Kamar luas, bersih, ada safe deposit box, minibar, steam shower. Cuma ngga ada hairdryer. Viewnya perumahan dengan cat warna warni. Swimming poolnya simple, ada untuk anak2 dan dewasa. Kedalaman 60cm anak 1.4m dewasa. Ada tempat gym. Treadmill barbel, dan speeda. Makanan di Muncar resto lumayan enak. Makanan bervariasi. Staffnya ramah. Parkir luas.

Don’t expect anything with Wi-Fi connection, it’s really poor. I’m so upset.

Great Staff, Nice Location, Good Room, BF and meal taste is good, but need to improvement related in room dining meal services and linen quality.

The staff are so polite, friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very well fitted and comfortable to stay at.

Looking at the price and the facilities given from this hotel, I gave it 5 stars. The room quite large for a 3 stars hotel. Breakfast menu was good and a lot of traditional in the menu. I would definitely come back.

One day stay for my business meeting. The breakfast was great, really authentic indonesian food, the taste was delicious. Excellent service from the staff, clean and comfortable room. Will coming again.

Kenyamanan? Standar hotel Santika lah, tidak perlu dibahas lagi. Parkir mobil dibawah, lobby diatas, lumayan jauh kalau mau ke mobil. Breakfast mantaps abisss. Lokasi resto dekat Pool & Lobby. Tapi bagi saya ada yg aneh, Pool utk dewasa terbuka, bisa dilihat dari resto, sedangkan Pool utk anak-anak justru ditutupi rimbunan tanaman dalam pot besar-besar. Jadi kalau anak-anak berenang, ortu susah mengawasi dari resto. Sedangkan kursi di Pool hanya sedikit.

This is a very nice hotel, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast menu is varied, close to the city center and one thing I think is good if we forget to bring something like a prayer rug, sarong, Al-Quran etc. We can borrow it for free. I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Santika Banyuwangi.

The best hotel in Banyuwangi. Nice amenities, clean and neat complex. If you need something comfortable in that area then that's the place to go.

Rooms were nice. The Aircon in our room didn't really work very well. The pool is okay. The food in the restaurant is great but it can get boring after a while. Only the second tier rooms had balconies. Otherwise a generally great hotel in a boring town.

Decent room space, great amenities. Parking lot is a little bit small compared with Hotel star level. Service is quick and efficient. Pool is decent, not too big, but still has children pool area. Breakfast is good, need more food variation though. Definitely the best Hotel now in Banyuwangi.

The hotel is so comfortable, nice and cozy. It smells good and I like the room. Santika Banyuwangi has a restaurant called Muncar Resto. The food is quite good and recommended. As it is one of the biggest hotels in Banyuwangi, the hotel is often fully booked during holidays. Not only local visitors but foreigners also stay at the hotel. The price is worth it.

Like this hotel so much… my wife and sons same with me. Is clean everywhere. Only some the bathroom floor to slippery. And dark color on floor so look dirty. Hot water coming fast and easy balance with cold one. Breakfast is so many choice. And the chef so friendly. Asking the tasted come over my table. Will come back if going to banyuwangi again.

Nice hotel. Little expensive but is Okay!. Many item on that room. Missing hairdryer. In town of banyuwangi. Many chinese stay in here. Will comeback if visit this city again!

This 3 stars rated hotel is newly operated about 2 years back but surprising enough to notice the housekeeping / maintenance is not seriously carrying-out their responsibility to sustain the quality of the guestroom interior.

Careful with the bathroom door, better bring your phone in bathroom in case you got stucked.

Nice Hotel for such an emerging city like Banyuwangi. I might say this is a best hotel in the city. To me, the room is okay, the food is just so-so. Unfortunately, I haven't tried the room service. Overall it was a nice experience staying here.

Small Room, Crappy bed, Breakfast is not delicious, ordered spaghetti room service and it was horribly tasteless, Service is not bad, but the card usage system is very inconvenient.
