We can only review our dinner dining experience at the Beach Club restaurant. Lovely beach front location. Service was good, food and drinks was just ok. The Captain Morgan rum my husband had did not taste like rum at all. Probably a local brew in disguise. Annoying!

This hotel is beautiful and relaxing like most hotels in Bali. The room was simple and unfortunately not the cleanest. The balcony was very nice and had a nice view. Breakfast was fine and the employees were friendly.

Our last stop after visiting Singapore and Ubud. We wanted to relax at a hotel that was quiet, on the beach and a little bit of life. This was the perfect hotel. Beautifully presented and designed, spotless beach, friendly staff, great food and lovely rooms. The sea was safe and shallow compared to Kuta where the waves are huge.

A delight, peaceful and tranquil. Breakfast is fabulous and the resort is all you could ask for. Views are excellent and the staff so friendly. Love it here and would definitely recommend it. 5.

Beachfront with three great pools to swim in. Both staff & food are lovely. Close to many restaurants with great food. This is our first time in Bali & we would definitely come back to this hotel. Very easy holiday.

Hugh place, kindness people who looks for your comfort, even if you're not staying the night there. All the typical commodities you can imagine with the plus of a wide and amazing view of the sunrise. Also, a comfortable place to practice yoga and meditation with high level teachers.

For 4 star rated hotel. It's a little bit overpriced. The beach, the staf, the pool, and some facilities are really good. But some are not that good. Like cleanliness of the room, and the inside of the room is below from what I expected from 4 star rated hotel.

Glad I’m here — gorgeous inside & out. Main pool could do with heating — it’s a bit too cool for me in contrast to the air temperature. Great location, great service. I’m only half way through my two week stay so… watch this space.

Nice place even for not residents of the hotel. We just came for dessert, but we enjoyed so much that we would come back for whole menu. We have been in the middle of a 17teen birthday party. But the waiters still took their time to serve us. Enjoy the black rice pudding with Cocos milk.

Family friendly, puri santrian has excellent location. Very quiet. Away from the party buzz. Recommended for relaxing getaway. I didn't try to food but the drinks are refreshing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice services (swimming pools, restaurant, breakfast…) Only problem, the bathroom, not the standing of the rest of the room… But hey, it's only the bathroom!

I'd say possibly one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Incredibly location on the beach, a lot of the rooms are a bit older but the 4 (5? ) pools are brilliant and it's central so if you want to leave to go out, that's easy too…

I love this place, we have stayed here three times now, last time was in Nov 17. We stayed in the new Premier wing room, absolutely beautiful and huge. But we found the place a lot quieter this time, put it down the the Mt Agung crisis they had at the time. The pool bar wasn't in use which defeats the purpose, could be nice if they have some nice music playing at the mezzanine restaurant to keep the guests at the hotel, but there were theme nights there. That's the only suggestion I have for the management. Apart from that it's beautiful and we wouldn't stay anywhere else, love all the restaurants and little shops at the front of beach and in the streets around. Much rather here than in Kuta or seminyak. But that's our taste.

Only thing that let the hotel down was not a lot of choice for breakfast and that it needed a proper happy hour (2 for 1). Other than that a beautiful hotel and staff.

Cute and clean, quiet.

The reception of the strollers by the beach is extremely unpleasant, we are made to understand that we are not welcome if we are not guests of the hotel. I who am sensitive by the reception, it is certain that now I will not recommend this institution squarely to my friends from abroad and local.

This is a great hotel on a beautiful stretch of beach in southern Sanur. The fact that it has been operating for so long is a testimony within it self. The buffet style breakfast offers a very good variety of freshly prepared food and caters to all tastes and cultures. It is open to tourists from other hotels as well.

Good food, clean environment, air conditioning can a bit of a pain — broke down in the middle of the night. Overall a very posh (for sanur standards) place with a Balinese touch!

January 2018 I booked 4 rooms for the whole family. I had stayed here before but not as a family group.
This place exceeded our expectations.
We were in the santarium club rooms. Lovely large balconies for the family chats and gAtherings. Rooms are a great size with a lovely area for luggage and clothes.
So many choices of pools in this place, and this place has great pool beach staff that looks after your needs.
Beach was good.
We dined at both restaurants in this resort. My favourite was the Mezzanine bar. The food had the wow factor. Food and staff here were the best we have experienced in Bali.
After 7nights here my family left for home and we were to continue to Ubud.
We didn't want to leave so had another 7nights here.

It's a nice hotel! The location on the beach is not the best, besides being a hotel that does not put the prominence in it… that's a disadvantage… The attention is correct.

It's relaxing, not too noisy, and the meal is good, but the dessert is a little too sweet! All the rest are very satisfied.

My favourite hotel in Bali! The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Great location in beautiful Sanur and the rooms are pristine and comfortable. I've stayed here twice already and can't wait for my next visit!

This is a very classy place. We stayed in the premium deluxe room, there is a separate new wing on the hotel with its own infinity edged pool and a separate sundeck area. There is an adults only policy for this section, so it's a good place to escape. The bed is king size and like sleeping on a cloud. A big 42" TV and a lounge in the room. I highly recommend trying this place out even for a couple of nights for a taste, you won't regret it. They do have discount packages available and there was 50% off the in-house spa centre while we were there.

Lovely resort friendly staff.
The pool bar is a let down, has no atmosphere at all no music and most of the time no staff! You have to go looking for someone and to top it off they don't even make cocktails in there they go to restaurant to get them.
I even helped myself half the time as I could not find anyone.
We went the the bamboo bar at prama as it has atmosphere and a great service.

Great hotel with an awesome pool bar that has no atmosphere at all. No music and they don't even have it staffed most of the time would have expected better from this establishment. It's half the fun having a great swim up bar. Well I guess they don't need the extra sales and it just made me buy my own drinks and not spend a penny in the hotel.

