Upon check-in, the manager and two members of the staff warmly greeted us and escorted us to our room where there was a fresh chocolate cake with "happy honeymoon" on it (they even sang to us to wish us a happy honeymoon! ) and an outdoor bathtub filled with beautiful rose petals and a romantic message waiting for us! :) They also gave us a detailed explanation of their services menu at Korurua. The staff is so friendly and cheerful and professional and always requested feedback on what they should do better. The only thing I can recommend for improvement is food menu variety, more options would be lovely and it would be very nice to extend the room service dining from 8 pm to 10 pm. All the Food & Beverage we consumed at Korurua was GREAT-tasting and they always delivered our room service in a prompt manner. The pool is beautiful and calm and clean and very close to our room. They have stunning views of the jungle. Their housekeeping is easily available, very efficient, and they have the best laundry service I have ever had at any hotel, the scent that they use is just WOW. They are quick to offer you help so don't hesitate to ask. They want to exceed your expectations, you can tell by their guest interaction :) The Villa has a cozy, traditional yet modern vibe, feels very good to just be there. We stayed at three hotels in Bali, and this was the BEST. We will come back again for sure! Please keep up the good work and don't change (only for the better!
