A fine hotel near the center of Semarang. Very friendly, helpful anf correct staff.
Prices of beer for the room are a bit high per can 75k IDR and there is no hotel bar which is a pitty. Fortunately many malls in the area.
We'll be back.

Breakfast menu is good, but I think LK Hotel must have coffee machine… so the coffee not like another hotel which is below LK.

Good family hotel! Letak strategis, dekat dengan pusat oleh2 di daerah pandanaran, sebelah terdapat rumah sakit hermina. Tidak jauh dari simpang lima maupun tugu muda Parkiran tersedia dari lantai dasar sampai lantai 5, lekukan untuk mobil cukup sempit, jadi berhati hati saat mencari dan memarkirkan kendaraan. Kamar tidak terlalu luas, atap pendek, berkarpet dan ac dingin. Kasur luas dan empuk. Pelayanan memuaskan dan ramah Bila memang berencana membawa keluarga (3-5 orang) tersedia connecting room, yang menghubungkan 2 ruang (king size dengan twin room) Untuk breakfast kurang variatif dan tidak terlalu enak, namun untuk ruang makan sangat nyaman. Kolam renang berada di lantai paling atas (24), outdoor dengan view kota mengarah ke utara semarang. Terdapat mini jacuzzi. Overall hotel yang berdiri tahun 2017 ini layak dicoba untuk menginap jangka panjang maupun pendek. -AW-

Very close to several tourists spot in semarang. The position also very close to the legend bandeng presto store in pandanaran street. All of them are in walking distance. This place is clean, provide good service, and provide what you need. The environment is good as well. The breakfast menu are quite complete. The goods price is also affordable, reasonable, and best for value.

This is one of the most hotel in semarang and my favourite hotel too. Near downtown city and near historic place. Easy access.

Well the hotel is okay, very good location, best sleep I had in a while. the interior is kinda old, so cant take a lot of pictures there, but the room is good and spacious (i ordered the twin deluxe) and the bed is so good! the pillow is so comfy! very good sleeping experience! ah and the swimming pool its outstanding! at the top of hotel, u can see the best view u could ever imagine with swimming! but its very hot at the afternoon so do it in the morning or the night! kinda pricey though, around 500k rupiah pernight, but its really good!.

Design is luxury. Like the way they set the decoration. The pool view is great. Beed improvement for gym room, it is big enough but the fitness facilities still minimum. Overall, it is good recommended.

Selalu puas setiap ke semarang dan nginap di hotel ini. Lokasi hotel strategis untuk beli oleh-oleh tinggal nyebrang. Kamarnya bersih, terang dan fasilitas cukup lengkap. Pelayanan oke staff ramah dan cukup helpful. Parkiran jg cukup memadai ada 3 lantai jadi ga repot. Harus diperhatikan waktu naik lift karena ada 2 lift disitu. Ada yang apartment ada yang hotel. Ranjang twin ukurannya besar dibanding twin hotel pada umunnya.

Its a news hotel so all equipment is well maintained. The fitness is pretty small, pool is small, but parking lot is enough. Restaurant is small as well. The good thing about this hotel besides a well maintained building is the price.

Great hotel… Clean, comfort… The rooftop pool was beautiful… Very good place for relaxing and spent your holiday time… Gym available, also in the rooftop… Located in the center of city… Food in the restaurant is delicious… Breakfast included with so many varian and delicious taste… This hotel provide shuttle mini bus, but only for limited destination. The shuttle operates 3 times a day, with a fixed schedule. We can ask about the schedule to the receptionist…

Stay for 6 day 5 night, this hotel have a nice view from your room, you can have a city + mountain view or city + sea view in the horizon, and swimming pool in rooftop are best facilities in this hotel yo can relax at noon to see sunset and watch from distant airport and sea with ships, room are big, nice and clean, Meeting room are good, but nothing special on breakfast and lunch menu just so so… and its very near to center of souvenirs, you can just walk (Bandeng Fish Presto, Lunpia, wingko, chips etc)

Big room and bed as our request. At peak season for breakfast, the restaurant to small, we need to wait to have a table. Carpet in the room need to be more cleaning. Advantages of this place is near from Semarang old town and many other attractive location, hope this hotel has more improvement future.

Food and room was okay. Love the infinity pool on the rooftop, especially at night. They also had gym too. Best value for price.

Nice hotel, clean room, no smell, tight bathroom, nice swimming pool on 24th floor. The hotel located near Tugu Semarang & very near to Simpang Lima. We didn't take breakfast as local foods are much better. The view from roof top is superb.

Nice, clean and spacious place to stay. Don't worry to bring your kids here, because the swimming pools has a kidz area. Placed at top of the hotel, you will amazed with beautiful semarang scenery. Breakfast menu choice is very limited. Tips : you can book early, it's more cheap.

A cozy, new hotel in the midst of Semarang. Clean, contemporary and chic style. Small but cozy room. My only complaint is the walls are too thin especially if you have connecting door in your room, you can hear almost everything next door!

Modern hotelier with mediocre services. When I was staying there, the electricity was troubled. The food is also not good enough for a 4 stars hotel.

At 1st. We went to d wrong hotel (simpang lima) cz we had no clue there's 2 Louis Kienne hotels. Check in proccess super fast, friendly staff, east to find parking space, good location make us easy to roaming around. We love the room coz its right in d corner, great view. D star of ths hotel is d Infinity swimming pool. On d rooftop. Superb view. Even to Lawang Sewu. Minus point frm d hotel is d shower place that has no curtain, so d water splash all over. No refrigerator. No hang sign on d door for "no disturb" or "make up room". We have to call to ask d house keeping make up d room. But, I would like to stay in this hotel again whenever I cm back to Semarang.

Good location, very friendly staff. The room is quiet big, the pool is so great. They have gym too. Recommended if you come to Semarang.

It is my first time stay in Lois Kienne for one night. I came here at the late night. Lois Kienne Pandananran is new building that join with the apartment on the behind. Service is good, breakfast menu is mostly indonesian food.

The location is near the center of town and many shopping malls. The hotel staffs are friendly despite some english language problem. The room is comfortable enough and the service is okay.

So so hotel, compared with its price. Kinda too cold room, and the cabinet smells like newly bought. Dinner is so so, break fast quite good. Might give 3, 5 point if I could.
