Stayed there for 2 days and my second times, nice room, bathroom are superclean! Helpful & friendly staff, strategis, breakfast taste good and special thank you to Mas Ikhwan (Front Office Manager) terima kasih sudah upgrade room saya ke family room yg super nyaman & spacious. Love it. Will definitely come back again.

We stayed at this property last week. The parking spots were limited so snag yours at your earliest convenience. Check in was quick and smooth. We were kindly upgraded to the family suite that had 1 queen + 1 single bed. The pool was on a small side but still enjoyable.
The room itself was quite modern, nice and comfortable. Beds and pillows were good. There was a slight problem with the wash basin, but they repaired it quickly.
Why I gave this a 3? It was because of the pure reason of noise. I could hear people chatting, laughing from the room next door. Even worse was the traffic noise at night! The noise was not so bad around 7PM as the streets were congested and maybe people were not in their rooms. I was awakened by 10PM from the noisy neighbours and the sounds of high speed motorcycles.
Breakfast was delightful. I thought the variety and taste were top notch. The service got pretty busy after 8.30. But the staff managed it well.
I urge the management to install proper soundproof windows. Such a letdown for an otherwise great property.

Booked 1 night for transit to Jakarta. Had a great night staying here. I booked 2 rooms, one for my family and the other one for me and husband. The rooms are clean, tidy, nice interior, comfortable bed and nice view. Almost all facilities are available, such as gym, sauna, pool, and spa. Thank you for hospitality!
