My parents are staying there on point redemption (from my account) and they were denied their complimentary breakfast. I have 2 cases open with Marriott about this. I've had 41 Marriott nights to my account this year, and this type of treatment is unacceptable.

Excellent hospitality and services. Really worth it :) Clean and neat with complete facilities. Suitable for family and/or bussiness. The hotel also offers some affordable packages (meals and services) for guests.

Best hottel in the area. The best thing is Supportive staff. They are willing to surve us any time. Smiling facess are everywhere. I stay thare 7 days. Breakfast also good (many varieties), Strong Wi-Fi, gym, spa, kids play area, swimming pool all the thinga are up to the level.

Stay here for one night, place is new. Room quality overall is very clean and there's sofa bed inside the room. Bathroom shower the hose was damage and seems not properly maintain. Bed was comfortable for me. Great breakfast experience with many variety. Recommend for family with 2 child I think will be adequate in one room double bed.

Love it. The rooms is nice, comfy, very clean, staffs are friendly and really helpful, their foods is, quite delicious with many varieties, pool view is cool (but there's so many smokers here, its a bit annoying), and parking area is too small. Their praying space (musholla) is quite nice but too small.

Cozy, good and affordable Hotel in West Surabaya. The pool is quite windy, so be careful about your wear and your carry especially your sandals And I can chillin' all day long beside the pool, you can enjoy the sunset and look the stars at the night. Sure I will come back here!

Brilliantly located, comfortable and beautiful, as much as Marriott's standard! Room is spacey, clean, and everything you need for staying is just there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great, the buffet food (I rent the function with food included) they serve are just awesome. Definitely recommend this to anyone who look for Marriott standards with more affordable rates.

Hotel ini satu grup dengan hotel yang sudah sangat terkenal dimana-mana, yaitu marriot. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap, karena selain fasilitas utama yaitu tempat tidur, tetapi mereka juga menyediakan gym, kolam renang, sampai spa. Untuk tempat parkir cukup luas, di basement sampai dengan 3 lantai kalau tidak salah. Kalau kalian masuk pertama kali, kalian tidak akan langsung menemukan lobby hotel di lantai dasar. Karena lantai paling bawah ada bank Lobby hotel terletak dilantai dua, bisa naik menggunakan eskalator atau lift. Hotel ini mempunyai lobby yang cukup luas, dengan banyak kursi, kursinya juga bermacam-macam bentuknya, termasuk ada bar di belakang resepsionis, dan ada mini market juga di lobby hotel. Yang saya tertarik disini ada ruang yang didesain untuk keluarga yang bepergian dengan anak kecil. Jadi ruangannya memang nyambung, ada king size bed untuk orang tua dan single twin bed untuk anak-anaknya. Jadi kegiatan anak bisa dipantau. Hotel ini juga memiliki ballroom yang cukup luas bisa disewa untuk berbagai keperluan.

Hotel yang satu manajemen dengan Mariott ini sangat mencolok dengan skywalk kaca dan seperti twin tower dari kejauhan. Berjarak 3 km dari Bukit Darmo Golf, 8 km dari Tugu Pahlawan dan 21 km dari Bandara Internasional Juanda. Lunch di Resto Kava yang menyajikan banyak makanan tradisional jadi berasa makan masakan mama di rumah. Kamar dengan aura cerah dan santai berfasilitas Wi-Fi gratis, LED TV, kulkas mini, deposit box, toiletries, slippers (sandal) dan teh juga kopi. Ada juga pilihan connecting room untuk keluarga dengan anggota banyak yang ingin menginap disini. Untuk room deluxe ada bluetooth speaker dengan docking, jadi bisa mendengarkan musik dari smartphone sambil nge-charge. Tidak perlu jauh-jauh untuk lunch, karena di lantai 5 ada Kava Restaurant dengan menu hidangan mulai tradisional seperti Bubur Madura, Gado-Gado, Soto Bandung sampai western. Setiap sudut hotel ini sangat instagramable jadi cocok untuk hunting foto juga. Sangat dekat dengan mall Ciputra World Surabaya, Lenmark dan Supermall PTC, jadi cocok untuk kalian yang ke Surabaya ingin staycation sambil shoopping. Fasilitas yang paling menarik adalah kolam renang outdoor di depan Kava Resto dengan hamparan rumput dan dengan atap jadi tidak perlu takut kepanasan atau kehujanan. Ada juga spa dan gym yang dapat memanjakan kalian. Untuk yang ingin ngadain wedding atau seminar, tersedia Ballroom berkapasitas 800 orang.

