Nice structure. I do not feel to give it fully 5 stars because the residence where I am (studio A) you see that it is a Po old man regarding furniture, bathroom etc. I can't say for the other apartments because I didn't see them. The property in general however is very beautiful, all designed for children and families but also for young people from 14 years of age and up! The fun above all never fails with the bluish animation. Great animators and perfect activity organization! Two weeks passed in a hurry unfortunately!
I highly recommend it! We next year, work permitting, we will definitely come back.

Place a bit stale, not sloppy, with 3 swimming pools, 1 olympic pool, 1 children 2/3 years old, 1 with 2 waterslides for children from 6/7 years old… close to the beach with sun loungers a bit too close! The daytime and evening entertainment is fantastic and the boys really energetic and cute you accogliono from the morning for muscle toning up to the theatrical sketches always with a smile! I gave 4 stars more for them! Thanks guys!

A four star hotel that is not 4 stars. At most 3. Friendly but a nice little dated structure.

Nice structure But it is not possible, a few minutes from the lunch, still have the rooms to be put in order, to use to the room of my son who arrived yesterday June 1.
Also in my case I booked stay full board and I think it is unprofessional to arrive at H. 12, prepare to access the dining room and still have suitcases in the car because the room is not ready yet. I Think that, having also paid to eat in Oranzi, I would have the right to sit in the room first to unpack!
Bad Fall of professionalism.

We were in December 2017 in a tour organized by our Telecom Cralt sincerely we were well not really great but considering the month n9n we could exploit everything because of the weather but as good services, good availability Of the person lunches great rooms Ok great view WELL I WOULD GLADLY RETURN.

Old hotel good reception good for events.

I state that I stayed there for work and not for vacation so my opinion may not be at 360 °.
I did not find correspondence between the hotel stars, the price and the reality.
Rooms with old and ruined furnishings, clean but dated towels, did not take the Wi-Fi in the rooms, woke up almost every night from outside noises (which can be there perhaps as a predominantly holiday place). Breakfast not up to a 4 star, the cappuccino you have to take it yourself (I do not have problems, but if I pay for a 4 star a minimum of service I would expect).
On the other side I have nothing to say about cleanliness, the rooms were well cleaned (hoping that the granny-style blanket would be cleaned regularly) and the staff always polite, helpful and smiling.

Every year a unique holiday! The property is full of all kinds of entertainment, and you can stay in both the hotel and residence. The animation is the real highlight!

Good hotel on the sea with all the services you need. Excellent animation even without being too pressing. Particular mention for the services and for the availability of the personnel to the disabled persons. The property is a little dated and would need some work on the rooms. Good restaurant with a full buffet service.

Plus, next to the beach. That's about it.

Pescara is underrated you should visit this place.

Holiday Hotel. Also used for conferences and business meetings.

I had to come here for a congress. The hotel is very nice, the food is good and the staff are helpful and personable. The only downside they seem to be the rooms, as they have a "retro" fur décor, but nothing serious. 4 stars deserved.

It is part of the blue chain Serena and this is already enough to make the quality of the animation understand and ultimately the entire village. Too bad it's very small.

I was appalled by the room assigned to me on arrival. Fortunately with payment of a figure in addition I could move to another room I repacked and moved to the other room. The room assigned was to the little shameful little misplaced with a bathroom so small that you could not wash the images of the site did not give the reality of things if there had not been a chance to change rooms we would have gone away the same day my children with my wife never would have made them stay there. The sea very mediocre.

We stayed here from 17 to 24 July in Formula Hotel with full board.
The restaurant is buffet style and the food is very good. The beach is clean.
There are lots of games and lots of entertainment to do together if you want.
The entertainment is great for both the big and the little ones, they are great and the shows are beautiful.
My 4 year old son had a blast.

Animation spectacular especially the nightly and excellent quality and plenty of food! Would stay again.

