When I was on my way to have a breakfast the gardener Katut Suja was busy to plant plants and met us with a big smile and said: "Have a Good Morning". I’m not allowed to add more reviews, but decided to add here more information about amazing breakfast, which I never experienced in other hotels with 5 stars. I love the the wide rooms with a private balcony, lounge area, tennis court, golf court, billiard, many other things which I planing to discover in next year. I love the atmosphere which open for us an Amazing staff.

Nice quiet rooms although a bit dated. Comfortable bed and very nice swimming pools but with a bit to much chlorine. Great location to play golf but just to far from local restaurants and shopping.

Great spot, great pool, great bar staff! big thank you to Yogi, Eka and Irvan for making the best cocktails in ulawatu.

We stayed here for the first 6 days of our stay in Bali for our honeymoon. I was not impressed with the rooms, we arrived and got taken to our room for it to only smell like mauld. The shower smelt the bathroom facilities were broken and much more. The place itself was nice and quiet relaxing the staff were nice and welcoming. I felt like our frst part of our honeymoon in ulluwatu felt like I was back at home. Disapointing considering the place itself it supose to be nice. Thank you but I wouldn't stay here again.

Located very close with the dream land beach.

Hotel needs a lot of maintenance that I hope will be attended to before the expansion advertised in the lobby eg. The deck, it is very dangerous. Our shower would always flood the floor we heard another guest mention the same problem to reception staff the TV could use a wider selection of channels and the wait on food ordered from the restaurant definitely needs improvement. We found ourselves ordering before we felt hungry because we knew by the time the food got to us we would be ready to eat. Our stay was pleasant but nothing like I was expecting from reviews I had read.

Terrible service, had to lug five bags to our room without assistance or being shown where our room was, we were expected to find our own way to our room which is quite a walk from the lobby. Decided to try out the dining area and wasn’t served for 20 minutes, drinks took another 20 minutes to arrive (only received one drink and it was a bottle of water) (by this point we have asked what’s going on around 5 times and no one could give a straight answer, no communication between staff! ) my soup arrived without a spoon or the garlic bread it was meant to be served with, seven minutes later my spoon arrives (still no sign of garlic bread) then he took my spoon back to go get garlic bread? Still no sign of the garlic bread but the second drink has now arrived! What’s that we see? A mouse running below our feet under our table? Very disappointed I didn’t even get to eat my food, my garlic bread or spoon never showed up so we left with a non sincere apology from the manager.
Update: back in our room trying to order room service seeing as we haven’t yet eaten, they are out of the only vegetarian option available yay.

Very nice rooms, staff are very friendly and helpful. Transport wasn't that expensive and was good. The restaurant was very reasonably priced and food tasted good. Minibar is also quite cheap for a hotel. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. Very relaxing.

The whole place needs maintenance as it is tired and run down. The bathroom was moldy, there were no hand towels or soap. There was a lovely looking deep bath that we could not use as there was no hot water. The whole bathroom needed a really good clean. The staff that we came in contact with did not speak English very well so even normal tasks and questions became a problem. Compared to the staff at the villas we had been staying in the few days beforehand they were not overly helpful or friendly at all. The bed was large and surprisingly very comfortable. Room service although quick the food left a lot to be desired it looked like it had been thrown together. The hand basin wouldn't drain and the bath wouldn't fill. It is miles from anywhere and people cannot just go out to a shop and get something. Their shop only carries a few items and they are overpriced but they have the monopoly as you are stuck there unless you go through the whole thing of calling a cab, it is just too much trouble. We will definitely not be going back and would not recommend it.

Very bad experience. Dirty, not maintained at all, bad service in the only restaurant. We stayed in a suite and the room is very stuffy, stale. Hate the smell in the room. The shampoo and body wash are extremely smelly, possibly they expired Long time ago and no one changed it. And I found out that after putting shampoo on my hair, very disgusting. Location is extremely inconvenient. The only restaurant has very bad service, taking ages to get a table, ages to wait for food and food is cold. Bathroom in the restaurant is dirty, has water leaking, cover by a towel with flies on it, very disgusting. Have to find another bathroom, yet we found this a poo on the floor. Stayed there only because it is provided as a wedding guest accommodation. Will not go there again.

