Hotel was conveniently located and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and a special thanks to Rere and Leyla who served me with a smile during my breakfast.

One of the nicest 4-star hotel in Bandung. Room is clean, while there are a few spots in need of a thorough cleaning, bed light ornament would be better covered with translucent material, as it collects dust inside and is hard to clean. Pillow selection is a nice touch, however, having to sign a receipt upon receiving the pillows, was not. Gym is undergoing renovation, it would be better to just close off the unfinished part rather than letting guests wonder if they're actually at the right place. Also the smith machine (locally made) is quite dangerous as it doesn't lock easily since the pegs are covered in silicone casing, making it prone to causing injury. Better replace the gym equipment with high quality machines, rather than having to deal with legal issues due to guests injury.

Sangat nyaman dekat sama tol meskipun keluar tol sudah macet tapi wajar. Fasilitas didalamnya kolam renang menurut saya kecil untuk skala hotel yang memiliki room yang banyak saat hari libur kolam renang lebih nampak seperti kolam umum. Untuk restoran makanan nya lengkap dan enak2* semua, kamar juga nyaman plus Room service nya juga ramah dan helpfull overall like it.

The room and cleanliness was excellent. However need to improve their breakfast buffet which is more friendly to toddler and kids. Overall excellent experience.

Without doubt one of my favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Bandung, the staff was extremely friendly. The room comfortable spacious and clean.! Restaurant staff during breakfast time was very caring, all menu are good,

Nice hotel, staffs location, room but it's always crowded and noisy. The hotel are full of local family with countless kids and babies, running, crying, screaming, shouting whenever they are around you. Breakfast venue are big but food quality are so so only and almost similar every day.
Room sound proof are bad, next door guest talking and laughing in the middle of the night and if you understand their language I'm sure you can hear what they are talking about. If next do…or guest are with kids, situation will be worst. Some of teenagers even sitting at the corridor and watching YouTube with high volume in the evening.
During the breakfast hour, the lift will always skip level 3 when it's coming down. Maybe they programmed it that way, if you are in hurry to get to ground floor you have to take the lift all the way up and then come down again. Nice pool and jacuzzi but always full of KIDS!
If you are ok with all the noisy kids and guest around you at most of the time, this is the hotel for you.

Such a simple, modern, sophisticated 4-star-hotel. I love it here. Everything was great, the cleanliness of the room and the swimming pool. Various menu on breakfast but they need to improve the taste a little bit. I compare the taste of the food to a 3-star-hotel I ever stayed before which is better than here. Even so, overall I really enjoyed staying here and willing to come back soon.

I love their lobby interior, beautiful with a great arrangement of " dragon" hanging lamps (if I'm not wrong). All staff give fast response and spread their smile everywhere. Their breakfast selections were really complete and lunch was awesome with fresh and yummy ice cream :) I suggest you to choose Aston Pasteur for any kind of events and celebrations. Warm and friendly staffs, it feels like at home, a wide selection menu in the buffet and food was great taste, comfortable room and well maintained for the cleanliness in all hotels area. It was great experience!

Strategic location in Pasteur. Just 5 minutes from exit toll Pasteur, so convenience from people outside the city. The room is compact, nice, having a nice sleep because bed is so comfy. About food? excellent. I am surprise that on their buffet, they have a crab! Also the other interesting stalls. I like the ballroom foyer because it has an outdoor foyer to relax after a business meeting. Overall. It was a nice stay in Aston Pasteur. Will recommend it to friends that has business meeting or weekend getaway to Bandung.

My 4 days stay at Aston Pasteur it was incredible stay. While check in the staff are informative for local information and they are so helpful. Room are clean and comfy, the laundry are also makes me very satisfied because they are clean and fresh. All the services are great. Hotel location also are very strategic easy to go to every where and specially near with the airport.

Pengalaman yang sangat tidak menyenangkan saat menginap di hotel Aston selama 6 malam. Semoga ini menjadi perhatian Aston agar ada perubahan yang lebih baik kedepannya. Kekecewaan saya antara lain : 1. Berhubung kulkas di kamar tidak dingin, saya menitipkan ASIP di kulkas hotel. Dan karena saya tahu pasti akan banyak barang di kulkas hotel, saya meletakkan botol ASIP saya di box dlu baru dititipkan ke kulkas hotel agar ASIP tidak bercampur dengan yang lain. Tapi pada saat saya mengambil keesokan harinya pukul 7 pagi, botol ASIP saya diletakkan di tas kresek putih dan box saya tidak ada. Saya meminta untuk dicari tp sampai jam 10, saya ke resepsionis, box itu belum ditemukan. Saya marah dan kecewa, karena hotel sudah memakai box saya tanpa seijin saya, tujuan saya menggunakan box agar ASIP tidak bercampur yang lain, tp malah box saya dipakai. Dan box saya baru ditemukan dan diberikan ke saya jam 11 siang. 2. Saya pesan salah satu menu d restauran hotel yaitu Fish n Chips, dan betapa kagetnya saya ketika tahu bahwa ikan yang diberikan ke saya masih mentah, benar benar mentah. Malam sebelumnya saya pesan nasi goreng kambing dengan telur goreng di atasnya dan saya sudah request telurnya matang tp yang datang malah masih setengah matang. Saat itu saya kembalikan, dan ketika diberikan lagi yang kedua, masih sama, setengah matang. 3. Soal komunikasi yang tidak baik di internal hotel.

