Great location fantastic staff and good clean rooms at a great price. Always look to book here when I travel to Bali.

This is a hidden secret near Poppies 1 & 2. Walking distance from the middle of Kuta Legian. A quiet, clean hotel with great rooms and welcoming staff. The pool is awesome and you can often find residents just chilling on the sun chairs after a day out. Always look to stay here when I head to Bali.

Short 10 min walk form beach. 5 mins form pubs and clubs tucked away in quite corner. Great value for money. What's not to love!

We had the standard room. It's not too poorly equipped with air conditioning and fan. The breakfast is very classic, for eggs or hot you have to pay extra. Nice pool Small room and smelled stale. On the other hand very well placed on the Legian.

Basic but good. It's clean, tidy, has hot water, A/C and Safe.

Value for money place, with close proximity to trendy nightclubs and restaurants with both Western and local dishes. Includes an uninspired breakfast that leaves much to be desired. Would recommend steering clear of the cereal, unless small dead ants is your thing. Includes free Wi-Fi, though don't expect to watch YouTube videos on it unless you have a lot of time to spare. Connection tends to drop occasionally as well. Was pleasantly surprised of the daily roomservice, it was a joy to return to a well cleaned room with well made bed.

It is in one of the narrow lanes of kuta but place is good. Clean and nice ambiance. Breakfast is better than many other places in Bali.

Another fabulous stay with our Samsara family I cannot recommend Samsara enough. Central to everything in Kuta, beach is a short walk away. The pool is lovely and the staff are amazing! The warung across the road has excellent food for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks at very good prices. You will not be disappointed.

Friendly helpful staff, in a clean, well maintained hotel. Off the main road, so a bit quieter too. A few minutes walk to the beach.

The perfect little place to stay if you want to be close to everything but feel like you are in the middle of no where, tucked away in a very quiet little lane in Legion. The most amazing friendly staff who go way beyond what is expected. Child free smoke free whats not to love. I have stayed here many times because of the above and will be back many more.

A great little hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent helpful, friendly staff. The inclusive breakfast was more than adequate for my beads. Free tea and coffee all day. Swimming pool was clean and added too these charm of the place. Great little restaurant across the lane serving very nice trading meals at a reasonable price. Easy walking distance to the beach.

I just love this hotel, especially for the low price. It's very clean/beautiful, the staff is not just 'the staff', you get a bit of a family feeling here. They remember your names, they are very sweet and I had a lot of good conversations with them, if there is something wrong, they will do everything to make that better. The location is perfect and the rooms are really comfortable. I would love to come back here!

Clean rooms, helpful staff, nice pool, good breakfast, good location and a nice price for the quality. Only improvement I could think of is to include a door from the bedroom to bathroom. That would be nice.

Small hotel, very very clean, which is important. There is a swimming pool, spa salon. Very nice and very friendly staff speaking local, English and Russian.

Great place, perfect spot right around the corner from the busy stuff. Excellent staff, good pool, great food (from place across the road). Only negatives and it wasn't a deal breaker but for us it's non smoking everywhere and in the room the glass partition to the toilet and shower isn't closed off which makes for an interesting morning.

Clean and comfortable and very inexpensive. In a busy area but down a side street, handy for everything. Negatives are: room opened right out onto main reception area, not great if your partner opens the door and you're in the nud! Loo is open to room behind glass so you may not like that lack of privacy. Shower came away from fixing. I wouldn't recommend the food. Ordered macaroni cheese, told it would take 40 mins (really?! ) when it came it was microwaved, frozen pasta, still frozen in the middle. Also our taxi booked through hotel was three times the return journey via Bluebird Taxis, not terribly impressed with that. All in all, it's very cheap and you get a comfortable room, you can't expect too much and you don't get that here.

Pro: Great pool, extremely friendly and helpful staff, breakfast absolutely fine (with sweet particles, fruits, cereal, coffee. ), very clean rooms and facility, beautiful hotel, good location in the middle of Kuta Neutral: Toilette/en bathroom without door.

Contra: Rooms are very small. Klodeckel and Rollo were defective.
So it's best not to book a standard room if you need a little space.

Great colonial style hotel. Staff tjs listening and very very nice. Small breakfast well provided pretty room is clean. No complaints I go back without hesitation!

Really good place to stay for an affordable price. So amazing friendly stuff. The Wi-Fi is good and fast internet. The swimming pool splash is good after the sun bath.

For what it is, non-smoking and 18+, 5 stars, definitely 5. No, it’s not Dubai's Burj Al Arab but for the excellent service, awesome, just awesomely outstanding staff, cleanliness, super low price, the closeness to everything location (100m from the Kuta Nightclub Strip, 60m from Jl. Pantai Kuta), yet quiet and tranquil location and great pool it rates a 5. Didn’t mention the Warong Lingga Murti, the restaurant across the road (gang) from Samsara, also owned and run by Samsara, which has some of the best food and cheaper than almost all other warongs/restaurants here. In the end I just ate here as the food was that good, especially the Rendang! Wifi worked in my room, 3rd floor. Stayed here for 10 nights April 2016.

Stayed here for one night in August 2015. Good value based on the location, pool and included breakfast. The one major shortfall is they only have Wi-Fi in the lobby. The staff are really nice and helpful, even taking the time to wish me happy birthday! The pool was a good size and you get sun most of the day. The rooms were a fair size with air con and a fan. As with some accommodation in Bali, you could smell the drains when in the bathroom. The breakfast was very basic, fruit and baked goods. Overall a pleasant stay, just need to sort out the Wi-Fi and drainage issues.