Quiet place to relax. Buffet breakfast ok but same every day. Meals ordered from the menu are well presented but always cold on arrival. Coffee and tea not really hot. Pool drinks expensive except beer. Rooms nice and clean.

This place offers free afternoon tea, good Wi-Fi, free yoga (I haven't participated in them, so cannot comment on it further) classes in the morning, and great facilities to relax near the pools, beach or relax area's. Morning breakfast has decent variety and of decent quality. Also has a nice spa with great friendly personel. Other people working at Puri Santrian have varied demeanor; most keep to themselves, some are really friendly with a kind smile. The Santrian Club rooms where we stayed are decent, but not all furniture is in great condition. Bed's good, sanitary facilities were a singles bath and singles shower, and balcony looking into the plaza. Overall park looks nice, with many squirrels and sometimes a bit noisy birds (up to 10pm). But the best would be the oceans breeze, which helps cool down during a hot day at the beach.

Very nice place, rooms are comfortable, room service is very good, people are pleasant, smiled, food is great, yoga teacher is excellent, very helpful, positive, pools are like from a ferry tale, the amount and beauty of plants is outstanding, and there are lots of squirrels on the trees everywhere. It was a very good choice for our honeymoon.

The hotel is good, the rooms are nice. The service is good. Unfortunately the builded something in front of our room and they did not inform us. The workers started at 8:00… and be aware that they spray something in the garden every now and then. The beach is at low tide unusable, at high tide we've been able to do watersports.

The hotel isn't what I expected, it's situated on a small stroke of the beach, if you want to lay on the beach you will almost fall of the beds because of the steep angle of the beachs. The place is litered with stray dogs. In the morning the whole pool is shaded and in the afternoon the whole beach is shaded so your constantly switching seats. Also people are constantly luring to sea if your standing up. If you pack your towels people will instantly stand up to take your sunbed or loungers. The prices on site are way to overpriced a club sandwich with 4 sandwiches and small protion of fries is already 120k. If you walk up the boardwalk for 200m further than the favella with it's warung just outside the hotel you will reach a bigger portion of beach with lots of love good restaurant on the beach were a similar club sandwich would cost you only 55k! We stayed in the club rooms which have their own pool which we never used. The rooms are okay and have fast Wi-Fi. We had a family room with interconnecting doors. However one day we had no running water, the next day no hot water and the next day our toilet wouldn't flush. Which wasn't nice. Also on our last day we had no Wi-Fi. The sockets in our room were all broken and didn't grip our wall adapters. We also went for the Bali cultural dinner show where the performed some dances and had a buffet with typical Indonesian food.

We stayed here on our last night after two weeks in Bali — Seminyak, ubud and Nusa Lembongan. This place was stale, filthy, and so overpriced. I would never stay here again. Went to plug my phone in to charge it behind the bedside table and it looked like it had never been dusted behind there. Beds were extremely hard, we left Sanur for the day to avoid the resort. People put their towels on the day beds as soon as the sun rises, but they don't actually even lay there so you can't even get a day bed. Dont bother wasting your money.

Seriously, this place make me comfort. Good place for stay long. The garden so fresh and you can see many squirrels which is make this place so natural garden. And you must try Tiramissu at the Beach Club, the taste so delicious.

Beautiful hotel complex right on the sandy beach. The hotel is park-like, which makes it all very relaxed. On the beach there is no dealer or similar by the hotel security. Absolute Relaxation! 2 restaurants belong to the hotel, a casual by the sea and a higher street. We recommend rooms at the Santrian club, there is a fourth, exclusive pool, only for these guests. The area is about 5 minutes walk from the sea, but there is no passage from other hotel residents.

We are here for our 3D2N honeymoon from Jakarta. This is our lasy day and all we think about is: "we should have stayed longer". Puri Santrian is located in Jalan Setapak along Sanur Beach and it's one of the few resorts with direct access to Sanur Beach. They even have beach side restaurant longue. We stayed at Santrian Club. The room is clean and cozy. The pools are cleaned daily in the morning and free towel for everytime you go for a swim). The food is good (mostly Western, but we're okay with that). The staffs are friendly and helpful. We love staying here!

My wife and I where here for our honeymoon days. Love the place love the people would love to come again!

Typical sanur resort, employing people to move them of a government owned beach. Their excuse is that they clean their part of the beach. A real local supporting business would pay to workers to help clean other parts of the beach too. Soon there won't be room for any other non-resort visitor to have a swim so you might as well go somewhere else in Bali.

Nice and beautiful place. Staff are always smiling and excellent taxi service and restaurants just outside. We got a beautiful bed with net cover as a member of the club.

A really nice hotel! The staff are really nice for a local tourist like me, they treated me and my family really nicely and I love the way the staff always smile and greet us! I LOVE IT! A REALLY NICE PLACE TO STAY IN BALI! i'll make sure to stay here again! And THE MAIN POOL IS AWESOME! THE BREAKFAST ARE REALLY TASTYYY AWESOME PLACE It's highly recommended if you want to have a great stay in Bali.

Nice hotel in Sanur Beach, always my best choice for vacation and stay at Puri Santrian Beach Resort and Spa are.

1. Staffs were less bias toward non-westerners. Being an Asian traveler, I am always treated as second or third class. A taxi driver, while trying to pay my taxi fare (was about to tip him but not) told me to get out of the taxi because some uncivilized young westerners (they didnt wait for me to get out of the taxi beforehand) wanted to get in. 2. The facities are excellent. I love the yoga classes. Brilliant! 3. The breakfast buffet, average. 4. Staffs were always smiling. Honestly.