Older buildings and facilities that is located a fair distance from everything but the quiet surrounds and very friendly and hospitable staff make all the difference. Thanks again for all you did for me and my family. We hope to return again soon. Take some time to explore all the facilities as you have your choice of pools and we found one had a very sunny position while the other was still partially in shade we found moving between them both through the day kept us cool and not too burnt.

Impressive at first, but fishing in details.

Worst resort I have ever stayed at. They had really bad service. We had to change to a different room and the ceiling was leaking. Only good thing about it was prob the pool. Amazing place but the hotel is really run down. Definitely needs an upgrade, so old.

It’s been awhile since I stayed in a poor hotel. I have stayed in budget hotels, but Le Grande is definitely worse than budget hotels. It looks okay from outside and the lobby, but once you enter the hallways, you start to see how badly mantained the hotel has been. The floor is dirty, the garden is not well taken care of. Entering the room, it gets worse. I stayed in 3003. The curtain has stains. The restroom is badly lit, the rubber on the shower floor is chipped, the needle to hang clothes is dirty and chipped, the handle of the hairdryer is sticky! I don’t want to know when the last time the room was cleaned. I had 2 friends staying in the suite and another room who saw a RAT in their rooms. Two other friends complained the AC was hot in their rooms. Another friend staying in 3006 had her closet door broken and had to be removed. Service is not good either. It took forever to get my extra pillows delivered. The front desk officers did not pick up our phone when we called late night. Breakfast is horrible. Everything is oily. I took my baby to swim and we went to the public restroom near the main swimming pool and it was one of the scariest restrooms I had ever been to. There was noone in there, dark, and damp. When we turned on the water from the tap, suddenly water from one of the showers started to come down when there was nobody in there. It’s easy to say that I will never ever return to this hotel and definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Nice place. Too bad it's too far away from town. Hard to find transport. Better drive yourself. A bit hard to find the lobby from hotel room.

Lobby nya ternyata kecil. Di gambar terlihat besar bgt. Kolam renang nya juga kecil u/ ukuran hotel bintang 5. Kamar luas. Bed besar. Kamar mandi nyaman dan luas dgn bathtub. Amenities lengkap. Balkon berdebu. Hotel ini besar sekali. Jalan dr lobby ke kamar terasa jauhhhh bgt. Breakfast kurang, baik rasa maupun variasi. 3 mlm menginap disini, menu breakfast nya sama. Lokasi nya jauh dr kebisingan jd istirahat bisa tenang disini.

Bad experience, event if people smile and try to serve, offering is very poor, restaurant is average to bad, the sorts was after 30 hours travel I wanted to have a nap and got disturbed by bell ringing for room service I didn’t ask, desperate to seul it seems.

This hotel could be awesome. The place itself — outdoor area is amazing. Rooms and bathrooms are not very clean, you can smell mustiness. We had only 2 towels it means 1 per person. Apparently it's a kinda rule, our friends in the other rooms had exactly the same issue. Of course, you can ask for more, but still, pool is literally in front of you, so you'd expect more then 1 towel… I missed lights, rooms are too dark. Food was average, although staff is very friendly.

The hotel ran out of almost everything during our stay there, they didn't have bread for hamburgers any fish, lobster, juices. It was terrible service. They also stopped the happy hour although it was advertised because they also ran out of spirits. The restaurant doesn't have A. C and in the heat of Bali it is most needed. They do not help you with any tours or things to do in your stay there so bring everything planned. It is at a very inconvenient location far from eveything and they hotel is never available. I definitely do NOT recommend it. Wouldn't stay here again.

Big room, love the bathtub but the lighting is not good. Its a huge hotel and kinda complicated, you could get lost just to find ur room. I booked 2 rooms, for my parents and i, but mine has probem with the air con, bathtub and no umbrella. Perfect only for short stay because the location is very far from everywhere.

