Small fine hotel, good cuisine.

Great Location The hotel was only opened 5 years after having refurbished a palace that was a private residence. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. All in all perfect… But I can not give the maximum because of the room assigned to us (the No. 33 to be exact) room on the top floor attic very nice and well finished but too small for a attic room. Only two windows to skylight… moral at night if nn open the Windows suffocates for the little oxygen! The doors and walls are not absolutely soundproof, it practically seems to sleep in the hallway! Next time I will definitely book the bigger room! Anyway Super recommended!

Hotel designed taking care of every detail to accommodate the customer, Highly qualified staff friendly, experienced but always very professional and efficient. It is evident in conducting a careful research of the quality of services especially in the choice of materials such as the high quality of the linen but also the care of the equipment. Good restaurant that highlights in the preparations the use of raw materials of excellent quality.

Very nice place to stay. Feee Wi-Fi and secured parking for a modest fee. Rooms are very comfy and breakfast is a horn of plenty with lots of local fresh products. Helpful staff. My room had a large private terrace which was a pleasure to enjoy.

Boutique hotel in a nice villa. It has a nice garden and the interior design is beautiful with home style furnitures. The restaurant serves a tasting menu with mostly raw food. Don't try tasting menu if you don't like experimental food with raw ingredients.

Clean, but noisy! train is right behind it. It stormed and was very very loud. I couldn't sleep. Other then that it's clean and decent.

Quality Inn, modern fittings, equipped with every comfort, space and customized environments but rich and great detail and specifics. Great time, great food, friendly and enjoyable. Only slight (maybe for those who are most sensitive), the nearby train line is felt (not so acoustically, but at least on the top floor you can feel vibrations) ; but in spite of this great hotel.

Hotel just fabulous! Brand new hotel with great charm, nothing is left to chance. Every detail chosen with great accuracy, our room was very cozy and clean. Great choice of fabrics, mattress and pillows. Nice bathroom with large shower and fine toiletries. Really great seats, soundproofing, spotless, staff friendly. Free sky TV with large screen flat. Great breakfast. The décor and lighting are cured in every detail. Ample parking and gym. We will be back.

Delightful hotel not far from the beach of Giulianova, recovered and restored a charming Art Nouveau Villa which maintained the original structure but in which the owners have cleverly managed to add a touch of originality, customizing it in extraordinary ways and elegant. Nice, really, and also accessible (on site are periodically offered proposals that make you want to take the opportunity to enjoy a stay here! ). To prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt.

A wonderful new hotel which has beautiful rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a breakfast in their dining room each morning. My children loved the breakfast. The hotel arranged for us to go to a beach club which was only a few blocks away and had great suggestions for local restaurants. If we go back to Giulianova in the future, we will definitely seek out this hotel.
