Stay extraordinary, with people more than extraordinary, I have no words to describe our fabulous stay with our lily rose who is 2 years old, the restaurant is a delight and the people are so adorable, I recommend 1000 % this hotel.

Good place friendly stuff… even if you don't stay there go take a SPA… It's the best from my experience nothing's can be compared to it.

Stayed here on the 22nd to 24th August, wish we had booked longer as it was the first time we stayed there. Staff were very friendly and the ladies in the spa were the best. Rooms were fantastic so was the breakfast. The pool is in the sun all day long so it was always nice and warm. Also scooter hire is available long term or just daily. Very family orientated, 10min walk to the centre of Ubud or 4mins by scooter. One recommendation would be if you have young kids not to have a room that backs on to La Pacha Mama restraunt/nightclub as they pump the tunes till 10 to 11pm. La Pacha Mama is also top notch, the owner is a top bloke.

The hotel is 15mins walk from the city center. It is a really quiet area. We booked a suite and the bathroom was huge! They helped us to arrange a trip to rice terrace and other temples. The pool is really nice. Breakfast was good.

Such a great place to have as a neighboring business! We eat here often as the food is delicious and the staff are incredible. Thank you Sri Ratih for being such a strong pillar in this beautiful community! ~Brian.

Very nice hotel. Welcoming staff. The setting is very pretty. Two steps from the center. Nice attention for our honeymoon with lots of flowers. The bathroom is hot.

Great for price Good location. Open reception area and waiting area. Clean. Short walk to rooms which pass the pool area. Room is air conditioned with open bathroom which can be locked from the inside. Two beds with tv. Adequate. Breakfast was really good and substantial.

Hotel convenient to go in the center of Ubud. 3 star Hotel average. Breakfast really not great. Small pool. Efficient and very helpful staff. And small precision It is quite normal to have towels provided for the pool.

Amazing hotel and the location is perfect for walking into Ubud. Beautiful clean rooms with great showers, A/C works great, relaxing pool, and the service is top notch. Daily breakfast will get you ready for a great day in Bali. Restaurant serves a variety of food, everything is very good, and make sure to visit the spa. We extended our stay here, twice. This is the perfect place to base your trip if you want to be in Ubud and central Bali. Only issues I had were Wi-Fi does not work well in the restaurant, worked great at the pool and room. Our balcony was shared with adjacent room. Did not matter much since pool was just a few metres away, and that was the best place to hang out.

Very nice and clean amenities, nice pool and charming garden. Breakfast and food in general is very good, local as well as European.

We spent 6 nights in the Sri Ratih Cottage's Deluxe 16 room. What a pleasure.
The room was superb. The Balinese bathroom is outside. The shower had a lot of pressure and a lot of hot water.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a problem with a door and they arranged it within the hour.
The rooms are located in a lush garden.
The breakfast at the menu is very good and varied (8-9 choice) the pool is clean. The rooms are clean.
It is also very nice to have a small balcony with outside couch.
They offer 4 free shuttles a day to get to Ubud centre. Because it's the only downside. It is a bit far, in fact it is about 1 km but there are two very steep coasts to climb to get there and with the heat… phew. But it's done.
There are several small restaurants very interesting nearby (including the Mexican Pasha Mama, the Element) otherwise the restaurant of the hotel is also excellent, we ordered room service several times. I would particularly recommend the Lawar Bali salad.
I would definitely stay there again.

This was one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The Bathroom was again, beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The pool was a lot of fun and the restaurant was good. Having breakfast was convenient, and for what it's worth, it was good. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I only wish I could be there now. The hotel's location is pretty good aswell, it's about a 10 minute walk to the major square, and from there you can branch out and discover all that Ubud has to offer.

This Hotel is just class! Everything is clean, the staff is really very nice and the Breakfast is also great. There are various menus to choose from, it's delicious fruits are added every day, there is also a small Balinese Sweets served. We are absolutely satisfied-and-forth would be, if we're ever back in Bali, back here.

Fantastic place. Calm and close to center of Ubud. Easy access to whole Bali (volcano, south Bali are one hour away) Team is wonderful and helping. This is said 3 star, yet quality of rooms and service are 5 stars. Breakfast is tasty with different type of breakfast offered. Every night you can read a local story they bring to your room… one of the best hotel I have been in long time and much better than the 4 stars hotels to I have been to lately.

Firstly compliments to Olieq who was extremely helpful with my booking enquiries. Very patient and answers all my needs. Big thumbs up for her effort! Next the breakfast in the restaurant was really nice and so were the service staff. Ot kind of fun our towel art changed from Swan to elephant and a Loch Ness monster on the last day. The lemongrass shower gel (or was it shampoo) smells good. They aso have a turn down service where you can get staff to read you your daily bed time story. Only thing is the air-conditioning in the room was a bit too loud. I really liked it here!

Very nice place, quiet, restful. There is a beautiful pool in the center of the cottage. The suite is well kept, with a partly open bathroom. Very good breakfast.

Stayed here for 6 nights in a suite. Room so spacious n bed so comfy! Loved the great selection of breakfast! Beautiful garden n a nice Spa. Friendly Staff went the extra mile to make my stay a wonderful experience! A very friendly GM too!

It is truly beautiful here, I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away for a relaxing holiday in Ubud. The staff are amazing and highly attentive, by the time we had finished our breakfast and came back to our room it was cleaned. We used the spa most days and loved it. Thank you so much Sri Ratih for looking after us, we will be back!

My experience was absolutely wonderful in the Sri Ratih hotel! I had a stunning view from my open-air bathroom. The bed was riant. The service was excellent. The staff came by twice a day. Once to tidy the room, as nearly every other hotel has. The second time was to prepare your bed for a good night rest. I would really recommend this hotel over other hotels!

We had a 4 night stay here recently and were very happy. We we're concerned our room may have been a little noisy when we arrived as it was close to the restaurant next door (we were in room 23) but we weren't bothered by it so decided to stay in that room. It was very clean and the staff were very attentive! The grounds are beautiful. We used the spa everyday as they gave a discount for in house guests. Very worthwhile. The spa staff were very professional and well trained therapists. This hotel is positioned in a nice spot in Panaesten — art district in Ubud. It's only a quick 10min walk into Ubud, but if your not up to walking they have a shuttle bus. The breakfasts were included in the room rate and were very nice — great menu to choose from. I can highly recommend staying here. I'll definitely be back.

A luxury hotel. In the countryside with a very nice pool. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very characteristic. The customer is pampered. Even revise to 19 for making beds and leave a note with a good night story.
The restaurant offers a varied menu and a variety of drinks. There is also a laundry service and a wonderful spa.

Good hotel, good food and not very expensive. Yes return ever to this island I will stay here again.
