Excellent Hotel for holiday xx.

We spent a week here, family off 2 + 1, perfect place for peace and quiet. Staff are all so attentive. Place is clean and bright.

very suitable for residential for families with a swimming pool for your kids with sliding. … kids club… and parents can be more relaxed by choosing a rooftop pool…

The staff at the hotel including the cleaners and security were all wonderful people. Enjoyed the swimming pools as well.

We stayed at the Jambuuwuk for three days, there was a little mishap at the start but Miss Desi took care of the situation personally and it was all sorted. Very nice hotel and in a very good location.

One of The worse hotel ive ever been. I booked for my Mom and My Kids to spend Nyepi holiday. I paid for Suite with Balcony, they gave me only Suite without Balcony they said Theres none of the Suite which have Balcony, after I make a Phone call suddenly they have Suite with Balcony and before I show all email proof I have they said that I should be greatfull as the upgrade my room From DELUXE to SUITE. This is really piss me off. My Mom from the 4th floor have to. Go down to the Lobby to get the luggage. My Mom and Kids didnt get any dinner as they go the Restaurat at 6.30 all food is done. My Mom ordered food from Restaurant and they delivered to the room at 23.15. I have 2 Kids which is starving until late. I Will make a clear complain of course to this. Hotel management. This is so dissapointed…

I stayed there on a friend's recommendation for 3 nights, receptionist has little problem in speaking English, else everything was good, breakfast was the best part, all housekeeping and other staff were very friendly, rooms quite clean and spacious, two swimming pools and located on road. Seminyak beach was just a walking distance away, K circle is just 10 steps away for day to day needs, scooty rental option is there in hotel but cheaper options were available outside in nearby areas, cost wise it's a good return on money so trust it and stay there.

Thank you for the stay. The location is very nice, and one of the best views on the island for the stunning sunsets. However, next time I will stay at one of the neighbouring hotels. The resort is very old and tired. The staff aren’t very helpful and not very chirpy. The facilities are much better suited to families on a budget. I am a solo traveller and was not comfortable here. My air conditioning didn’t work on the first night, I got back late after dinner, sunburnt, hot and very tired after a full day of snorkelling, no air conditioning meant I had only 3 hours of very uncomfortable sleep. The next morning at 8am I asked for it to be fixed and by the time I returned at 4pm it still wasn’t fixed. I politely asked again, and then waited 2 hours to have it finally sorted out. The breakfast is very average. The facitlities like bikes and snorkels are very old, luckily there is plenty of better quality available from the street. Unfortunately, during my stay there was a lot of construction out the front of the resort which meant the serenity was interrupted by drilling, welding and hammers banging. I stayed at other places on the island and I would say my experience with them was 80% better.

Everything is fantastic, staff are amazing, location, breakfast, price, facilities. Reddy was out bartender and made us feel at home. The manager came out at breakfast and asked if she could get us our drinks at the self serve buffet.

My first day staying in this hotel. First impression : Bad hospitality, poor management. It’s all chaotic at the front desk We came here like 14:00 for check-in. But the staff just keep saying that my room is not ready yet, and I need to wait another hour, probably (no guarantee on that). They throw to us unprofessional reply, that currently they got overbooked the other day. I need to mention, the staff is not as polite as they told. As a customer, I really don’t care what’s going on the other day. All I care is, my room is ready on time, like it should be. So thank you for the experience. Good luck in the future.

The hotel itself is ok if you are looking for value for money, but I had a big issue that wasn't solved either from hotel management or AMOMA. I had sleepless nights as the guests next door to us were smoking inside their room and the smell just stalled in our room. Very disappointed that no one have done anything to solve the issue.

Whatta wonderful visit in Jambuluwuk. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. I used to avoid Seminyak area for weekend gateway due to its traffic and touristy. But Jambuluwuk is different. One stop stay, the restaurant, the pool, comfortable room, spa and gum, it has everything. Jambuluwuk is just walking distance to some shopping places and beach. Will definitely come back ❤❤❤

The hotel and rooms are great and cozy, the minus one is the breakfast menu, it is too standard and not many choices.

Good place to stay. The pool is nice. And the room quite spacious and equipped with bathtub.

Great staff. Rooms are nice, great pool and water slide with kids play area. Food menu is lacking variety, vegetarian/vegan options and portions are a little bit small but otherwise good.

