WOW what a place. We were absolutely blown away from the minute we arrived with the beauty of the Padma and the genuine happy friendly staff. Could not fault anything about our stay. We had a beautiful young girl Rani look after us with our lunch orders at the pool bar/cafe. Everyone should stay here at least once in their life time.

Fantastic hotel in paradise, which leaves nothing to be desired.

The pool and Spa are the best things of Parma! Felt that we were always chased by the waiters to pay every single drink as soon as we ordered! Not even paying at the end! Not relaxing.

The resort is a grand. The room is clean, luxurious, and spacious. The food is extremely delicious. And on top of it, the covid health protocols are very strict! two thumbs up for this. We are still having 1 day left to stay today and we will certainly comeback here again in our next trip to Bali!

Apart from the huge, luxury, 5 star facilities, we are surprised for so many (single and family) positive activities inside hotel. Outstanding view. After we go back to our house, my kids said " why we should going back home? "😄 This hotel is definetely worth rate as exceptional.

The place very relaxing and amazing view with friendly staff, we had very good time to stay specially my daughter! she love the animals garden ❤️she feeding the duck, cows and caramel and latte! We will come back for sure👌

Super love staying here they were very family friendly and a lot of activities for kids and adults too! Swimming pool was superb because of the warn water and the view. And they provide afternoon tea, delicious breakfast, animal feeding for kids, archery and hiking trail and of course spa 💜💜💜 definetely will come back.

The entire experience is just too amazing, takes hotel stay to the ultimate level. The rooms, views, activities are all highly recommended. The afternoon tea with the view and archery are hotel highlights. This resort is simply too heavenly and definitely amongst the best in the world!

Nice place to stay and lots of activities.

I always look at the bathroom first. And surprisingly clean, no bad smell, seems like brand new toilet.
if the hotel can take care the toilet, means the rest are better.
the room is maintained properly, quiet, breakfast is excellent. Very nice swimming pool. Very helpful and kind service.

Beautiful location, fantastic staff and great heated pool overlooking the jungle and valley. Very relaxing and our two kids absolutely loved the kids club and activities. A bit of a drive to get there and the road leading up to the resort needs work (which looked like it was happening on our last stay) but once you get to the resorts grounds it is as always the quality you expect from padma resorts.

A beautiful resort, with lots of activities and things to do you’ll never be bored. The staff are incredible and make you feel so welcome from the start. The views are spectacular, I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone as well as the club access. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Super super amazing resort, I have never felt this relaxed in my life! Padma is the most amazing resort I have ever stayed in, the amenities are second to none, the staff are beautiful, polite and will do anything to help. We had club access on this visit and it was sensational, breakfast options were unreal — buffet (which has so many delicious options), a la carte, or room service (al which are free) free coffee, soft drink or juice at all times upstairs in the club access room, afternoon tea at 2:30, followed by appetizers and free cocktails at 4:30, I can’t stress how amazing this was.
The animal forest was amazing, seeing the all the animals and how well cared for they are was beautiful.
I could make this review go on for hours, but all I can say is, do yourself something nice and come here once in your lifetime.

From the time we checked in its been an amazing experience. Staff here are very helpful and friendly.
Padma ubud has some of the amazing views around the property be it from the pool or the villa.
View is very soothing and breathtaking.
Rooms are very well designed and they have everything u need if not its just a call away.

We had the club lounge package which was fabulous. The scenery is breathtaking and the warm infinity pool was the perfect place to have a cocktail and admire the serenity. We were treated like royalty and there was nothing that was too much trouble for the staff. Outstanding hospitality. The rooms were perfect, clean and quiet. A trip highlight was the mixology class. We laughed until our sides ached and we may have even learnt a bit as well. It was lovely to see that the animal garden was clean and all animals looked after very well. A special mention to Artha and Dedi our mixologists, thanks for the laughs and your amazing cocktails. Also a special mention to all of the drivers that transported us to wherever we needed to be. I only remember Herman’s name but you were all fantastic. To Every single staff member we interacted with keep up the great work. Your hospitality will always be remembered fondly. We hope to come back one day. We felt truly spoilt. Thank you.

This resort is amazing. It’s beautiful and the rooms are great. The staff are wonderfully accommodating and nothing is too hard. We did the open top car excursion from here and it was fantastic! Made the driver and Made our guide were exceptional. We chose the Temple, Rice Terraces and coffee plantation tour and really enjoyed it. Lunch was provided by the hotel and was plentiful and diverse. Would recommend the hotel and the tour. Although it’s 40 minutes from Ubud centre there is a free shuttle running throughout the day. Thank you PADMA Ubud for a great experience, now we move on to PADMA Legian.

