No words could ever do it justice, excellent staff and superbly elegant decor. The rooms are very spacious and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud (the fact I slept 11 hours is testament to this). This is a must for any traveller.

Very old decor needs updated big time. Shower was broken and the water was scalding hot. No safety measures put in place for covid 19, no protective screen at front counter, no staff wearing masks or visors which is against the law. We were allocated a time for breakfast as they said it would be staggered. It certainly was not around 30+ people all packed into a small room for breakfast. The tables were also not spaced out for 1m rule. Absolute shambles and there was a breakfast buffet too were people could go up and help themselves this is just going to make things worse in terms of the virus. The manager is also extremely rude and doesn't know how to speak to customers he needs to realise that if things brake in your room they need to be fixed before new guests enter, (button on the shower was broken) which meant we couldn't make the water a normal temperature to get a shower. It was just extremely hot. My advice to you would be to avoid this place. Id rather sleep in my car to be honest with you.

Improve cleanliness, introduce some covid safety measuresas as every other facility has had to do to make it safe for people to be able to enjoy holidays. Some hospitality training for the manager and manners. No adequate parking as advertised. Generally very disappointed with our stay.

Stayed here early in the year it’s a lovely hotel with excellent rooms and a good breakfast provided.

Room is unreal staff very friendly would deffo stay here again.

Great place to stay as a family if someone visiting Ring of Kerry area. Killarney Inn is located in heart of the city. Clean big room. Clean toilet, big bathtub. Clean towels. Compostable beds. Convenient parking. Great support from all staff. Specially In-charge, who is great with everyone. Good freshly made breakfast. This place is get 10 out of 10.

If you are looking for something affordable it is okay. Staff are very friendly. Nice breakfast. Didn't really like the double room I booked. Parking is tight enough.

Great little town but all the bars close at 11:30pm and you need to make sure that you have booked your room ahead time.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, great rooms, reasonable rates would stay there again good breakfast in the morning.

Price performance here is top! The rooms are large, very clean and beautifully equipped. The owners and employees are very nice and help where they can. Breakfast is great! One of the best hotels we've had in Ireland. We would be back!

Booked this place online a couple of hours before arrival while on a road trip around Ireland. Check in was very quick, easy and friendly. We arrived late at night and the staff member kindly moved her car to give us her spot as the rest were full. The interior is a tad dated but very well kept. En suite bathroom was modern and clean. Bed was comfy and room was very spacious. Great location and easy check out. Felt very safe staying here. Unfortunately woke up too late to try the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again especially when travelling on a budget.

Perfect. Comfortable very clean big spacious bedroom. Breafast with home baked Irish sodabread still oven warm. Perfect start from a great location.

Great location. Good continental bkfst. Bathroom good but chilly in winter. Lovely bedroom, maybe improve with blinds to block out bright street lights. Luvd the milktray chocs!

Impolite staff, poorly maintained rooms (the towel rack fell off the wall), breakfast was luke warm. Two stars because it's better than sleeping on the street. Barely.

Room was fantastic and was the largest at the front of the property. Welcome pack/ chocolates in the room but unfortunately that as good as it got. The breakfast was poor quality and cold and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful in the dinning room which I have to say was chaotic. Lots of people at breakfast and only one toaster to make your own toast on. Shame really as we had a really warm welcome and high hopes.

Very friendly staff, for our budget it was perfect, great room spacious with a very nice touch a complimentary case of toiletries and chocolates. If we have one criticism it would be the bathroom towels they are a bit on the thin side. The breakfasts were superb, do not miss out on the three fruit marmalade out of this world.

Nice little cozy place. For a few nights to explore the national park simply perfect. Nice staff, perfect rooms and good recommendations, we've enjoyed our stay.

Overnight stay while visiting Killarney and was very good. Friendly staff, great breakfast and a nice stroll to town.

The lovely receptionist. Breakfast is good and the center is just a walk away. Very nice and spacious room.

Big room, clean, fast check in and check out. They were the only place with the heater turned on in our trip, which is really good. On the opposite, they should make the bathroom a little bit more new.

Hotel located 15 minutes from the center of Killerney with parking for guests.
The room is very spacious, as is the bathroom with separate bathtub and shower.
Cleanliness is good both of the room and bathroom of the common areas.
There is no lift, but the rooms are only on the ground floor and on the first floor plus a attic with a few rooms.
The Wi-Fi covers the whole property very well.
The breakfast is very good but it is the typical Irish breakfast so no brioche and hood.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

No reason to fault this place. Comfortable bed. Nice size TV. Gorgeous shower (&shower pressure! ). Wide space. Friendly welcome. Lovely breakfast. All around enjoyable stay — thanks for having us!

Came here with a friend smallest room I have ever seen we were so disappointed. We were literally on top of each other in a twin room a foot from bed was bathroom, never again. We obviously got the short straw for a twin room.

Fabulous place to stay. Lovely staff, within walking distance of town and inec. Rooms are beautiful and decorated to a high standard. Choice for breakfast is fantastic. Have recommended this place to a good few friends. Also just seen also pet friendly which is a big bonus. We will be back soon with our fur kids.
