BEAUTIFUL place, unique cleanliness, everything great and plentiful … Thanks to all the staff.

The property is very welcoming although a bit dated. The pool is gorgeous, too bad the weather didn't allow us to use it. The rooms are not very spacious but still cozy and clean. I thank the staff who made himself available to arrange a nice glutenfree breakfast for me.

Beautiful residence. Ideal location to visit the surroundings of Ostuni. Nestled in a manicured green erythresis among centuries-old olive trees surrounding a beautiful swimming pool.

Starting from the location of the Resort, lost among the Salentine countryside, guests will enjoy rooms with spiders inside.
The property has a small and poorly maintained swimming pool.
Food is served at the table, questionable raw materials, as well as equally questionable the chef's choices. All this makes meals interminable and horrendous.
There is no buffet as a result you can not choose what to eat.
The wine is terrible.
The Resort has no connection to beaches and is not affiliated with any bathing facilities.
Music and animation are absent.
The exterior rooms are tiny there is not enough space for 2 people.
If you want to live enjoy a nice holiday somewhere else.
Absolutely unsuitable for families/children/young people/couples.

We stayed at this property myself and my future wife for 7 days and I have to say it was just wonderful! Let's start with the structure… Magnificent… Clean rooms, attentive and especially friendly staff, a great restaurant with a 5-star chef and what to say about the maitre "Tony"… exquisite, friendly, helpful person, a lifelong friend with all his brilliant staff! I recommend to those who really want to relax this gorgeous place with lots of greenery and a beautiful pool! Congratulations to all the staff and the general manager of the White City country resort!

Location very nice and good service.

Clean comfortable room breakfast plenty of choice dinner superb food. Chef and staff fantastic. The whole staff friendly and helpful. Chilled out surroundings. The situation is ideal for visiting and sight seeing (with car)

I found a great welcome from the helpful reception room staff and nice great clean room menu with all the comforts I will definitely return.

Pretty nice Location but the rooms near the pool should be upgraded and cleaned better. The menu of the restaurant very poor, not to mention the Goblet of Wine (half) at the cost of 5 euros, really esoso. Breakfast. Friendly staff.

The Pool was inexplicably closed and the rooms really noisy, approximate breakfast and overall the property would need to be remodeled, staff very helpful.

The best the tranquility of the site that is just a few minutes from the town of Ostuni, but surrounded by a beautiful park with olive trees and many shrubs of flowers that contribute to to relax. The staff very friendly and ready and available. The food is good with many recipes typical of the wonderful cuisine of Puglia. The rooms are a little below what you would expect of a 4 star hotel. Beautiful pool rodeadadeomivos where you can enjoy a cocktail in total relaxation. From there ademassepuefen to visit many things I interesting such as: the Trulli of Alberobello, the same Ostuni and many more things of the Apulian sub region of Murgia.

You eat well. The rooms are nice… There is only a few small precautions.

We had a great time my girlfriend and I did the 3 night getaway you eat great all the ones who work were nice and friendly to return safe.

Ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, with swimming pool and jacuzzi in the garden where sunbathing immersed in the green sipping a cocktail. Located 2 minutes from Otranto, it also offers the possibility to easily visit the typical villages of Murgia.

A scary weekend
To be preconditioned that we love Puglia and when we can we will gladly return at least 4/5 times in a year but this weekend was nightmarish. We are guests of this Resort from 15 to 17/09/17 the room was not as we had seen on the NE standard site and not even deluxe but a simple Bungalow for us is 2 stars paid 85 euros per night (a robbery) The room we have been delivered dirty with dust everywhere inset You for the whole room even squashed on the wall by some other guest. Smelly bath cause shower drain malfunction, toilet box malfunctioning, clogged sink we could not even wash our hands, out of the shower we had to dry in the room as the bathroom was so small that you could not move.

Unfortunately our room was in such conditions as to tarnish everything else. Too bad. Point out that ours was a stay Smartbox, once again proved problematic.

Very quiet and relaxing stay. But to review some essential details of the room. For example the double bed consists of two separate mattresses. Nn is absolutely fine. Uncomfortable! Kudos to the comfortable pool area and especially the availability for rescue personnel! Thank you.

Beautiful green pool kept well. Tranquillity and relaxation within walking distance of Ostuni. The room was very close to the hotel. They should be adapted to a 4-star hotel.

We have been in this structure because of a SmartBox, three days full of intensity, and I must say that even in this circumstance the solution fits in the brush even in short periods!
The Hotel is really immersed in a expanse of olive trees, in fact, I think the structure has been built in an area of olive trees and harmoniously dedicated.
The staff are very friendly and friendly, like all the Apulians.
To recommend and suggest!

Room bare (ikea furniture, a wall unit on the ground, one double bedside), small, dank, smelly.
Delivered dirty with dust and sand and ants running around. Smelly bathroom shower drain cause malfunctioning. Cassette toilet malfunctioning.
Gave up 2 additional nights, paying the penalty for early departure.
The discount offered to let us stay is offensive once you've figured out that you're not fooling me!
Already found something better at almost half the price.
Fortunately the staff were friendly and polite, the food average.

We chose the White City for a weekend. The property is tastefully furnished, quiet place surrounded by nature, the warm hospitality of the owners and excellent cuisine are to be tested. Particular attention is paid to the choice of raw materials and the elaboration of their traditional recipes. Recommended.

Beware the room # 11! We had the misfortune of finding so many little inconveniences that ruined our holiday of 1 week. Camera: shutter product that stops responding (just arrived we were locked inside! ) ; inner door with lock defective; room small and humid; air conditioner dysfunctional; bed slats missing; TV remote control doesn't work; refrigerator for nothing; faucet that squirts; shower impractical; bidet willing evil; and the last day, two millipedes in room. The room service is often carried out in the late afternoon. Structure: it was what we expected, but … the hydro pool that was the condition of the package that most interested us, was not operational and technical intervention, always promised, never happened; dirt in the same pool; absence of umbrellas that you see in the picture websites. Catering: buffet at breakfast was also open to insects (bees, wasps, flies, etc. ) without proper protection; varied menu and cuisine but with expectations unnerving for lunch and dinner between 1°, 2° and dessert (an hour and. 5, if that's OK! ). Only really positive note: evening piano bar with the brilliant singer Michele Tota, whose sympathy was able to engage, entertain and make us forget the hardships encountered. I want to say that the protests (and not just from our side! ) were immediately brought to the attention of the staff, but after vane waited we dropped to not be the obnoxious nuisance. That's why wouldn't go back and actually recommend!

In the countryside but not too far from Ostuni. Great garden with pool and excellent cuisine. The rooms have a separate entrance but are a little disappointing. The service is also very good. Very child-friendly, however.

We were staying in the area. The restaurant was recommended to us by a number of people. We found the quality of food, the value for money and the service very poor. Not recommended.
