Had the nicest Roast Beef Dinner that filled me up for hours nothing like a good hearty meal, staff are so polite, helpful couldn’t be any nicer 😊☺️👌🏻

Had a meal at the hotel on Friday night with my partner and we were both blown away at how amazing the food was it was 5 star food for definite, the cocktails were so tasty! All the staff were so friendly and happy. We will deffintley be back again.

Why can't u get a a toasted sandwich at 6pm but u can get a dinner because they could not be bothered no one to make it I was told so who makes the dinner is it so hard to make a sandwich?

The most disappointing customer service I have ever recieved. Left an item behind and have asked for it to be posted by registered post as they didn't want the responsibility for the item getting lost by regular post. It was not like I was expecting for them to pay for it and I have just received an email back to say "your property is in reception for whenever it is convenient for you to pick up regards reception"
most unhelpful and quite frankly rude staff I have ever come across, I will be making sure that I put this out everywhere I can.
make sure you dont leave anything behind because they definitely dont want to help to get it back to you.
contacted them the day of and then an email the day after. Recieved a phone call to be told that they would be unwilling but they would come back to me within a couple of days to see what they could do. It took over a week before I emailed again to ask why no one had been in touch. Had a missed call from a number yesterday with no voicemail yesterday and an email this morning to be told they had tried to contact me a couple of times which was obviously a lie.

Food service in bar was a disaster today. Waited 10 mins for a menu and 40 mins later we still hadn't got our dinner. Walked out in disgust, no apology even offered by.

Great small hotel on the river in New Ross. Very friendly and the food in Yanks was good. Room was very comfortable and clean. Good value too.

Arrived at hotel and receptionist was poor. Didn’t give us any information. When got to room the TV wasn’t working. Room was nicely decorated. They could not get the TV working so had to pack up and move to another. When we went for a shower the bathroom flooded and went out into our room onto the carpet. Again we had to pack up and move which was quite annoying. Davie the bar manager was quite helpful and gave us dinner and drinks complimentary. The food was very nice. On check out we were given some of our room cost back. Hotel has a lot of potential, couldn’t praise Davie enough as he brought up star rating.

Lovely boutique hotel in Central New Ross. Very friendly staff, especially Marc who took our reservation over the phone, greeted us on arrival and wished us on our way. Newly refurbished and decorated in modern style. Roomy shower, and smart TV so you can cast movies from your phone over Wi-Fi. Nespresso machine in the room as well as tea and instant coffee facilities. Would definitely come back here if visiting the area again.

Restaurant is lovely and deserves good food with different menu choices and prices.

The cafe in Kennedy boutique is just great in every way, the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. The staff are all very welcoming, hard working and polite. I was served by Pamela and cannot praise her enough, very perfessional and friendly couldn't do enough for us. Thank you all will definitely be back again.

We had a lovely stay here this weekend as we visited family and celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary. My husband said the steak at Yanks was the best he has had in a long time. The staff and service were very good. Our only let down was the room was quite stuffy and had no aircon or fan. Window only opened slightly and looked out onto rundown buildings and an ally.

I had the afters of my sons christening at Kennedy Hotel last weekend and I could not be happier. The staff were very friendly and accommodating all afternoon. The set up of the room and food was fantastic.
A lovely touch was receiving complimentary finger food for my guests after food had finished serving at the end of the night. I can’t thank you or recommend this hotel enough.

Had lovely meal and drinks at the Kennedy Boutique hotel this evening, the bar staff and restaurant staff were so lovely and friendly but I am afraid the Manager Pat let the hotel down by correcting staff in front of customers in not so nice a way, it's humiliating and embarrassing for the staff that are doing a great job but seeming a bit on edge at the same time, Management need to appreciate good staff, would have given 5 stars other wise.

Wonderful meal. Great atmosphere. Good service… nice beer too. Reasonably priced meal. Very welcome for 2 weary travellers. Thank you staff at Kennedys.

Stayed with my 3 sisters Sat. 14th and enjoyed our stay excellent friendly staff and beautifully appointed bedrooms with coffee makers not something you get very often. Some lovely chocolates and bottled water provided also. No shelving in bathroom which is something that is needed. Our dinner was tasty although duck was very dry. Our only complaint was breakfast which was very poor 1 small bowl of fruit salad which didn't look very appetizing… a few yogurts thrown in another bowl and some basic cereals. When we asked for tea the waitress brought us 4 cups of tea which was first time this ever happened to us we were given pot when we asked for same. The gluten free bread was toasted on 1 side under a grill in kitchen when I explained you cannot use same toaster for both regular and gluten free bread due to cross contamination. The rashers were like they had been boiled instead of grilled. Very disappointing really.
We hope to return at some stage and would like to think the standard of breakfast will have improved.

Tried out this lovely hotel this evening for something to eat. Lovely atmosphere, cosy. It's a cold wet evening and it was lovely and warm there. Food was lovely and service was fast and friendly.

The Kennedy Boutique Hotel was absolutely fab for a long St. Paddys weekend. The rooms are fabulous, modern and stylish decor, excellent shower and lots of room to play with. The range of food available on site is excellent and the staff at the desk couldnt have been more helpful when required over the weekend. Highly reccomended!

A nice boutique hotel but the steak I had let it down as it was not great but fantastic staff.

My first visit to Kennedy Boutique Hotel on Sunday last was excellent! We first visited the cosy cafe for a great cappuccino (amazingly it was strong enough for my taste! ), then we had a quick visit to suss out the bedrooms — hence my 360 post from the Penthouse! €12.50 for roast beef carvery with all the trimmings… beef was ‘melt-in-your — mouth’; plenty veg, roasties etc, and my request for pepper sauce instead of gravy was served with a smile!
All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and finally our quick visit to the bar before heading home, finished off a great day!

I had lunch here yesterday, and it was lovely. We started off in the coffee shop for a latte, then moved to the Lady Lane lounge for lunch. I had a gorgeous salmon tagliatelle. It was a huge portion, lots of salmon in it too. I actually couldn't finish it off… I would right now! My friends had chicken wings, with a dip of blue cheese and celery sticks. The dip was divine. They were brought over little water/finger bowls for using after the chicken wings. We skipped dessert and had a cocktail instead. The Quayside Royale was just the right finish after the lunch. All the staff were very helpful. A big thank you to Shauna, who gave us a mini tour of the hotel, and we even got to see one of the rooms… what a fab view from it too!
I would definitely recommend here, and will be back very soon.

Firstly, it's so good to see this hotel fully refurbished and open in New Ross. Although we've only visited the bar on a number of occasions, and not the cafe or rooms, that's all I can review (for now! ) The website's photo of the Lane Lady Lounge is not at all representative of the real thing, and I am yet to compare the rest of their photos. The staff are mostly friendly, although I couldn't seem to find out much about the hotels own brew, Kennedy Beer. Pricing in the bar is typically more expensive than many surrounding bars in the town, I suppose in keeping with hotel tradition, however it is a touch of nice luxury to sit in brand new furniture among brand new decor. Nice, but staff might (or at least customers might) benefit from a little more informality.
