➜ Beautiful structure in a wonderful setting… That's enough.
Everything was inexcusable, service absolutely not up to a 4 star structure (but honestly not even of Trattoria alla good), rude and non-professional waiters (to the requests of the guests has always been answered so rude, even At the request to heat the bottle of a baby 3 months…), unable to manage alternatives to dishes for intolerant (all requests made during the booking), there was no one who controlled the drinks at the tables that came after several reminders, Guests of the same table served when the others had already finished…
Really all very disappointing and no excuses for the rudeness!
➜ Surreal indecency. Nice very scenic place with nice view even to the north, very appealing pool.
Having said that I am telling my experience in guest structure at lunchtime for a recurrence. We had lunch outside on a hot sunny day over 30 ° C under the gazebo with plastic cover with a lower hood effect that I miss the beasts…
Overflight on the aperitif maybe I was distracted and I did not notice anything…

Appetizers Buffet absolutely inadequate and poor, after the classic initial crush I approach but I find little and nothing, I limit myself to collect some leftovers, what clearly happened to several other guests.
It starts the lunch served at the table, absent ice bucket and bread basket at the table, clearly also on other tables.
Very slow service within the same table courses that arrive at a distance of tens of minutes between one diner and the other.
Every drink request must be repeated several times and it is here that we start to pass the bottles between a table and the other view the absolute necessity of drinking considering the suffocating heat.
After a while they start to finish the drinks…
Improvised service, inadequate and rude, with more guests being stained by the clumsy waiters.
