➜ Personal, courteous and professional; the cuisine is excellent; the location is fantastic; the only flaw is the elderly lifeguard not very patient with the boys, rude, with uneducated ways. The boys of the area prefer to go elsewhere, travel more km to go to the pool perhaps it is the case that this gentleman gives way to a young lifeguard, who manages to relate to the boys.
➜ Very beautiful. Place from the beautiful garden and with a wonderful swimming pool. Welcoming and familiar, friendly and helpful owners and staff. Exquisite dishes of Abruzzo cuisine.

HOSTILE owner (with notes of RACISM too) We came in today and booked for the whole day at the pool. Apparently, only chairs were available and we agreed on taking them. I made an attempt at speaking to the pool administrator but he completely ignored me. Although not directed, we took some chairs and started organising our small space. The administrator came and started shouting, making comments about how inconveniently we sat ourselves in the middle. I told him that he ignored us, that there was no direction provided and further, no intuitive information signs were provided throughout (subsequently, we were given sun beds, which we knew were confirmed as not available when we arrived). Therefore, it displayed the lack of organisation, empathy and respect for us as customers. Secondly, we purchased 4 beers, and some others items. One beer got quite warm due to the weather, and one of us went inside the bar, offering to buy an extra one, as well as asking for a replacement (cold one instead). The owner (at least, the one that manages the hotel, see photo attached) told our friend to go put on a T-shirt when coming inside the bar. The request was in the form of a demand, with un unfriendly tone. I also followed in, and I was told the same. I looked at him and in an instant felt that we were not welcome. At this point I started postulating elements of RACISM.
