Great hotel in a good central location. Staff were friendly and helpful without exception. I stayed 5 nights and everything was faultless. There was no iron in my room and the hotel had run out, so they offered to press 2 shirts for me for free. Nice. Big mall next door with lots of food options.

Best and exclusive look … I love to stay here a gain… unic like art galery … romantic. Near shopping mall, amneties really good, buffet breakfast is various and tasty.

Good but for internet or Wi-Fi need for improvement on broadband generation. Poor Wi-Fi bandwidth and cellular networks.

For a buffet resto, the space of the restaurant was a bit tiny, not that spacious. And the options of the buffet there some food that hiding behind of other food, you need to ask it to the buffet officer. The taste of the food pretty tasty, but I guess many buffet restaurant out there has a tastier food than this one.

Comfort place to stay. Friendly staff. Great service as well the food. There's an infinity pool here.

Designed beautifully. Wide variety of desserts and tasty food to choose. Dinner with the view and dimming light. Comfortable praying room, unlike other 5-star hotel nearby. Very convenient as it is located side by side with Ciputra Mall.

I've stayed here for quite the number of times already. I really like the hotel and the services during my stay, would be glad to give *5, yet it seems that the reception staff qualities are declining bit by bit everytime I came back. Also what is the problem with walk in guest checking in? During my walk in check in, the reception gave me quite the stare. Perhaps better staff with more experience is to be considered in the future instead. Additionally, the internet provided can be improved. Not really important, but the quality of the internet is falling quite far behind compared to other hotels, even against *2 or *3 hotels. READ IT FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD… the hotel could deserve 4* or 5*… breakfast and restaurant buffet is good, service is good, rooms are quite luxurious and full of amenities… BUT… 1* for the noise that comes from mosques all around starting at 4AM 1* for the credit card warranty that is not cancelled immediately when you check out (normal) but take 3-4 business days for the finance department to proceed… IF THEY DON'T FORGET… in the meantime… they make THEIR CASH FLOW, with YOUR MONEY. i suggest shangri la on the other side of the street, Wich knows how hotels should work…

A decent hotel in Surabaya. The hotel was quite empty during our stay there but the staffs told us it was quite full. Not many people during breakfast and the 8th floor lobby was empty most of the time. The reception staffs need more training to handle customers. It's supposed to be a 5-star hotel but the reception staffs attitude were like in a 4-star hotel.

Had Hightea there, supposed to be a package for 2 but we were 4 person and could not eat them all haha worth to try!

The moment I entered the lobby, I could feel a brand new and elegant hotel. Location is attached to modern and upscale shopping mall. Room was clean and well maintained, but rather a bit small relatively to other 5 stars.

We love the place. The room is very nice. The aircon is working well. The people around are friendly and accomodating. We are hoping to go back again next time.

Great, modern Hotel (3years old) with good breakfast and infinity pool on the roof. Since opening, I am up to now every year mind. Once been here and can only recommend it. Centrally located and a shopping mall is also just 4min away.

Quick response from hotel staff in term of handling complaint, comfy room, nice pool located in 22nd floor with mesmerizing view. May need clearer info about parking lot esp. For newly hotel customer whom they bring ther own car and need to park by themselves.

Brand new hotel with quite comfortable room, fresh and clean. The elegant ambience is spreaded right after we enter the lobby, and then also at the reception desk on the upper floor. The swimming pool is attractive with its city view. Its location in the city centre and connection to the shopping mall Ciputra World become the additional value.

The 1st five star hotel by Swiss Bel hotel management. Very modern and luxury hotel, but the room size are limited and small swimming pool.

Fierce lady at receptionist desk whom serve my check-in process. She must had bad day that morning and express that to me. Sucks! /poor or weak water at shower. /poor breakfast, 03sep they serve moldy/rotten snakefruit (salak) /superweak telkomsel signal /internet or Wi-Fi is superrr slowww /body weight scale in bathroom is not working /poor location, nothing much in neighborhood + /attached to a big shopping mall /new hotel.

Hotelnya mewah dan bagus banget sih, walaupun ukuran hotelnya gak terlalu luas tapi hotel ini bisa manfaatin segala lantai. Dan yang saya suka banget konsep lorong kamarnya tuh kaya melingkar gitu, dan POOL nya itu THE BEST BANGET! Infinity pool di lantai 22! Bayangin aja gimana gak keren coba?!

Another good and recommended hotel to stay if you are in Surabaya. The price is reasonable, new and clean hotel. Good service, and strategic location. This hotel have adjacent huge mall next to it.

Very nice hotel! Services are good. Good food. Good room. Just, you need to fix the parking system. It was bit hard to find a car park cuz you combined the car park with the mall.
