My family and I booked 5 rooms at Residence Beach (3 suites and 2 regular rooms) for 4-5 nights including a Shabbat. Overall our stay was pleasant. The breakfasts were full of fresh salads and it was very convenient that one of the breakfasts started at 6am. The rooms themselves were clean enough and functional although could definitely use some updating. The part that we struggled with was both booking the rooms and checking out and being charged appropriately. The only meals besides breakfasts we wanted were Shabbat Dinner and Lunch and although the food for these meals was very good we struggled immensely being charged correctly even after we spoke with several different employees. In addition, they even charged the wrong card for my meals! When registering we struggled incredibly to get the correct rates based on meals we wanted and joining the loyalty program. If you do decide to stay there insist on talking to Duke he will do his best to take care of you. Lastly, a word of warning about the power. I plugged my Iphone into the outlet next to my bed before Shabbat (it was working) and when I checked it after Shabbat it had been fried. Another member of our group said that the power in his room was also not working properly. This is not only dangerous to your electronics but the beds are adjustable and plug into the wall so it is just out right dangerous to have faulty electricity!

In the hotel we were deceived. We paid two numbers. The check was only on one number. We did not pay attention. Then they took money from us with a card. We were served by two managers Svetlana and Duque. It was very insulting. Spoiled the whole mood. The rooms were booked on 19-20.07.2018. In the name of Temknina Vera and Arkady Livovich.