5 stars ⭐️. Absolutely breathtaking resort. Staff are lovely, so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Views of rainforest are amazing. Heated infinity pool is the best I’ve ever seen. We loved breakfast and afternoon tea which are included. Kids enjoyed animal farm, especially otters! Free shuttle to Ubud was fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone.

This place is absolutely amazing, best resort we've stayed at by far, from the rooms to the pools to the jungle and surrounding gardens, the staff can't help you enough, so friendly. And definitely try the buffet dinners, well worth it. 5 stars from us…

Padma Ubud is a beautiful serene haven. Wonderful facilities including an amazing infinity pool & brilliant kids club. The staff are delightful, friendly & accomodating.
It was a total sensory experience for the mind, body & soul.

"Cooler climate up in the hills and forest"
The resort is stunning, some ~400 metres higher than Ubud township the climate is cooler but humid a result of the altitude and the beautiful rain forest.
There is no doubt that this a 5 star retreat and it delivers on all fronts. Large infinity pool with a swim up bar, gym, spa, walking and running tracks and multiple eating and drinking options.
The large rooms have everything required including a bath and a shower and balconies with lounge furniture.
The breakfast selection is fast and very good, the staff are wonderful. The Wi-Fi is great, one password all areas including transportation shuttles. Strong connection all over the resort.
There are 5 shuttles each way to Ubud town with the ~14km drive taking between 30 & 40 minutes.

Rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The bathroom is very spacious, something that I truly appreciate. It feels cozy as soon as you enter it. Pools are heated, so it's comfy to swim even at night. The jogging track that goes through the forest is a nice touch. It's a hotel that's centered around nature. Do note that the position of the hotel is quite secluded, making it difficult to find any food around the hotel. Shop in advance if necessary.

Awesome place. The room is big and wonderful. Swimming pool is warm in that cold area, excellent for swimming. The scenery is breath taking. Night scenery is also awesome. There's a jogging track, which is challenging but awesome. Sadly couldn't stay long. Can't wait to re-visit again.

Great location to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the scenery of Ubud! The staff were amazing, very helpful and pleasant! The food was great with a great array of meals from around the world. If Fitness your thing? The fitness activities are great for an active retreat for all ages. Hotel is very clean and spotless. Thank you Padma Ubud, will definitely be back.

Great view, nice big room, relaxing place for family or honeymooners. Alot of activities for kids. Enjoy the bath tub with rose petal and bath salt option. Great breakfast option. They also have gluten free meal. Super nice staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel is spectacular, the gardens are cuidadisimos, with a tour through a lush bamboo forest with a bridge and a river. The rooms are very clean and well looked after. The restaurant is great and the breakfasts with specialties balinese cooked in the time according to your taste by a chef that is the best we have tested. The staff is very attentive always with a smile and with a lot of dedication. It also has an infinity pool that merges with the jungle that is Really precious. What I would recommend without hesitation, we stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the hotel, we didn't want to get out of there.

Amazing service. Amazing view. We asked for an extra bed and they provided it with no problems. They have so many activities that you can seriously spend your entire trip just experiencing all the activities they provide. Breakfast was truly magical; we were seated by a breathtaking view and there was live calming music not to mention the delicious food. Do yourself a favor and pamper yourself crazy by coming here. You will in no way regret this. Best resort I've ever been in hands down.

We had our honeymoon here and it was the best! The hotel was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing!
Unfortunately I got sick whilst there but the staff were great, they checked in on me, brought me ginger tea & flowers to make me feel better! I honestly cannot rate this place high enough and feel that 5 stars is not enough! Thank you for such a memorable and perfect honeymoon.

Amazing facilities, infinity pool, breathtaking room and incredible staff! We got upgraded in a suite with breathtaking views on the jungle. This got us by surprise and it took us a long time to be able to stop looking at the incredible view. We then went to the infinity pool, and wow again. It is the most amazing pool we have seen in our lives! I have no words for the kindness of the staff. We have never seen such a friendly staff always making sure you don't need anything. Best hotel experience ever. Flawless.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at with the most amazing views, great service and amazing staff would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to truly relax and be amongst beautiful nature!

I stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon. We stayed in a club suite while we were there. It was an exceptional experience and by far the most hospitable resort I've ever been to. The hotel took care of everything for us. A few highlights: — After spending 24 hours traveling, we were met at the airport by a driver with cold water and cold towels to freshen up with. — Once we got the to resort, we were greeted in the club lounge with a cold refreshing tea. — The entire resort, from the garden to the pool and room, was beautiful. — All of the food was amazing! — There are tours available through the hotel that give a really good exposure to the main attractions in the surrounding area. I will say that the resort doesn't seem quite as great without the club membership. It gets you free breakfast and free drinks during happy hour. Also know that the hotel is fairly isolated which is really nice for getting some peace and quiet. The hotel also can arrange transportation and has shuttles for visiting Ubud. Next time we visit Bali/Ubud, we know exactly where we're staying.

The place is stunning and the pool is gorgeous. Definitely a worth of money if you want a place that is relaxing and one with nature. The theme of the hotel really represents traditional Bali and held a lot of performances of traditional music and dance on Bali. There is also a lot of activity too. The hotel room and bathroom is enormous and the view of the balcony is amazing. The bathtub is perfectly large too. Really, really relaxing and worth it.

Great hotel, worth the money! Kind of chic, the territory itself is pleasing to the eye, there is where to walk, what to see (plants, animals are all just mi mi mi…) The rooms are clean, all that is necessary to eat (shower, private bathroom, hygienic shower, safe, hair dryer, etc. Its terrace where during the rain lie Just a pleasure, about the pool of meaning no talk, it must be seen by yourself!
The staff are as likely and everywhere in Bali, very sweet and helpful. The food in the hotel is both European and local, and there is also "afternoon tea" (which I meet for the first time) if you, as well as I do not know it, and for you it will be a pleasant bonus! ;)

One of The Best Resort in Ubud. Friendly staffs. Great food. Great ambience. Great for relaxing. They provide activities such as yoga class, cycling, village visit, agriculture and all FREE OF CHARGE.

This place is really nice and the view from the pool. Elegant place but a bit far away. Remember you are in the mountains and it is a bit cooler up here. Pool has heater and I loved it, it was needed. Staff is super friendly.

This is my first time to be here, overall this is the best resort I ever stay! Great services, views and everything. Awesome. Even though it is a bit far fro. The ubud, but this is worth it. Spend your time here, rest and relax.

Absolutely incredible, luxurious and so beautiful. We went there for our honeymoon but would recommend for anyone. You ha e a butler to look after your every need. The Balinese people are so gentle and kind.

Padma Ubud Resort may be away from the main town, but they have various free bus shuttles throughout the day. Ubud is cooler and less busy than Seminyak, a lovely change. I stayed for 3 days but could easily stay for a week. They have very friendly staff and provide many Resort activities and suggestions on where to go during your stay.

Awesome place in dense jungle, with largest ever infinity swimming pool in Bali with clouds rising from valley. Nice Spa but need to improve on quality of spa services and ambience. Food quality is so so. Indian vegetarians be careful as you won’t get much variety …

The place is located in a very secluded location. Very serene, quiet. Good for stress relievers. However the in room Service food isn't as good considering the fact that the price is very expensive. I guess since the closest location is Ubud and people will think twice to get their food for lunch or dinner. The overall experience is satisfying, will definitely come back here again!

There's nothing better. Clean. Exodly friendly. Very helpful. There's nothing negative except that the holiday is over. But we'll be back. The hotel is like in the photos! Just book and think madness. That calm alone. Mega Hotel.

Good staffs and a very nice room. My only complaint is :I don't feel like in Ubud. But in avatar movies. The floating paddy field on the top of bar pool. The garden / pool that looks like a garden in Mars with lots of mirrors to accommodate sun lights for the spa bellow. And the downtempo music at the amazing long pool that is not very Ubud style. The gem is the small private pool on the far down left of the pool. A very secluded pool with forest view.

To be honest, we've been a fan of Padma Bandung for quite some time. So, what about Padma Resort Ubud? It's even better! Of course this hotel is not for everybody; No hotel is. This one is kind of isolated, surrounded by valleys and jungles, but the view alone is a worthy trade-off. Not to mention the fresh air. If you are looking for tranquility, peace, you will love this hotel. However, there are also tons of activities to choose from. Early morning swim in the heated infinity pool? A visit to the animal garden? The hiking track to the bottom of the valley (and back)? They have all of those, and more. Oh, by the way, they also have awesome staffs, quality breakfast, great Wi-Fi, and of course, lovely rooms. Every room (except those on the ground floor) has a very very nice balcony.

