This place is gorgeous the first hotel I've seen so nice, it has the pool with the big slides! The trampoline! At 3 pools, a large but nn is so high with slides, one for small children and a small one with hot tub. The rooms are spotless every day you change towels and there air conditioning with TV. The buffet is huge are 2 with a dish of the one already you are full, for the first and second many good choices and high quality. The staff is very helpful and in your favor. We talk about the Pineta, there is a fabulous large pine forest, wide with many tables both in the sun and in the shade. There is a playroom for children with play, various games and mattresses. In pine forest there is a free billiards and there is a billiards (free) inside the hotel. You don't want to trust us, for what you pay too well.

I would give 5 stars but nn can X 2 valid reasons the first you charge for air conditioning the second reason instead that there is no fridge bar inside the rooms even if capacious. Great hotel, perfect for families with kids and with dogs, genuine food, hearty, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic entertainment for young and old. We met him this year thanks to my wife who chose him, we stayed 3 weeks for how much we enjoyed, next year we will do the encore and we can't wait! Thank you all. Hello everyone I want to express my opinion about this hotel, I have been coming with my family to spend the holidays, we have always had a good time in all these years every time we always find something different has improved and new. Hotel with large spaces and garden for great relaxation. Comfortable pool for adults and children. The owner Luca is very kind and very attentive to the needs of his customers, even the staff is very nice, not to mention good food, cared for and attentive to every need of customers, Maitre is ok waiters.
I recommend it to everyone, especially to those who are children.
In recent years I have also enticed friends to come and they too have enjoyed themselves so much that they keep coming.
One suggestion or advice I would like to say is to plant a few extra trees in the garden and a vacuum cleaner for each floor.

Hotel uncomfortable … we could spend only three days … partially renovated.

Run away! One hostel. Small rooms, dirty rooms with no air conditioning. Bad food, little organization and staff unhelpful. The hydro pool was there but empty, useless as reception smelly and dirty bathrooms. The location is bad. The hotel is located outside the area. Okay like the clinic but not as a three star hotel, at most one.

I stayed at this Hotel in July 2014, here is my opinion:
+ convenient location close to the sea, just cross the street and you are immediately on the private beach of the Hotel;
+ very nice garden with chairs and tables in the shade of the pine trees, with some games for children (some short) ;
+ good private parking, some with more metal in shading NET, though the spaces between the car and the other are very restricted;
+ very convenient the Hotel lobby where there are numerous sofas on which to relax;
+ spacious bedrooms with closets, balcony and a decent bathroom;
+ beautiful breakfast outdoors on the veranda facing the sea;
+ the restaurant really rich with well prepared dishes, precise standards and service, great drinks included (water and wine at meals) plus a fresh draught water dispenser place outside the restaurant on 12:00 am 12:00 am available;
+ beautiful pool also with 2 x massage jets (1 working and one a little less), greatly appreciated the presence of a small hot tub, all behind the Hotel;
-the sea is not the best, the sand beach is very clean, if you bring a dog you will be placed in the back rows or even in a row spaced from the other 4 aligned right where we placed ourselves that we had a very quiet half-caste under 10 kg, but I must say that overall I was better because I had more space around;
