Very nice resort & spa very accommodating nice staff.

Everything is perfect and in the smallest detail.

Beautiful, quiet resort with spacious villas. We stayed in the Mangrove Suite, it's perfect with it own jacuzzi that we used quite a lot and the infinity pool at the resort is great. Food is on the pricey side, but it's better than paying the meal plan offered through booking. Com that's twice as expensive. There is a jetty that is also quaint overseeing the bay where we spent a lot of time too. Great place if you are looking for some alone time with your significant other.

Quiet, cozy Hotel (aside from the times of prayer of the close-by muslim church). No hotel beach but a comfortable Whirlpool for every guests use. Good food, a little above medium priced restaurant because of no other closeby options (monopol). But all in all good comfort, nice personnel and enjoyable athmosphere. Recommendable.

Unforgettable experience, between charming bungalows and exciting landscapes. Full staff, very good kitchen (especially breakfast) and excursions of all kinds. The only flaw perhaps is the cleanliness of some but it is a widely forgivable problem. Recommended!

Wonderful stay last time at nayagawa. Quiet place at the remote area. Best hotel to relax and escape Point plus, the hotel has a hot springs pool.

The hotel was great and peaceful, but the standard room needs to be updated. Many many bugs and not clean. The outdoor bathroom is also a good idea, but not well implemented. Had to clean the toilet from bugs every time I went.

Lovely place! Great staff. Good food. Excellent diving and dive guides. I'm a beginner diver with extremely floaty legs. On previous dives I've been given leg weights (led to bad cramps), been told it's my technique and, worst of all, to give up diving. This is the first place that actually looked at me, really looked at me, noticed that I have long, heavy legs and suggested placing a third of my weights on the tank. OMG THIS TOTALLY CHANGED MY DIVING EXPERIENCE! So I heartily recommend this resort.

Stayed there for our anniversary. Staff were very helpful and supportive. Made our stay very memorable. :) The food at their restaurant was also really good.

Beautiful hotel and resort good place and best service.

This place is well too expensive for what it is. Management is beyond unwelcoming at the hotel as well as the diving center. First time I feel uncomfortable asking questions. You feel the place is run by tight management which creates a really weird atmosphere. Would not recommend. Better options next door.

The place is beautiful. The big and hot pool. The rooms are well made and nice. Only downsides are the noise of the road behind the standard rooms and view Bay and the service at the restaurant which is way too long.

Awesome! Rooms are just perfect, in large bungalows. The swimming pool is very large, with a view, and a hot tub The restaurant is very good as well. The staff is very nice and caring. We enjoyed a lot snorkeling and resting in this exceptional spot.

Restaurant selling me rice IDR 36.300,, is that reasonable price? I'm local and how much this restaurant sell the rice for tourist? Sucks,, cheating,, and I asked the bill because their waiter (deka) didn't give me the bill,, and after that he said manager wanna talked,, we already get piss off and we told him we will share this to the world.

Exceptional service and relaxation. We had an absolutely fabulous time here. Luxury and relaxation at a great price. Stayed in a lakeview cabin and it didn't disappoint. The food was great, especially when eaten out on the deck of the restaurant. Our only regret was having to leave to continue our trip around the island.

My experience was wonderful seriously. There were no tourists. I found it very quiet. I scuba dived, and found it very enjoyable.