Beautiful, secluded hotel that caters exceptionally well to various dietary needs. Delicious meals, wonderful, heated infinity pool, beautiful walking grounds and spacious rooms. It's a fair drive from the Ubud city center; however they offer complementary shuttle service. Exceptional hospitality. Five stars.

Staff are incredible. Location is very far from Ubud, longer than an hour if there is a traffic jam, which we got more than once in 3 days there. I think they could use more shuttle time too. Onsite laundry costs also insane. Facilities and food very good. The staff are incredible, they will not point you to someone, they will either sort it out for you or have someone come see you almost immediately. Bed super comfortable.

I can only say the best words about this hotel. The view to the jungle is stunning, the staff and service is top class, the room facilities are great, the bed is huge and super comfortable, the food is also great. And the best of all is the infinity pool with the bar — it is exceptional! We were on our honeymoon and we got some nice surprises from the hotel. It was an experience we will never forget!

In the mountains, the hotel's swimming pool, mountain views are great, every day there are a wealth of activities, service staff trained, Spa is great, buffet dinner is generally not included in the drinks. It's a great place to stay for a few days and unwind.

Great staff, awesome breakfast (with gluten free options), and large, well equipped rooms. They also had lots of activities led by super friendly staff. Room service comes early so be sure to put the do not disturb sign out if I you don't want to be woken up. Amazing two level infinity pool with sunken bar. The sunken bar actually had a better spirit selection then two of the other bars in the resort.

Paradise on Earth, truely paradise in Bali after a hectic weekday you can escape to this place. Good view, food services from staff, good room and good food. Enjoy the dinner at pool side restaurant and breakfast at fourth floor with a gorgeous scenes.

"Rarefied" is a fitting description. On an isolated mountain of bamboo, palms and flowering trees is the world's largest heated infinity pool. Behind that are about 100 beautiful rooms viewing the mountains, attended by an exceptional staff. Meditative gambang and flute music is always fluttering in the background. Food at the breakfast buffet is delicate, very healthy and abundant. The art and culture of Ubud is 30 minutes away by free shuttle. If you need to recover from a high stress environment, a week in Padma's hands is a very good prescription.

Their services were excellent, the view was amazing. And they really generous of giving us complimentary. Perfect place to stay for honeymoon.

The staff and pool make this place. From the moment you arrive you're made to feel welcome. The photos of the pool speak for itself. It's well heated, has plenty of room and has a swim up bar. The rooms are still quite new and quite large. Very comfortable travelling as a family of 3. We'd definitely return again!

My review only pertains to their food presented at the 2017 Ubud Food Festival. First of all, it's crazy expensive. My friend got one small pork rib and a handful french fries, that's 60K! Another friend got the gyro-like food, another 60K for two chunks of gyros, each one wasn't even as big as a fist! Second of all, the dishes weren't even tasty. I hope they do have better services in other areas.

It's very very far from the airport. But it's a very nice bali styled hotel with friendly staffs. Rooms have a little balcony complete with scenic mountain view. Wi-Fi is super duper crap.

This hotel is suitable for people who really wanna to release their stress! Far from crowd, cold weather, between the cliff, the east west, south, and east are cliffs, the location is far inside a village. It was newly open in 2015 and only few tourist know about this place. Soon, it will be so famous! It has big infinity pool, many kind of yoga classes, delicious buffet and snacks, welcoming crews, very far from city even signal could not reach this place, instead u can use Wi-Fi connection in every single spots in this hotel. There are also a river with human-made bridge which is connected with very long jogging tracks inside the hotel. Damn, can't say no more, it's absolutely perfect place. 5 star! Can I give it 6?

We only stayed for 2 nights but wish we stayed the whole time while in Bali. The staff, service, rooms, amenities and food are all amazing. Deasy, Owen and the rest of the staff at Padma Resort Ubud were so fantastic. I think we may have found our anniversary spot. We will definitely be coming back.

Great resort, we went with a 5 year old and 3 year old, kids club were great with the kids, the pools were amazing, food and service were great and rooms were lovely, only drag is the 2 hr drive from airport.

Just spend 3 nights here and I really feel 5 starts still doesnt do this place justice! Not only our the views to die for the staff have got to be the most attentive friendly people in bali! Eko and Ary get a special mention for all their funny times at the pool bar!
