Central location and decent rooms, but after staying there for four nights the owner didn't want to store our two bags there for about 10 days while we went to Java. We had to practically beg her to store them there because we didn't really have another choice. That left a bad taste in my mouth so we decided to stay somewhere else when we returned to Ubud.
Pretty decent place to stay (budget hotel) amidst the centre of Ubud. Basically you will have Locational Advantage at this place. Almost all the Must See Places in Ubud can be accessed from here. The Bungalow has an amazing View of the Green Grass Rice Fields! The entire lane has some good restaurants and cafes. The Staff were friendly & Although they don’t encourage you hiring an UBER!

We stayed there for 4 nights and at first the owner was warm and friendly. Towards the end of our stay, we asked a staff member if it was possible to store our luggage while we did a side trip to Java and she said it wouldn't be a problem. When we were about to leave early in the morning, the owner knocked on our door to say they weren't going to store our luggage. Didn't give us any reason, simply NO. We tried explaining that we had asked beforehand and were told it was possible, that it'd be only for a few days and that our whole trip was planned around that. After a lot of arguing, she finally "agreed" with a horrible attitude, pretty much cursing us out. Of course that made us very anxious and upset during the whole trip. We returned to Ubud a few days later to pick up our luggage and she received us with the same attitude plus charged us 300, 000IRD for a service that most hotels are happy to do for free. We were planning on staying there again, but after such bad attitude and hospitality we wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from people who are not genuinely hospitable and only want your money. PS: The homestay is huge and it was completely empty when we stayed there (we were the only guests as far as we could tell), so plenty of storage room. Besides, our luggage was stored in a small room in the back, so it's not like it was on the way bothering anyone.
