Beautiful rooms as represented in the photos and good service by the staff, everything clean and well maintained. Had a comfortable stay of 4 days, very spacious rooms with basic kitchen amenities, clean bathroom and daily cleaning service by the staff. Staff is available only in the morning hours, and the breakfast option is very limited, better take the room without breakfast.
Hotel is 50 m from a beautiful beach where daily surfing happens, beach was clean and relaxing to spend some time near to the hotel. Locality of the hotel is a bit lonely and bit of walk is needed from the main road but if a bike is taken then its not an issue.

Great location, beautiful little villa with trendy cafe with beautiful food. Staff friendly and room and grounds kept in pristine condition. Would definitely stay here again. Walked to the beach and nearby shopping and restaurants everyday. The pool was great to hang at.

I stayed here on my own for one week. It’s a great little hotel. The rooms are simple and very clean. The pool was lovely. It’s in a quiet street with no traffic. The staff were amazing and very helpful. It’s 50 mtrs from the beach and many restaurants and only a 15 min walk into heart of Seminyak. Lots of restaurants and shops a short 5 min walk from hotel. I will definitely stay again. Thanks Kresna.

Upon arriving, the place looks amazing. When we were trying to get to our rooms, we had to take the stairs. As we were injured in an accident, stairs isn't an injured person's best friend. They could consider installing a lift for easier access to the rooms for guests. Trying to go up the stairs with heavy luggage while injured wasn't a very nice experience. Upon entering the room, it looks just like the photos, but even more spacious. The air-conditioning started dripping water nonstop after we turned it on for one night. Informed the staff the next morning, and by the time we're back in the evening, they said they couldn't fix it. There was a mosquito in the room while I was having my dinner. It would be good if they could place something to repel mosquitoes in the room. Overall, I would stay here again, and I hope to see the suggested improvements to the accommodation.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location is amazing, about 1 minutes walk to the beach. The place is nice with a spacious clean room, communal pool area, and an attached cafe which is very nice if a bit pricey. The room was cleaned daily. Only minor complaints were some stains on the bedsheets initially (but these were promptly changed) and frequent bugs in the room (but that's to be expected and something you'll encounter everywhere).

The good things about the place are: Quite area and close to the beach. It takes 10 mins walk to get you to all the restaurants and party area. Otherwise the rooms seems pretty exposed no preivecy specially I went there with my wife as honeymoon. Breakfast was below average. Very very weak Wii fi. Air condition was not calling. The toilet smells bad. Overall the hotel need renovation.

Friendly staff, clean room and the peace and quiet other resorts and hotels cannot match. Family friendly, close to the beach and a good restaurant on site serving delicious food especially at breakfast. Highly recommended.

Good room. Front door had to lock from both sides. Pool a lot smaller than photos. 2m deep no shallow area aside from steps. Bed okay. Mini fridge noisy.

This is a good place to stay as its slightly secluded and far from the crowded parts of Kayu Aya. On our arrival though, our room's shower had burst hence a massive leak into the living area, we were moved to the next room but took sometime to transition. I like this place, hopefully the management pays a little more attention to its smoother operation. A word of caution: make sure you tell the taxi driver not to take you to the Villa, ask to be taken to the hotel/suites/boutique.

Nice and intimate, only 14 or so rooms. 150 metres to beach. They look after you well.

Great viila and location but in 2 stays never had more then 500kbps of internet and 256kbps Back to the eighties!
