The owner are very welcoming as almost Indonesian are very friendly. But I had bad experience because in the room there were bed bugs. The most miserable nights for me.

This place is really quiet but still close to Ubud main street, less than 10 minutes walking. It has a very nice little garden/temple with water and fishes. The owner and the staff are all extremely nice and always available to help, she found a drive to the airport for us and also suggested and booked for us an amazing cooking class! She also made very good balinese vegan breakfast. The room is pretty spacious, clean and with nice furniture; the bathroom as a good shower with really hot water (I almost burned myself! ), which is not common in Indonesia. We would definitely stay there again!
