Stayed here during a group tour so I saw a few different rooms. They vary quite a bit with some being quite cramped and others fairly spacious. I liked the breakfast, seemed fairly Russian influenced in addition to typical Israeli fare (herring and smoked mackerel). Skip the dinner if you can. The wait staff doesn't really speak English.

Hi friends. Hotel margoa is located near Sironit Beach, Netanya. 2 min walk and you are at beach. You have elevator near hotel on 2 min walk which takes you straight to beach. Rooms are good. Staff is kind and helpfull. It is not recommended to book with room with lunch or dinner. Food quality is low. And some time food is recycled. For eg. Salads of cucumber cutted thicker so it can be used again and again and it will not get dry because its thicker. In short Food is not recommended. Hotel must change the way how they serve the food and quality of food. Even in shabuot festival of jews. Same food of Saturday afternoon served again in the evening. There are many ways to serve hot food even in yom tov. I hope in comming years hotel will make the way through food to people. Till then enjoy the stay near beach and food from near shops and small hotels.

Good budget hotel. The property is old but we'll maintained. My 5 start is for the sorry friendly staff.

This hotel is not so bad, actually for it's price it's pretty decent but the staff members here are just awful, it's like they resented me from the second they saw me…

Was a very nice stay there. They are finishing a major renovation when we were there.

Well located next to the beach, large rooms, needs renovation.

The location was very close to the beach and the room was very good.

The room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. There are Russian employees. Always ready to answer any questions. The sea and the city can walk out of here.

The staff are incredibly rude. A friend of mine had his phone stolen at this hotel. When he asked the staff if he could see the security footage he was told "No. We are not a security company. What would you do even if you saw the person who took your phone? " Unbelievable. The food is subpar. The location is worse than all of the other hotels in the area. Do not stay here. Avoid avoid avoid.

Decent food for Friday night dinner, amazing price.

Very clean, but old — staff helpful, but difficult to park since they expected a busload. We had to ask for another spot, otherwise, we had to pay for parking. Hot water finally fixed; very small room. Staff did their best. Website gives it 4 star — unsure why. Everything else was all right. A bit disappointing. Very well located.

Good hotel close to the beach Nice work of reception, my car was very conveniently parked. Good rooms with everything needed. The beach is five minutes away, one of central squares is also five minutes away. Breakfast might be better.

Excellent hotel. Conveniently located, in the center of Netanya. To the main square of 1 minute on foot. Very friendly staff everywhere. Administrators, janitors, restaurant staff. All super. Excellent breakfasts. 4 instead of 5 only because the furniture is not the newest.

Very friendly staff, however the rooms felt pretty old (including the lift which was very old, but worked). Seemed to be run by a family.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, delicious food, I'm very selective in eating even at home, but in this hotel we couldn't find fault in what meal plan especially for dinner, each day had different dishes, breakfast standard but everything is very tasty! Good comfortable! Location of the hotel is excellent in two minutes from an elevator to the beach! Us with a child was very comfortable to relax in this hotel! Therefore, we highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Netanya!
