Good place, good services.

I am staying in room 507 from 5th March 2019 till 9th March 2019, while I am at Novotel bandung the experience and service by all hotel staff are extremely excellent particularly Ms Lia from Square Restaurant who goes beyond the extra mile of dedicated service to me and my Wife. Good job Novotel bandung keep up the excellent hospitality service.

Nice hotel clean and near to other family activities. Also the hotel facility was perfect for familily.

Ya kayak novotel lainnya… rame terus … dinner. Nasi goreng novotel… good bangedd.

Very nice hotel in the bandung city center. Closest to many tourism. Spot dan famous cullinair area. And shoppimg center as well.

I am impressed that although I booked only a day before my arrival with several special request (bath tub, the highest floor, city view), I still get the room that I want. Very beautiful room also. Delicious breakfast. All the staffs are kind. The swimming pool is clean and surprisingly we could swim there exclusively in the afternoon;we got the perfect timing to enjoy the pool haha. Parking area is wide and safe. But, there are only 2 little flaws. First, when I checked in and got the room key for my room in 11th floor, I couldn't open my room with the key. I don't know whether it's the wrong key or the key card is broken. I have to go up and go down again with all of my luggage and complain about this to the front office. Luckily, they were responsive, change the key, and accompanying me to open my room again. Next time, please complete your system with key checking technology so that the guest doesn't need to go up and down like me just for ensuring the right key. Second, I already ordered for 2 persons so it means 2 pair of slippers but there were only one. Next time, please make sure the number of all amenities in the room are already according to what guest already ordered. But overall, it's awesome.

GREAT THANKS Actually there was a small incident but It's quite lovely that the management gave immediately response faster to evaluate about the matter, Mrs Mia welcomed us and sat down together to talk nicely, and particularly an amazing chance to discuss it and surprisingly the management offered an impressive compliment to upgrade to the magnificent room, and it's absolutely gorgeous way and truly Thanks for all kindness, and hopefully Novotel Bandung in going our lovely second Home while staying here in the next future. Salute and be great success.

Fine hotel in the center of Bandung. The decor looks a bit old, and the swimming pool is small. The rooms are large and comfortable, but the bathrooms are dark. The price is not expensive, and there is plenty of parking space. We stayed in connecting rooms, and it is really comfortable. Recommended!

Novotel actually is a nice hotel, stafnya ramah tapi sayang interiornya sudah old fashioned, karpetnya agak berbau dan lorong kamarnya gerah dan pengap. Ruangan Kid's club-nya panas, penerangan kamar hotelnya remang-remang. Saya baru stay di Yello Hotel Pascal, meski budget hotel tapi interiornya sangat bagus, kamarnya terang, tempat bermain anak bagus dan kreatif.

Bukber bersama all team Matrixnet Bandung at Novotel Hotel, sangat berkesan. Dengan menu all you can eat dan pelayan yang ramah membuat kami ingin kembali ke sini segera. Good luck Novotel Hotel, Goooo Matrixnet!

The location is superb. However the housekeeping and breakfast spread can be much better. Loved the stay.

Great hotel for the location and room facility. Bath tub at that price is amazing. Location is easy to find, although transport is required to get around, nothing in convenient walking distance.

I visited the Hotel for Business trip. This hotel near from the train station, if you are not bring a car to Bandung and go to Bandung by train, it is a good choose for you. The room hotel is good but I think the bathroom is so big for that room. For the breakfast is good with a many variant of breakfast. The Hotel have a rent for bikes too.

Hotel dengan nuansa indah membuat nyaman menginap disini. Bersih, pelayanan ramah, breakfast so delicious! Dan hotel ini dipinggir jalan dekat dengan Mall cihampelas walk, Mall Bandung Indah Plaza, Mall Bandung Electronik Centre, Gramedia, Eiger, Alun-Alun Bandung, Pasar Baru, Braga dan tentunya banyak wisata kuliner. Cuma sayang untuk parkiran kurang cozy. Tapi untuk yang lainnya is good!

Sangat menyenangkan bisa menginap di hotel yang famous. Kamarnya sangat luas, dan ada meja untuk kerja. Ada sofa dan meja kecil di dalam kamar dan sangat cocok buat melihat pemandangan dari dalam kamar yang nyaman ini. Dengan jendela atau kaca yang besar, sehingga kamar lebih terlihat terang dan city view terlihat jelas saat malam hari. Awesome experience for me. Thanks Novotel Bandung, especially Mba Dewi who assist me before my arrival. Awesome.

Nice hotel. There is free bicycle for guest. So we can go around and see the beauty of bandung.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Sound proofing is also nice. The downsides are its small pool and limited gym function. Also the bathroom has a bad drainage. Dont know if it was just my room or not. But overall I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Bandung.

Very good hotel… Really makes me happy to come again. The breakfast is nice… The room is comfortable, completed with everything needed. Perfects for long terms stay.

Nice hotel. The restaurant has many choices of foods, but some of them are just having standart taste. There is a pool, but not so big, just about 8 m in length and 1.5 m in width. But the facilities and interiors of inside and outside the room are nice.

Humble and friendly. Have a lot of choice for breakfast but just a bit small swimming pool for famz vacation. Over all nice to stay at Novotel Bandung. Hopefully got some promo, hehehehe…

I love the breakfast here. The design and the whole ambience was good. Of course you should pay the price, not so budget friendly but good for family.

Excellent place to stay while in Bandung. Super comfortable and spacious room. Service and facilities are outstanding. You can enjoy Bandung city view clearly. Since it's located downtown, it's easier to reach city attractions, from shopping to culinary things. (-) : located on a one way street, need a little bit effort to reach it & the way the they manage only one lane to enter and exit is quite inconvenience.

This is my first time stay in novotel bandung. Since I was member, i've got my room upgraded to junior suite. The room is quite big, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very nice. You won't regret if you stay here.

Overall, the hotel is ok and the best part of this hotel is: there is a chicken porridge (bubur ayam) seller nearby.

I like the breakfast,, I stay alot of hotel 4 star or 5 star but novotel bandung is the first time I got breakfast with Rendang, swimming pool and fitness room too small overall ok!

The room is a bit small compare to other hotels at similar price range. Pool also considered small, if ur space oriented, this not your best option. However, the plus is the food. Fantastic selections and the taste is one of the best!

Excellent service from the crew. They upgraded my room for free because my booking was full. Room was great, spacious and clean. Breakfast good. I suggest that that kids club need to be upgraded.

Best location in Bandung. Good access from airport and shopping area in town. Good food.

I have a training session here. The staff is nice and food is delicious. Nice place, I will spend my money to stay there.
