Nice but I wouldn't go back.
I was with my family the week of August. The property is dated and you can see even if they are renovating it and in fact we were in a very nice and new room. The food in the restaurant was not particularly good but not bad either, the service occasionally went into distress, all the staff were kind and ready for every request, the pool a bit chaotic for my taste, the animation was present but discreetly and not intrusive, generally insufficient cleaning for both common and non-common parts. A sore note for the beach not cared for and abandoned like the sea that for a week was dirty. I believe that with a little effort they could solve the problem of cleaning the beach with a simple rake and clean the sea with a net. Finally, to break a spear for the city of Montesilvano that is rich in movida and desire to live, a very well organized location and suitable for the family with children both young and old.

The eating is great and the waiters, especially Mr. Martino, are very friendly and helpful. 10
The animation with Valentina and Spadino are spectacular, the village chief Willy is very nice, fun shows. 9
The superior rooms are nice, bright and clean. 10

The pool would be beautiful only that you never find free deckchairs, it's a very bad flaw that they should fix. 6

Good hotel/village on the Abruzzo coast, whose skills are the availability and courtesy of the staff, the generous size of the rooms and the relative view, the kitchen.
Size and room location 9/10: Newly renovated rooms, large, bright, sea-view (we were at p. 7)
Cleaning room 7/10: surely you can do better, especially the bathrooms.
Restaurant 9/10: wide choice of food, courtesy and availability of cuisine and waiters. Restaurant room always well cleaned and cared for.
Animation 9/10: boys and girls do everything to enrich your holiday and succeed ;-)
Beach/sea 7/10: we expected better. The beach itself is very manicured, the problem perhaps are the location, close to the mouth of the river, and the weather; in recent days, in fact, thanks to the bad weather and the wind, the sea was quite murky, and in some stretches of sea and beach you could find annoying pebbles. The staff have always worked to keep it in order as much as possible and that is a plus point.
In recent days, with the calmer sea, the situation has improved.
Pool 7/10: The small children's pool was too often dirty and with shallow water, probably also due to the same size. Surely you can do better. The larger pool, on the other hand, has always been healthier.

In summary: the property deserves, the value for money in my humble opinion is more than good, we will probably be back in the future.

Fantastic weather, family safe, small portions but can visit again if you want.

Great Hotel except for cashed toilets and the Wi-Fi which does not come over the 6 floor too many rules because I do not understand what the headset serves the outdoor pool with all the diseases that turn the sea hideous for its 40 cm high and the fish dead on the shore but King then as holiday was pretty I ask for measures.

For the rest everything OK you eat well.

Catering is Italian average hotel complex is clean but some renovation staff is friendly except the bar boss!
The hotel beach is a courtesy lie and umbrellas have been kept a minimum of a decade and the sand also you have to watch up where you turn down complete beach facility is tipping with pointed stones zigerlets and glass shards overlooked!?!?!
You don't want to go to the sea either as it is overgrown with tightly grown algae pointed stones.

I was there on New Year's Eve with my girlfriend and another couple of friends… we were given a room divided into two by the bathroom. Dirty bathroom rooms cheap and uncomfortable and about the food we ate a quarter of what was written on the menu… expecting better for the price.

Where hospitality and professionalism meet. Great kitchen. Stays without any sins.

I was here as part of the conference hosted by Italian Ministries. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and everything was amazing. We loved the atmosphere and the staff was pleasant and helpful!

Are several years that we go there and this year you can see the great changes made by the new management. The ratio quality price is ok! clean rooms and good food! the animation's cute and the mini club. Recommended x families!

We stayed at this hotel for a tour organized by agency CTA were three relaxing days … Nice location, good food, friendly staff and very nice boys of animation. Definitely worth repeating x more days.

We spent three days very pleasant the food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly surely there are some small tricks to improve and mistakes to avoid.

4-star hotel enjoys an excellent position: directly on the sea, though this coastal stretch is very dirty and polluted. Pools well maintained, staff very courteous and always willing to satisfy any kind of request. Pity that the efforts of lifeguards, waiters, housekeepers and receptionist, made to make yours be a perfect holiday, nullified by a really bad management. The rooms are spacious but not thoroughly cleaned (since there is only one lady for a floor of 20 rooms). Very often after lunch our room wasn't clean, so we were forced to wait in the lobby with three small children who wanted to rest. The furniture is dated and stained carpet. In the morning there was the race to win a pool chair, since the management has never taken serious measures against rude guests who occupied, despite ban posted in pool, plenty of sun loungers for all day even though they were not present. Oh well, the "smart" meet them everywhere! At check in we discover that we are obliged to pay 105, 00 for my two year old son nursery service targets, which is a Hall where you can cook food with baby food and vegetable. I tried to explain that my son these things do not eat, but nothing, I was forced to pay this amount unnecessarily. What a rip off! but the real gem is the kitchen which is a military canteen, IE sucks! poor quality food, recycled and repurposed several times in various sauces.

I came home yesterday and I finally say bad holiday recycled food and lousy Wednesday, many people in the hotel were very badly had dysentery problems came the tapes they closed the kitchen! Rooms very dirty … won't be back more.

We spent our holidays in late June and early July 2015 with full Board. The hotel apparently looked great, but in the days of our permanemza we found that the elevators (just 2 in a 20 rooms on 8 floors! ) had no ventilation, bathrooms in the rooms as well as being blind did not have the suction fan (we were told it was faulty and had to repair it as soon as possible, but this has not happened! ). The painful notes are: 1) the restaurant serving lunch buffet (lots of it), but of poor quality and recycled so that the last day of the holidays almost all hotel guests (including us) have had problems of dysentery; 2) the evening entertainment just addictive and suitable chiefly entertainment for adults.

Hospitality and professionalism: what do you want?
Stay away from 6/11/2015 to 6/15/2015 only a weekend (sigh! ). It is the third time I come into this facility and positively amaze me still two aspects: the professionalism and friendliness of all and I mean all the staff from Reception, dear Lady Angela to Director Mr. Rocco, the Chef Mr. Nunzio, coordinated room staff very well by the Maitre d Michael and for which I will mention Andrew, Hanna and Frances and ' lter appearance are "miracles" that manage to do with the budget. Dear customers we know how much it costs the stay and I have to say that such organization to March so well with that in hand is no small feat. This year then the pleasant surprise is the newest entertainment team of Tribe Village, led by Zaza with Nicola, Antonio, Antonello and Tina. Phenomenal. I recommend it for all types of customer. A nice Italian history.
