Small hotel, nice pool area, ideal for local bars and nightlife. Great choice for breakfast. Rooms a little tired but continued refreshing in progress. Staff very helpful and always happy to chat and that Balinese smile just makes you smile back.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great villas and very private. If you have breakfast included the options are many and it is brought to your room and set up for you. Staff will happily order you cabs by the meter. About a 3 minute walk to main Seminyak village with good shopping and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

A little pricy for the standard rooms, the restaurant can get full for breakfast if lots of people staying there. The staff are great as usual and the rooms clean and comfortable.

Great stay, the pool is beautiful and all the frangipani's tree's over the pool, picturesque. The cheaper rooms aren't the best but the more expensive are lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast there as they is so much to try on the main streets. Over all I would say that his hotel is overpriced and unless you have the money, you can get just as good or even better for cheaper all around the place.

Spent a fantastic 2 days at Mutiara. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and quite clean. The pool has some floats available for your usage and is well maintained. The location is close enough to walk to the main restaurants in Seminyak (Sisterfields, Ultimo, etc) but still remote enough that there isn’t too much noise at night. Would definitely recommend.

Great location! Walking distance to main street but still pretty quiet. Stayed in 1 bedroom villa and Wow! Absolutely loved it! Great sized pool, nice garden area, and ultra private. Room itself is nicely appointed and comfortable. The bathroom is semi-exposed to outside so can get a bit warm during the day but is easily cooled by leaving the door from the airconditioned room open for a few minutes.

A lovely resort with the most amazing staff ❤️ we stayed here for week and they made it feel like a second home. Special mention to the lady running the breakfast service, she's so cheerful, helpful and attentive.

Great stay. Nice and hospitable staff. At a walking distance from seminyak square. This one is at a posh location and really value for money. Queen tandoor is the nearby restaurant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in a two bedroom villa with four adults. The outdoor area was nice to relax in during the day and evening and the pool was just the right size for us. No complaints about the bedrooms and bathrooms — both were identical and mirrored with the bathrooms open to the outside. The complex was quiet and we found the staff very helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant was fine — we found the Indonesian dishes much better than the non Indonesian dishes for the breakfasts and dinner we had there. The mocktails and drinks we had were all very nice. Just around the corner from the sate place (when walking to Grocer and Grind) there is a little minimart with crazed fluffy dogs that sells the cheapest Bintang in the area for 29k for the large bottle. Location was perfect, close to all the action and many of our favourite cafes and restaurants and also an easy walk to a bunch of local style eateries on the other side (head towards Happy Chappy and away from Eat St). It was easy to hail a cab on the street outside if you're headed further a far. The hotel does laundry but you can walk up the road to Widi laundry and get it done cheaper if you can be bothered. Turnaround is within the day. The best restaurant we found nearby was Sangsaka, on the same road past the laundry. Well worth checking out for modern Indonesian food. We took one tour with a driver the hotel the booked for 650k to Ubud.

Very bad service. We were unable to leave for Bali today on account of Volcanic eruptions. While every other service we booked and flight cancelled with full refund this hotel is not willing to take cancellations with refund. Not sure how a property can try and make money when people are struggling post getting stuck in something which is out of their control.

A nice little hotel with great outdoor facilities. The standard room, which is spacious and even includes a large balcony, is rated Here. The room is not quite clean, the price is about €50 incl. Breakfast. The breakfast itself was good and the ambiance Also. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. A point deduction gets the hotel due to its location. It is right in front of a busy road, motorbike and car noises are very much true.

Excellent location close to restaurants and shops but still quiet enough. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff friendly. Beds are a bit firm for my liking but not unusual by Asian standards. Wifi rather slow.

Great location. Excellent staff. Up stairs sleeping loft not suitable for all ages. Need a downstairs toilet. Pool sun lounges missing mattresses. Local building backing onto Villa 4 have some kind of machinery or refrigeration that is intermittent and creates a noise that interuppts your sleep. Not on my to stay again list. : (

You get what you pay. The service was good also the villas.

Location is near enough to the F&B and shopping area. Villa is nice and spacious. Had an enjoyable stay.

We booked a 4 person villa. Great staff, nice rooms. The breakfast is perfect! Cooked in your private kitchen. Center of Seminyak is within walking distance.

Nice private villa's with pool and nice extras with breakfast in your villa and afternoon tea included, lots of mosquitoes unfortunately but they spray twice a week.

Relaxing resort to stay at, nice pool with sun all day, close to everything! have stayed here many times.

Awesome villas, great location just far enough away from the strip for peace and quiet but still close enough for a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Private pools are amazing.

Excellent service. Would thoroughly recommend it.
