We stayed here for 12 days & could not fault anything The hotel the rooms the breakfast the location was Honestly the Best The staff were All Amazing One staff member in particular stood out, KOMANG.
He was quiet, shy… so humble… nothing was too much trouble for him, his demeanour was sincere… Komang took our stay to the next level… Kindest of Regards & Appreciation from Christine & Dale.

Great location friendly staff.

Checked in last night and thankfully I only paid for one night! Pillow cases were dirty and smelt like the last people slept on them. Too bad if you need to get out of your room in a hurry with the multiple cords to try and open the blinds that are all falling apart. The guests above us stomped around all night to the point I got no sleep! They are stomping around again now at 5am! You can hear when they go to the toilet and the running water. Now they are dragging their bags down the stairs! People are loud and noisy and security don’t do anything about it! On top of that you hear everything from the street bikes trucks noisy tourists! Definitely not a place I will return.

Concrete jungle… staff are nice but that is about all it has going for it… the other guest well… they have taken over with the music till 4am language is out if the world. Disgusting lm ashamed to be Australian.

Just returned from staying here. Absolutely loved it. Great location, very clean, friendly staff. Rooms are big, beds are comfy bathroom clean and the food we ate was delicious. Loved happy hour with free canapés. Can’t wait to stay again thankyou for having us. Belinda&Paul.

Great place to stay — nice and quiet — rooms are great size and the workers are so friendly. It is also close to everything you need. I loved it. Beds so comfy!

Would recommend to anyone! It’s small so everyone as in the staff gets to know you and there customer service is amazing. Have stayed in Bali many times and this is better then most 5 star hotels as the rooms are really spacious and comfortable and there is a convience store next door. Breakfast is great and having a gym, 2 pools, massage salon and bar makes it have everything you need in one spot. Location is also very convenient.

Great hotel, nice rooms, comfortable beds and lovely staff. Great location, easy walk to many shops and restaurants. My husband and I would defiantly stay at AQ-VA again. Locals call it Aqua hotel.

Rooms are oke. But no closed entrance. Our room door is not safe. Can open any time and… breakfast is included but for your eggs you have to pay. Very poor!

Suggest cost saving by only changing bed linen wednesdays and saturdays for long stayers, and improve the breakfast.

Very nice rooms/suites, swimming pool right in front if you stay on the ground floor, very relaxing!

We were thoroughly impressed with this Hotel. The value for money was amazing with no compromising on quality. Staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

I love to stay here over and over again. Clean room and their foods are tasty. It's just like a second home to me.

Stayed in a Suite. Bed sheets dirty, aircon not working, towels dirty as well. However staff was helpful and price is reasonable.

Amazing Villa's top quality dishes from the restaurant with the service of a 5 star complex. Highly recommend a visit to AQ-VA.

Well, we stayed there for a week during khmer new year in Trump Villa (Mark has definitely a great sense of humor ;-).
It has been all along our stay unforgettable moments.
Villa is spatious enough, modern and clean. Private swimming pool allows to jump in right after morning coffe.
The staff is always smiling and anticipating your wishes.
Without any doubts a great place to stay, 5 minutes away from Legian beach :-)

Stayed in t Jasa villa Absolutely lived like a King. Would love to come back as it's a bit great launching place for lost of day activities and food places. Easy access and taxi to and from Kuta cheap as. Openers of villa to be commended.

The in house Spa was fantastic.
The room service and pizza by the pool is definitely a 10 out of 10…

The Villas themselves are clean and comfortable, we stayed here 14 nights half way through our stay we asked to square away our accommodation bill, total close to $3, 000 Aus. As soon as we had payed, coincidently we had no hot water for showers, after repeated requests to fix on the 3 rd Day given a key to have a shower in villa next to us, not very happy, we should either of been moved so we could shower properly, or given a discount, not even a free cup of coffee on check out, for our inconvenience sorry won't be staying here again can't give it a high rating.

Everything is fine here; very close distance from the sea. The staff are kind and courteous. The rooms are large and clean.

AQVA Hotel and Villas is the best place to stay in Bali. The staff are amazing and the hotel is clean with excellent facilities. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for s friendly Bali experience at a good price.

The vip pool was closed all the time becasue of renovation which started at last day of our stay here. Apart of that it was quite okey.