My stay was wonderful a delicious first breakfast attention very several recommended 100 this place made me feel like home.

This resort was amazingly beautiful from the pools to the outside decor to the overall ambiance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Bali. It's central to many locations by car, although not walking distance to many places as it is in a private area. Closest thing is dreamland beach 20 min away walking. Staff were courteous, pleasant and attentive to our needs.

Cozy room that we ordered, with direct access to swimming pool. Spacious, but little bit need maintenance, especially at the bathroom which we can find unproper shower function. Bfast was good.

Most things were good. The breakfast was good. The general atmosphere was good as well. Sometimes, we did not have hot water and Wi-Fi in the room and that is why half a star is off (the staff were fairly quick to respond and we could get Wi-Fi in the common areas). The staff was very helpful. The toughest part was having to pay the full amount for the duration of the stay in Indonesian Rupiah upon arrival. The hotel should take payment via credit cards. Other than that, our suite had a great view as I had requested for my honeymoon. Close to Uluwatu temple but far from the other tourist hubs but I liked it that way. The massage in the spa was excellent.

The hotel is okay but a bit complicated in terms of the rooms, the breakfast is okay too. However the place is a bit far from anywhere else, and somehow ride hailing app like Grab finds it difficult to reach here. Other than that, the view is nice, and Dreamland Beach is within walking distance.

The room shows its age and in need of a better care. Breakfast quality could be better for the price charged on additional persons. The main pool is nice, but the bottom is too rough & hurts everyone in our group.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The choice of food in the restaurants is not big, four days in the hotel. The hotel had a rented scooter (not expensive) and moved on it. The whole thing is fine, except for the noisy Chinese! )

This is the worst resort I have ever been to. I got food poisoning from the room service dining the first night, they forgot to give us towels when we arrived in our room and then when I called to ask for the towels they couldn't understand me and hung up on me twice. Finally they understood what I was saying and after a 2 hour wait we finally got our towels and were late for our dinner reservation. The room and pool were poor quality and the staff were even worse, not listening to us and very poor service. We originally booked the room for 4 nights but left after 1 night citing all the reasons above and they promised us a refund for the remaining nights we didn't stay but then declined the refund not even giving a reason why. I can't express how much of a bad experience this hotel gave me, would never recommend to anyone and I will never be back!

The hotel is a bit old but that in considered in the reasonably low prices. The pool area is very nice, but beware, the restaurant in the hotel is not very good and there is no more restaurants nearby.

This is excellent resort in town and wonderful hospitality. Location is very peaceful and having golf view make it more beautiful. Don't miss Balinese message in resort.
This is really excellent management from top to down and hotel staff keep smiling and nice gesture.
I would really recommend to everyone if you are in Bali then you should try this luxury resort at really competitive price. I will definitely come back again and thanks to hotel management and staff for making our trip memorable.

Excellent hotel. Very near to the beautiful beaches of Bali. They also rent bikes cheaply for you to cycle around the golf course and access Dreamland Beach.

I was surprise with the price of this hotel. Find my room big enough, I love the design of it bathroom. Has Complete Facilities. The minus is some wardrobe seems wear-off and needs more menu variety for breakfast. But overall my stay at this hotel was great.

Hotel Le Grande is wonderful, stylish hotel with 18 hole golf course just beside the hotel. Very quite atmosphere to relax. I went for holidays with family and stayed in Suite which is 103 sq. Meter which is as good as your home with complete facilities. I was pleasantly surprised with Dreamland Beach which is just 5 minutes drive from hotel for which hotel shuttle is available. Dreamland beach is as good as Kuta beach… nice, sandy beach, very good for surfing, etc. Price of the room seems reasonable to me. Service of the hotel staff is friendly and understand your needs. Kudos to the Hotel GM Mr. Anil Pinto who is down to earth and takes care of any issues you are facing. Will definitely visit again :)