Pengalaman menginap di Aston Pasteur mengecewakan. Dengan membawa nama Aston, hotel ini tidak memberikan service yang baik, berbeda dengan pengalaman menginap di Aston yang lain. — Lift tamu hanya tersedia 2 buah, sehingga tamu harus menunggu cukup lama dan tidak dilengkapi dengan access card sehingga siapa saja bisa naik ke semua lantai dan keamanan tamu tidak terjamin. Selain itu lift juga berbunyi sehingga membuat tamu cemas ketika menaiki lift. — Laundry tidak diambil dengan alasan tidak mengisi list, padahal list tidak disediakan di kamar — Makanan kurang enak dan juga ketika habis tidak di refill dengan cepat (buffet). Plating makanan juga berantakan baik untuk buffet maupun room service. Penyajian makanan tidak terstandar. Dengan menu yang sama, isi bisa beda. Banyak menyediakan menu room service tetapi ternyata kosong. — Ruang rapat tidak nyaman dengan segala macam suara bising renovasi. — House keeping tidak teratur.

Staying for 3 nights and really love the ambience of lobby and room. You will be welcomed with very nice smile of the staff and bajigur drink. Love it so much! Breakfast is amazingly delicious and enjoying jacuzzi near by pool! will be back for sure!

Hal yang paling impressive bagi kami adalah variasi dari breakfast nya. Dibanding hotel setara, varian di Aston Pasteur paling juara. Dari Indonesian, western, japanese semua ada. Segala usia. Segala selera. Sangat recommended. Untuk room nya, 2x kesitu selalu tidak ada handuk kecil, harus diminta ke housekeeping. Biasanya hotel bintang 4 selalu available tanpa diminta.

This time I am stayed in this hotel for vacation with my family, and hotel is recommended for business purpose and leisure. Room is clean, cold, Wi-Fi was fast and breakfast was outstanding. Can't wait for my next business trip on March will be in this hotel :D.

First time when I stayed here was back in 2012. It was oddly all-purple designed hotel. The room was narrow too. I was surprised when I stepped into the hotel earlier today. They revamped the whole interior of the hotel. And the room is spasious with retro industrial look. Thumbs up!

Hotel yang nyaman dan bersih. Staf ramah. Kami menginap sejak tgl 4 sd 10 feb 2018 dan kami sempat berpindah kamar namun exhause kamar mandi kurang berfungsi dengan baik dibanding kamar yg sebelumnya. So far semua baik dan recommended. Tq aston pasteur.

Telephone not working, keys are broken and staff are barely helpful. Had to wait for an hour and 4 staff to get keys fixed. Luggage delivery brings forever just to take us to lobby. Bathroom door squacked badly. Not worth of the price.

For Family Vacation is Recommended. Various type of Breakfast, but the taste could be improve. The cake is too salty. The bread and bakery is too hard. Warm swimming pool, Comfy Bed, Spacious room, Beautifull Decorations.

I really like this hotel. The location is good, my room view is amazing (city, airport, and higher slope). I stayed on New Year eve which is very busy time, but they managed to provide excellent service (with delay, which is expected during such busy time). Here's a picture taken from our room at 11fl.

Rooms are quite nice and spacious, the staff are very friendly but the parking area is a bit cramped.

Akses ke hotel ini sangat strategis karena terletak di jalan utama Pasteur. Pemandangan yang disuguhkan juga tidak kalah menarik, yaitu pegunungan dengan indahnya hamparan kota Bandung. Asyiknya, bagi para fakir transportasi, seberang Aston Pasteur dikelilingi oleh berbagai macam shuttle ke Jabodetabek dan bandara.