New hotel baru kurang lebih 1 tahun umur nya. Kamar bersih, lapang, toilet jg bersih. Proses check in dan check out cepat. Di dalam kamar ada kulkas kecil, kl malam agak berisik suara kulkas. Breakfast ta lumayan, walau setelah 4 hari variasi nya ga terlalu berubah banyak. Staf nya ramah dan helpful. Di sekitar nya ada beberapa rumah makan kalau males makan di hotel, tp didekat situ tidak ada I domaret atau alfa, walau di dalam hotel ada store kecil menjual berbagai macam barang. 1 saja yang mesti di perbaiki lift nya suka lama, padahal ada 3.

Good place, friendly staff, comfortable stay. We had an early morning appointment before the breakfast started and we just mentioned it in passing. They arranged for a meal box right before our departure. Wonderful place, wonderful people!

New hotel but feel like stay in Harris Hotel not Marriott chain. Staf was friendly, food is so so, for new hotel it's bit lack of maintenance.

1) Must provide deposit though there are no snacks & drinks at the mini bar
2) Food is not tasty
3) Drinks at the bar are a bit pricey and not as good as expected
4) The design interior at the restaurant could have been better; some chairs & tables look like they’re taken straight out of a Padang restaurant. I don’t think I would stay here again in the future.

In overall a wonderful experience. Clean room, nice breakfast, helpful staffs. One small note though, it would be better if cars that are dropping out passengers for less than 5-10 minutes don't get charged for parking fees. I've used online taxis for three days, and they don't want pick me up inside, as they are don't want to pay the pickup/ drop-off fee.

Good Facility (Internet is fast, room is big) But service need much improvement — Find hairs everywhere on my first check in night — Toilet Paper not refilled, only 1 toothbrush for 2 people, no slippers (out of stock) — Check-in took 10 minutes to complete — During check-out, receptionist didn't communicate properly and we ended up waiting for 10 mins in front of them when nothing else need to be done (they didn't even ask us if they can help us after we waited so long) — Last, no help in ordering taxi is possible. Getting Grab, Uber, Mybluebird app is much faster.

New hotel facility with good structure very good and helpful staff, well above average in this category. Room is not big but is very functional, everything works and clean. Nice swimming pool and decent fitness center. Breakfast also is good as well as restaurant. Again staff amazingly well trained! Only negative point I found was room curtains, too narrow could not keep sun light out and very early morning the room was flooded with light! I certainly recommend this hotel for business or budget trips to Surabaya.

Hotelnya masih baru. Bersih. Fasilitas baik, sayang utk pendingin ruangan kurang terasa sejuk — juga pemandangan di satu sisi gedung menghadap ke salah satu sudut kota yg kurang indah — sebaiknya ditutup dengan tirai atau yg hijau2. — smg bisa terus bertumbuh. — salam all the best.

A very nice hotel with spacious room, clean bed sheet, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and great view of Surabaya city, especially if you stay at the top floors. The pool which located in the 5th floor also give you the city view. The location is also strategic, many food stalls around the hotel and there is a mall which located only around 10 minutes walking distance. For the breakfast, there is nothing special, but the food is very decent.

Should try the pool when sunset, the pool located in high location (couldn't remember the floors) but the background would be Surabaya City. One of the recommended photo session spot.

Was staying here for a business trip and training. The hotel is new and the facilities are quite great. Rooms are clean and tidy. Food was a bit of disappointing. Location wise is okay. Near a mall that you can just walk for 10-15mins.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The restaurant at the fifth floor had amazing view. The food was delicious.

Good hotel for a fair price. Hotel is a western-standards hotel and for its price it's well worth a stay. Close to Ciputra World and only a short (20 minutes without traffic) ride to the airport.
