offers must have a sales limit precisely to avoid such incidents. In conclusion I had purchased this coupon to spend a few hours relaxing and instead it was an absolute stress. If this is your attention to the customer, my best compliments!

Me and my girlfriend wanted to celebrate an occasion in their spa. We arrived but there was no real waiting hall but this is understandable because of the dimnesions of the hotel. The spa was quite small but kept very well though. The temperature of the jacuzzi was not very high and also trying to warm it up doesn't change anything. The same with the sauna. It's also quite bad, that there is no changing room. There is only a small bathroom without hairdryer (fortunately we had one) and without a shower (we had to use the shower for the chromotherapy). The Bathroom was also very hot and humid. So it was not really possible to dry the hairs or do any makeup. Allthough we only had 15 min for showering, drying and changing (included in the one hour we paid for the spa). Shortly after us, there was allready the next couple who wanted to use the spa, so we had to ask for another bathroom to use to dry our hair and for makeup. After a short discussion they offered us a bathroom in one of the free hotel rooms. In the package we booked was also a tea included (very low quality from a discounter supermarket) with some fruits, a plate of salami and cheese (it was just one sort of salami and one of cheese, both very low quality) and a glas of wine (also very low quality). All in all it was an experience we won't do again. The price and the quality of the offered things aren't compatibile.

Visited the hotel on november for 1 night. Personnel is friendly and professional. Big rooms with silent air conditionin system. Only point to complain was the window isolation of the room on the street. Too noise because of some technical problem on window borders but I think was my room only. Good breakfast.

Eye! The check-in is at 14. If you arrive early and want to enter the room you must pay a surcharge of 25€. However, you can leave Your luggage and the waiting room is very comfortable and welcoming.

Room good, location would be excellent if there were not all The works in the square, the staff were kind. Don'T PARK in the one indicated by the reception (the Angevin parking) is not an agreement at a cost of 20 € per day, and I found the new car ribbed.

Very lovely, comfortable environmentally conscious hotel. From the outside it looks like most of the buildings surrounding. However, once u get into the room it's sumptuous and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning WORKED, lots of little shower tells and shampoos that smelled heavenly, even though I brought my own I used the ones offered and LOVED the shower tells. The people, in addition, were patient and very kind, very helpful. We hit a problem with our card and they waited patiently while I called and fixed the Minot issue, but it took over an hour on the phone to do it! We loved this hotel, it's people, and all Napoli had to offer. Thank u for a lovely experience ;-)

The ac was great, nice rooms at a reasonable price and the people were all very nice and helpful with very good English.
