Great place to spend your day. Just the dinner buffett wasnt good. I suggest to have dinner on the city area.

I stayed at this hotel from May 26th — May 30th. My criticism: the lack of an "anti slip" rubber mat on the bathtub surface (which could be dangerous for guests, they can easily slip and fall during a bath/shower) and housekeeping forgot to take out a used cup of tea on my second day. Hence, I found ants devouring it when I came back to my room after a full day of scuba diving! To my additional surprise, I couldn't complain to the housekeeping dept. Because the phone in my room wasn't even working. I was too tired and reluctant to make a fuss about it to the front desk, though. Positive points: the bed is comfortable, the view is wonderful, and kudos to the 'omelette' guy at the breakfast cafe. I also enjoyed the fact that this is a quiet hotel, perfect for a weekend getaway if you're looking to relax with not much noise to annoy you. Still room for improvement, but not a bad hotel.

Beautiful peaceful getaway in Manadovs coastline. Stunning pool and own private lagoon… highly recommended.

First of all, kesan gue ketika sampai di hotel ini adalah "OMG Jauh banget dari Bandara, even dari pusat kota pun lumayan jauh". Tapi keluh kesah gue terbayar lunas ketika uda masuk ke lingkungan hotel ini. Edan broo, ketika udah masuk ke dalam kamarnya, pemandangan dari balkon dah pantai lepas sekaligus kolam renang cantik yang ada di tengah tengah hotel. Selain itu, tata ruang lobby nya pun oke, gue suka. Konsep outdoor yang di usung sangat match ama alam sekitarnya. Ditambah lagi, mba mba resepsionisnya ramah beud. Ngejelasin ini itu sedetail detailnya. Pokoknya ngga nyesel buat stay disini.

Excellent…! A perfect place to spend your quality time with family… Beautiful view, excellent service and for sure life not complete without food, sadaaapp ahaa… Never get boring to come back here again and again… Thumbs up.

Beautiful beach resort in secluded area. Romantic atmosphere, looks good for your honeymoon.

Great location and great diving centre. Price is ok and food is good. Nice pool as well. Should be great once fully renovated.

Stayed here twice. And visiting here for just meeting twice. First was in a deluxe room, and the last was in a suite room. They have tasty food, and their staff is polite and having a great manner. Quite old fashioned hotel. But, many of their room supporting-tools is broken such as my room door-bell, the toilet flush, the lamp switch, etc. It should be replaced soon. And, the bed cover was stinky. The sofa was dusty. Overall, relatively good hotel.

Did not stay at the hotel. Pool is crowded with family. Beach lagoon area is pleasant. Whole hotel has a nice atmosphere — plenty of seating.

Hotel with it's own private beach as well as small private lagoon for PADI certification. An extraordinary swimming pool too. Overall great satisfaction.

Good the resort, the rooms are spacious, you eat very well and the staff is very attentive and professional, we have stayed with our 21 month old daughter and have always been ready to meet her needs.
The diving center is well organized and here also the guides are well prepared and attentive to the limits of each diver, the equipment is well taken care of and the diving points are very beautiful chosen every day with care according to the condition of the sea, so much guys stuff, the only note that can be done is that for non-divers could organize targeted tours of Manado and surroundings or more simply boat rides on the islands.
We will return.

Good place to stay. But food services are really bad. It took them an hour to prepare sop buntut and orange juice. Close to dive center.

Perfect view, swimming pool and diving center! All we needed to enjoy greatly our holidays (super confortable beds, great food, amazing diving and snorkeling). Really nice staff that care about our well being during all our stay. They will do everything they can to help you. We used Eco dive for diving, snorkeling and tour in Tankoko and it was great!

Back then this is a Sedona beach hotel, then become Tateli beach hotel and now Mercure Manado. Only God knows what will it be in the future. It has changes the name more often than a drag queen.

Very green, nice place to stay with family or on your own or as a couple. Away from Manado city. With no traffic it takes 45 mins from the airport. Good room sizes but double beds are definitely for two ppl only. Single beds are at standard size, not bigger as in other hotels of this standard. Towels need replacing and some maintenance neglect. But relaxing stay overall.

Dinner and Chinese food. The dish is very slow, about 45 minutes or more. The location is very remote, call the car to wait 2 hours, you did not read wrong, is two hours. It's not coming.

Great place, have private lagoon so kids could play with sand on the beach without worrying them too much. Fantastic pool, and nice sunset view.

Very nice and cozy ambience. Small jogging track and swimming pool. Looks like an old hotel, change the management and did few renovations. Still comfy though.

I think it's pretty good hotel, rebranding from old hotel make it looks new on the outside but still old inside. They have a great view, small private beach and jogging tracks. The room is clean but poor drainage at bathroom, you can make pool on it. Not responsive house keeping and over priced food. Not to far from downtown.

Small dive resort with great service and personal touch.

Everyone is super nice, the diving was amazing and the city is super fun to explore.

A Cult Destination for divers from North America and Europe. Casual place with good food and great diving the second your toe touches the water at this beachfront resort.

A very well organized dive resort that takes you diving on the walls of Bunaken National Park and afternoon muck dives in Manado Bay, a great combination that gives you access to a whole variety of dive sites. Good local, Indonesian food and clean, comfortable bungalows. The garden is well kept and has a few small water streams running through it. Amazing sunsets! We had a great time with the family here and would return anytime possible. Make sure to combine Murex Manado with their other resort at Bangka Island to have a complete experience.

Sit on the black sand beach at Murex Manado and watch spectacular sunsets. Dive boats are new and the dive sites are diverse (muck, wall, reefs with hard and soft corals). The rooms are nestled in their tropical gardens. I've seen wild orchids growing here I've never seen before. Meals are buffet, with many options to choose from.
