Very nice small but cozy the area a little hidden offers intimacy is clean and the rooms are equipped with all towels hair dryer and mini bar Some rooms have sauna or hot tub on request great hotel and great value for money.

A beautiful place very relaxing, I recommend it to everyone I had a great time.

This is a small cozy hotel. The rooms are of a normal size, warm and with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom in each room is quite large and has a shower with water-massage splashing. The staff is very courteous and polite. The breakfast in the morning included in the bed is not plentiful but it is just and tasty. The only negative is the little soundproofing of the rooms: in my room you could hear what the guests of the next room were saying.

The spectacular evening room Spa beautiful prosecco delicious breakfast is very good, I recommend to go there … we are our customers since a lot of the normal rooms nn goofing around are beautiful … many thanks to the owner x letting us spend our 3 years of engagement in full comfort.

For many years, we're here again and again for establishing friendly and helpful staff, very good for us location between Perugia, Siena and Orvieto and stable weather. If we want to eat, we can visit the excellent restaurant.

The warm welcome we received, gives the tone for our stay there in this family-owned and operated Web site — we have enjoyed several visits over a number of years. Not only our host Anna, Antonio and Bruno, but the site and the restaurant staff are really friendly, helpful and very professional in their roles. The site is directly on the Lake with beautiful views, especially in the early morning and evening. It is an attractive town with direct rail connections walking distance from Passignano to Arezzo, Florence, Perugia and Assisi. Siena is a short drive away and Urbino ensures a good trip over the mountains. Most of them have good shade of trees on the site and the toilet facilities and outdoor pool are modern and immaculately maintained. The restaurant is comfortable and offers meals from a high culinary level at a reasonable price. We have to return it very enjoyed our time at the Kursaal and soon.

Beautiful romantic location, the small but fine campsite is located directly on the Lake, clean and very private care by the owner family stand in the foreground! Excellent Italian food and good wine selection with good service lead again to visit the restaurant. Children are very welcome and must be freely throughout the day and evening entertainment (including organized program 1 x / per week in our stay "Fashion show with all the kids from the camping site" — such as large class! ) All in all offered very much convenience for the price — we would spend the holiday there again at any time with our grandchildren.

The old stock of trees, great atmosphere unparalleled, children are valued, Wi-Fi or PC/Internet usage free of charge providing delicious food.