Hotel pasteur terletak di daerah pasteur bandung yg tidak terlalu jauh dari pintu tol pasteur sangat strategis. Hotel bintang 4 yang menurut saya ada beberapa catatan yg perlu mendapatkan perhatian management hotel ini. 1. Kemudahan parkir kendaraan roda 4 yang harus jauh memarkir kendaraannya. 2. Kolam renang yang terlalu kecil khususnya ketika week end. 3. Lift yang ada 4 dengan kapasitas 15 org perlift. Faktanya 8 orang saja dengan ukuran berat normal 60 kg sudah ada warning utk mengurangi kapasitas lift. 4. Areal breakfast hotel untuk perokok tepat disamping kolam renang sehingga sering kecipratan air dari kolam renang … perlu ada pembatas nya sehingga tidak mengurangi kenyamanan tamu yg sedang sarapan pagi. 5. Variasi makan pagi dan rasa lebih ditingkatkan lagi.

Provided services according to Aston standard, location near from Pasteur Toll Gateway. Easy to access nearby local cuisines. A good place to have business and leisure visits.

This is the new Aston hotel as the old one is now managed by Holiday Inn. Both hotels are in Dr. Junjunan Street. Breakfast is way too standard not only the menu but also the taste and the service at the breakfast hall is way below expectation. Parking lot sucks, I'd say 3 out of 10, elevator is too slow and had to wait at least 5-7 minutes and they have 5 lifts + 1 service lift. Towels are old and yet this is a new hotel and just recently opened in October 2016. I like the old Aston better and I don't think I'll be staying at this hotel again. To be frankly, this is my first bad experience at Aston hotel chains.

It is a nice and clean hotel. Beyond my expectation with the price I paid. I also made some last minute request (additional bed) before my arrival and they deliver it timely. The staffs are really friendly and efficient.

Staying 2 days at suite room and superior room. Great view, located at Bandung main road, surrounded with food stall, convenience store. View is extraordinary from suite room. Seeing Bandung landscape. Suite Room very large. Clean. So do superior. Staff is okey. Breakfasts are served with large varieties of choice, standard american berakfast, Indonesian traditional, japanese (sushi), dessert. Kids meal. Gym. Pool. Jaccuzi. Definitely will prefer aston pasteur for another family vacation.

1. Staffs are helpful but hard to communicate because of language barrier, most of the staffs does not understand English, when spoken in English, they replied in bahasa. They need to be trained for their English language. 2. We stayed in suite Rooms, the rooms are not sound proof. It will disturb your sleep at night if you are a light sleeper. During the night, we could hear the busy traffic, every 15 minutes, You could hear motor vehicles, ambulance, police cars on the streets. The prayer chanting by Muslim is also loud as they uses microphone to chant, so early in the morning & night you will be woken up by the chanting. It's really pretty loud at night 3. Staff short of manpower in the spa and massage room, during my booking, the staff could not understand simple English so I have to use Google translation from English to Bahasa, such as, "can I pay after? ", " do I pay here? " "Can I do a booking for massage? " She replied me in Bahasa, There was confusion, during my booking I stated I am from room 1101 and I will be coming down for spa, but when I reach the spa room, there wasn't anyone, it's cold and dark, I have to approach the Recept by walking there & tell the staff, then later did I know the spa therapist thought I want to do spa in my room so she went to my room, and the whole spa, there is only one therapist.

Family Room. Is a must for any family who are looking for a child friendly hotel. Pool a bit small, but with free heated spa which is great for kids. Room moderate with modern looking. Strategic location… near highway as well in the heart of Bandung City.

A good hotel with worth it rate, located in Terusan Pasteur street, one of the most horrible traffic jam area in Bandung.

Nice place, breakfast is very nice, they provide playground for kids, and also swimming pool and jacuzzi pool and spa and room is nice. Only the parking space which is outside the hotel area, which is not recommended if raining weather.

I was staying over the weekend for business and decided to bring my family along, my husband and two young children. The location, the friendliness of the staff (except the front office) and the family room we stayed in are great. However, the bathroom's ventilation seems poor as smell stays around the room and it wasn't pleasant at all. Front office staff could be friendlier, although they seemed to be overworked, they could at least show sincere smile and friendliness. IDR 300, 000 deposit is a bit annoying as I had to run around from the meeting and front office to add more deposit for room order. Why not keep open card and charge fully at check out? I've stayed in other Aston hotels around Indonesia but the others are definitely better than Aston Pasteur.

In overall the hotel is on average. Give proper parking direction to your back side of the hotel especially when your basement parking is full. I have ordered salad for lunch and it taste lower than my expectation. Less chair and table near the pool, makes visitor to stand to wait for the kids while they are swimming, please you know that weekend is high occupancy, provide more chair would be great. Breakfast is NOT GOOD.

This hotel near the toll gate pasteur. Really enjoyed my one night stay here, satifsfied with the size of the suite room and bathroom, comfortable bed, sofa, complimentary drinks, helpful staffs. But the king size bed here is 180x200cm not as I expected (200x200cm) and there were no head towels in the bathroom. Overall everything was very good,