The rooms are not from 4 star and in brochures may specify that many services are paid and that the formula residense have to pack garbage bags and towels too if you want to change 4 euro per person per day.
Not to mention that the paid parking after 42.00 euros the week the machine remains under the Sun … If you do not want to pay the car you have to put down the street because the parking lots are few compared to the occupants.

Let me start by saying that I went here with two friends for a week of relaxation and fun, but none of us expected an experience like that. Since our arrival, we found very competent and friendly staff, who gave us a quick tour around the tourist village. The organizers offer a recreational service for all age groups, and without obligation of occupation, all totally free. The recreational activities have nothing materially particular make them great, but are the animators to make every moment special. Me and my friends we signed up to Serenhappy, a recreational service for people aged from 14 to 18 years, and I must say that we had a great time. The organizers have proposed new tasks every day, so we had to do. Here, we got to know more about the staff, and we understand that every laugh and entertainment that is offered to the public, is the result of a great effort; the animators in fact every night they did tests for the services to be offered the next day, and thanks to the initiative "entertainers for one day", we could experience on our skin that could be difficult. The lido is a normal private lido with beach umbrellas, pedalos and group activities every day (water aerobics/dance/Beach toys). Within the area there are swimming pools with water slides, a fitness center and shops. The rooms are of adequate measures, if you don't have great pretensions; nothing particularly great, but they have all the essentials.

Overall a good experience, very beautiful and full of amenities, the kitchen is well supplied and the meals were delicious in most of them, well organized event planning, unique but very serious flaw rooms, small and lacking in services.

I rented a room for an event, they made me a very good price for a good and suitable to my needs. Available to meet my needs, had some problems with the heating only solved after few hours.

We stayed in the residence with full Board.
Note extremely sore the apartment, like mentioned in other reviews, the residence standard is really small.
With a table and a kitchen in the corner, LUCKILY we never had to use it for cooking and we never had to use the table to eat.
Otherwise the space would become excessively reduced.
Another sore point is the very small bathroom, no shower (only one beach towel), every time I took a shower you wet all over the bathroom, and then remained unusable for 3/4 hours because of water everywhere.
As for the food I have to say pretty good, being buffet you could serve at will, only fault the lack of variety especially seconds.
Another sore point unfortunately the management of certain sporting activities such as bowling (10 € deposit to play), table tennis (10 € du bail to get the network to the table), cards (€ 10 for having cards).
All this you could use only from 9a to 12.30 and from 15 to 19 in the afternoon, so for those in the evening would play ping pong or cards will have the network/cards until the next day.
Compared to villages resort definitely the ugliest, perhaps partly because the older one.
Worse than how I remembered a decade ago!

Hotel 4 stars probably once, now a rickety elevators and crumbling, old rooms and poorly decorated with colors unwatchable.

Outrageous … I did the all inclusive card for drinks which involved some drinks on tap as the beer etc etc … I show up at the bar and the goat behind the bar, get me a beer can open from at least 3 days me puts her in a white plastic cup of water … you got it the (goat) the bartenders are a scandal. I say to myself maybe it's broken the plug but … try again tomorrow … hhahahahahahah — — — — — — work a whole year to get the piss from these zozzoni … ever piuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu …

Spacious room but careless not cleaned properly especially in the days of living not a four star entertainment super discreet and present prepared evening shows outstanding and engaging.

I was there 2 years ago, and if I had the chance I would run! The staff consists of great people and fun! You don't go a day without laughing! :).

I stayed there with my family but only the water sucked in my son's ear brought three mushrooms which is now healed.

The best hotel in the world and the best entertainers.

Fantastic I went with my parents and I enjoyed a lot the food is good and the animation and great! I recommend it to all the people who go on vacation! Ciaaooo.

Are several years which I choose the resort chain and every year it's like that first nay for me are like wine more you age more better accompanied by nothing short of excellent service throughout and a STELLAR animation. Thank you to exist and to this great summer.
