The hotel is unique, there are a lot of spot for those who loves taking picture. There are a lot of variant of food for breakfast. The ambience is good, peaceful and quiet, suitable for refreshing.

Nice setting and tastefully laid out. Has all the ingredients of being a top class international resort. Limited English communication by the staff. They are friendly and try their best, but if you do not speak or understand Bahasa, it is a challenge. Stayed in the Alena Suite, spacious, comfortable bed and tastefully furnished. Bathroom does not complement the room. Single small sink, low showerhead (not comfortable if you are over 160cms), insufficient lighting and towels provided can be upgraded. Lots of glass to maximise the views and the light, but compromises privacy when blinds are open. With some professional TLC to address the details, this will be an amazing place for a quick, relaxed and peaceful getaway.

Good views, good service, nature, fresh air, good and complete facilities. It is near apotek, so it helps me when my father's medicine lost, u can reach by walking 5 minutes only. Enjoy my holiday at this place.

I stayed in family suite. 2 queen bed room. The room was spacious. It needed around 5 minutes to get hot water if youre the first one to take shower. Breakfast option was soto, nasi kuning, porridge, fried rice, spaghetti, chickek katsu. As for the kids there are also 2 choice of cereal. The swimming pool was small. And there are no little kids playground. If you plan to travel with kids, under 6, better find kids friendly hotel. With kids activities. Otherwise they will get bored. If you here as couple, this can be your choice. For the price, I said its a little pricey.

A very nice, homey, comfy family-friendly hotel. It is a bit far from downtown, but if your looking for calmness and some quite time, this is the place. Here, you'll get the sense of living outdoor in mountain areas among the trees while staying in a luxury of a hotel. Food is great! Their lontong laksa makes me crave for a second Many Instagram-able spot in this shabby-chick styled hotel. Price is a bit high, but if you travel with a pack of friends, you can choose to stay in one of their 4-people rooms. Each room has a theme. I stayed in a classic room, exactly what your grandmas farm house would look like.

Makanannya cukup enak dan beragam terutama menu khas Sunda dan Indonesianya yang lebih juara dibanding menu internasionalnya. Menu sayurannya yang dimasak tidak terlalu matang dan rasa yang segar dan menu barbekyunya juga patut dicoba. 3. Ruang pertemuan, lapangan, kolam renang, api unggun juga tersedia di sini meskipun tidak terlalu luas dan fasilitas seperti infocus terbatas. 4. Perlu ditingkatkan lagi kebersihan kamar hotel terutama untuk lantai pada sudut ruangan dan sekitar dinding serta ketersediaan air panas yang terkadang tidak begitu terasa.

Cozy place. A good place to refresh our mind and get new idea. Nice place for family gathering. Sandalwood really put their best efforts to get this place as cozy as possible. You can feel comfort, and experience new environment around here. Alot of photo booth we can choose. Every corner is decorated very nicely. The price is not more than executive room. This is a good deal because the room is twice larger in size.

It is a very comfortable place, and the service was perfect. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the food was great. The rooms were very tidy and classy, combined with the very calming and picturesque surroundings (interior and exterior). It's on the pricey side, but if you have money to spare, do come here.

Good location, near to many tourist destination in Lembang. No Air Conditioning so the smell of room is unpleasant, very cool and good weather.

Great laidback hotel. The owners are friendly and helpful, overall good place to take small children, will come back.

Feel like home I stayed in 11 — 12 feb with my family. We had 2 nice suit rooms that we are very happy to stay there. The rooms are big with a lot of space. The unique of design hotel is so amazing. The service is good & freindly, specially mrs. Anie is very friendly to explain us everything & help us if anything that we need. Breakfast is just that we need. The hotel is close to seeingseing place & tourist attraction. We are for sure will come back again to stay in this hotel.

A nice hotel with beautiful Colonial setting. Reservation online was smooth. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, Near to many place of interest. Room is very clean and staff polite. Will stay again when visiting Bandung in future.

Beautiful garden which is extremely well kept. Patio is a lovely place to just chill and listen to jazz music.
