Hotel Bella Capri Hotel

Despite having only one star it is the 3-star Hotel for the cleanliness and kindness of the staff. Too bad that breakfast is made at a dirty bar but with great croissants. I would sacrifice a room but I would create a space where to make breakfast, a bit of strength initiative!

Convenient for overnight support at the port area of Naples.
Behind the Male Angioio, it offers all The necessary services, including the air conditioner.
It is Not the best as aesthetics, but it is quite wide. In addition each room is equipped with a terrace/veranda with sea side view. It is Also located in an easy to reach location and it is convenient to be able to walk to local places to eat and it is a short walk from the long sea.

For info the hostel Conti 2 floor But after a full the two floors separated during the month of April. We were in a dormitory for 7 on the top floor and the room was dirty poorly nétoyée it réstait half plain Vodka bottles and Silp dirty. The staff were not friendly.
On Dérner day we slept on the lower floor following a ask and there the personal was nice and the rooms its own. Conclusion good deal If you are on the bottom floor.

Good hotel in best area for visiting napoli.

Everything impeccable from the welcome to the room. I will definitely be back. I will recommend it.

BeB sold as a hotel, The bathrooms leave a bit to be desired, but given the cost of one night and the location is acceptable.

Great place to sleep one night in Naples before come back to Capri. Easy to find and near the harbor, maybe with a little more care could it become a shiny good place in a strategic position.

Recently renovated beautiful and panoramic rooms.

The hostel was being renovated while I was there but I was not informed of this beforehand. They also made no effort to take guests into consideration around this and started working early in the morning. The bed was uncomfortable and small. Location is good, though — close to the port and old town.

Inspite of the place being easily reachable. The rooms were not so good I think the renovation is only half done. And the main important thing is it is inside a residential apartment not a good idea for party.

Amazing view from the terasse of my shared room, directly on the Golfo di Napoli. Only the panorama in itself worth the stay in this Hostel! Very kind and welcoming staff but not yet fully renovated structure. The place at this moment do not have kitchen. Location is excellent to reach all the turistic attractions. Metro is very close by.

Clean and has nice showers. The view out the balcony is phenomenal. You can watch the sunrise right over the bay. Its amazing. But there is no common area, and no laundry facilities. It's a great place to for a bed with a view.

Staff was super helpful and nice & the Wi-Fi worked well for me (then again I was on the 6th floor). It was just a little confusing to find and the room layout was a little cramped. But I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice, comfortable place in the center. Unfortunately I can't put more stars because the cleanliness is not taken care of and the breakfast really the biggest disappointment!

So it is hard to find at the start but that's okay, the location is great though. They are friendly, helpful and there is always someone at the desk but there were bed bugs. That was the one problem I had.

Good location by the port, very friendly staff, decent enough free breakfast for the price. Unfortunarely, broken lockers, very wobbly beds, patchy Wi-Fi and bathrooms that were at times quite unclean were less than ideal, but overall still a nice hostel.

An experience not remake, really terrible. The good news is just the location for the rest: The runned and stained everything, the duvet (as well as stained as the sheets), filled with hair and without cover; We asked the owner to replace it and we got another apparently cleaner (not so sure as it was gray).
The bathroom in poor condition, rusty and dirty shower cubicle, toilet paper already used from previous guests and it smells terrible, bloody towels completely unusable. Not to mention the window would not open at all and to lean out we were forced to climb into bed. A real nightmare! the icing on the cake (and not the breakfast, because fortunately time is served by field of work and didn't get to try it), the morning we were woken at about 8 from noises, laughter and screams coming from the front desk practically attached to our room.
Discouraged.

Had a good experience there but as I read in previous comment that they had bad bugs so in my case it wasn't any maybe because I was on 6th floor and in this hostel total floor are 2 and it is 6th and 7th in the building. I didn't meet the owner so I don't know the behavior but staff was really good. Wifi was not working at all and they seems like helpless when I went to complain them about it. I will recommend to others if they provide the same service as it was in my case.

The owners (not the other staff) were rude. Bathroom was really dirty. Computers totally dead. But the worst was that, they have BEDBUGS and I still suffer from it. Never again and never recommended.
