Why don't you guy contact customer for refund even thou you promised to do it within 3 days? and changed accomodation for the reason of full booking. There is a youtube to introduce the same scam story which happened in Ubud. It's cheating. Agoda also asked you to pay. I will go there again in person and send my friends if you avoid. Don't cheat customer.

This is the perfect sanctuary when in ubud! It is very basic so don’t expect fancy hand soaps in the shower, but it is clean, modern and comfortable. This is in ubud, but maybe a 10 minute walk from where the main action is. The location of this isn’t directly next to the road which is perfect as you don’t get any noise pollution. The balcony is lovely and you get a view of the pool. I will definitely be coming here for my next trip to ubud.

A little distance from the road, it is accessed by a small path of a hundred meters. Very quiet. Breakfast is simple but good. The rooms are quite spacious.

At the day of our arrival we had gotten room 1. This room was a very old and dirty room with moldy curtains. And as icing on the cake, there was brown water from the tap, shower and toilet. After a complain they brought a ‘mecanic’ and what he did was tapping a lot of water. After 1 hour hey said it was fixed. Well it wasn’t. So they decided to get us another room: room 4. This was a very big room with kitchen a bathtub and a shower. Though the room was big, it stil was not clean, and the giggling cleaners (teenage girls) didn’t work very hard to clean it they were staring at the guests, pointing and laughing. in the 4 nights we stayed there, the pool was unusable. Because of the brown water. The pool water was brown, the bottom was black. The ‘management’ promised us that we could use the pool the next day, but after 4 days it was still not ready. They were cleaning it with chemicals but didn't inform the guests. So some people used the pool and were even swimming in the chemicals. Thats just wrong! Beside of the bad communication about the chemical in the pool (see description) The ‘management’ was some lady who just didn't want to help me. I rented a scooter from her which was half broken because the engine went out during driving. After I asked her for a scooter rental place she “didnt know any”. Her neighbors rent scooters! Hard to find place, just a small wooden sign. Good location, next to all great locations.

Hard to find, no parking lot, old tv, no fresh towels or bed sheets during a 1 week stay, no complementary mineral water, Wi-Fi not reliable.

Very nice place, close to the center of Ubud, near Monkey Forest. Very calm and zen Very kind staff. Some repair could be usefull on the plumbing baut that doesn''t ruin the stay at all.
