A scary weekend
To be preconditioned that we love Puglia and when we can we will gladly return at least 4/5 times in a year but this weekend was nightmarish. We are guests of this Resort from 15 to 17/09/17 the room was not as we had seen on the NE standard site and not even deluxe but a simple Bungalow for us is 2 stars paid 85 euros per night (a robbery) The room we have been delivered dirty with dust everywhere inset You for the whole room even squashed on the wall by some other guest. Smelly bath cause shower drain malfunction, toilet box malfunctioning, clogged sink we could not even wash our hands, out of the shower we had to dry in the room as the bathroom was so small that you could not move. The dinner did not excite us paid 30 euros per person for 2 courses without drinks, the first course included noodles with fish (to make us understand that it was fresh floated still in the water) we ate noodles floating) The second course included An octopus to Luciana but they brought everything except to Luciana (2 pieces of octopus and 4 of potatoes with gravy) I invite the Director to do a course of upgrade to the cook or print the recipe on yellow saffron and give it in the kitchen the octopus to Luciana is done with olive, oregano and tomato capers But not the potatoes, not to mention the staff of the room in these 3 days I have never seen change the tablecloths at the table were brushed and reprepared for other guests, a crap we had to have breakfast and dinner with the same tablecloths where Other guests had already dined. We were in reception to complain but with polite ways they responded they could only take note of the disservices and were not taken steps to fix it. All this accompanied by photos.