The atmosphere of this place is great. This place is situated near several famous beach club (mrs sippy, potato head, etc). The room is very clean and tidy, and also very complete compliment and facilities. Sewing kit, bathrobe, and even a clock-radio-speaker hybrid device in the desk, you'll find them in your room. Wifi is great, I have no complain. There are 2 pools in this place, the big one in the center of the hotel, with a waterfall that will surely attract kids to play there, and the other one, a small infinity place in the rooftop. Next to the infinity pool, there's a restaurant. Not too many choices of food, but it tastes good. You can take juice, fresh milk, sliced fruit & vegetable from chillers there. Final words, it's worth for the price you pay.

Loved the breakfast buffet. The best we had on our holiday! Good location, not too noisy but close enough to walk to the busy bits. Lovely roof top pool!

As we've been to Bali several times before, we thought we'd try a new hotel this trip. That turned out to be a bad decision — while the location and staff were good, everything else fell short. The floor of the room was slightly sticky, there were questionable white stains on the bed runner (eww), fruit flies in the toilet and stains on pillows. We decided to let it to and not complain about these things, and only point out the biggest thing that bothered us — their air-conditioning was not cool even after 2 hours. The hotel sent a couple of guys to check on this, but they pointed a laser thermometer at the metal vents and then unhelpfully informed us that the temperature recorded was cold and normal. How does that even matter when the rest of the room was warm? Upon further probing to fix the issue, they removed the filter for cleaning. It was caked in a thick layer of dust. That seemed to help. All in all, while not filthy or unsafe, our stay here was not the restful sanctuary we hoped it would be. There are better hotels or resorts for this price point in the area.

Location is great. Jambuluwuk is found alongside some of the higher end hotels like W. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because its sits near Spring spa and sisterfields — two of our favourite places in Bali. The hotel less than underwhelming though. At full blast, the Air-conditioning was weak and only after getting staff to address it that they found out the filters were completely riddled with dust. No issues after that was cleaned out. Cleanliness was below what we had expected given the many good reviews we saw on agoda when we booked it. It wasnt outright dirty but certain not within what we had expected of a holiday stay. Sheets were spotted with old stains, bathroom had 5-7 fruit flies when we first got in, amongst other issues. What really put us off was a list of guest names with their check in and check out dates, room type, number in their parties, and room numbers, that we found printed on the back of the room service menu.

A decent hotel near the beach and good restaurants and pubs. Hotel beside a very very noisy night club. Relatively clean, with good facilities, and friendly staff, though not particularly good at English. Windows outside don't get cleaned.

Lovely place to stay… very relaxing and near to nice restaurants. I love the pool, you can just relaxed after swimming and enjoy the nature set up that surrounds the pool as well as the sound of the water falls.

Nice hotel in the center of Petitenget. Close to so many popular restaurants and hang out place. Nicely decorated room, comfy bed and pillow. Nice pool and have children pool and slides for children to play with. Also very nice spa at the roof top. The only downside is the noise from the club beside the hotel and the room service that ring our door at 8 am to clean the room.

Really love the layout & design of this hotel. Luxurious yet humble & homey. The interior of the room is so cozy & beautiful. And also really like the Indonesian dishes at their rooftop restaurant.

This was my first time in Bali and I absolutely loved it. The Hotel is in the middle of Seminyak and is by far one of the best in town. The Staff are very accommodating and Rooms are of a especially high standard in both cleanliness and amenities. It has a beautiful indoor swimming pool and also a rooftop lounge area that has some of the most beautiful views I have seen in a hotel. … It's fairly close to all the major things to do in denpasar and unlike some other hotels in the area looks brand new, modern, and clean. I definitely will be coming back to stay here and explore more of Bali. You will definitely be getting your money's worth and more staying here.

Amazing pool, huge beds, very reasonable rates (if you shop around) and friendly, helpful staff. We loved the pool inflatables and slide. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Clean and convenience. The pool in LG is very nice playing for children and the pool in RT shows that u can see the very nice view of outside.

Amazing hotel, with excellent facilities and with wonderful people working there! Loved the bed and pillows, breakfast, pools, location and the entire staff (even security is super friendly! ) I've had the fortune of staying there on 3 separate occasions so I know what I'm talking about. Can't wait for the 4th one!

A 5* hotel, strategically located in the center of Seminyak. Highly recommended for its cleanliness, friendly staff, comfy beds & pillows. We couldn' t be happier. Thanks Jambuluwuk for making our stay a pleasant one :-)
