Will not give any refund due to covid-19. Others hotels in Bali happy to help, but not this one. Very disappointed and will never book here again and I will tell everyone I speak to to never book this hotel.

Staff are so friendly and accommodating! The pool is beautiful. Having a wonderful time! Our traditional massage was perfect! Food was delicious.

Nice place but doesn’t quite have the Balinese wow factor. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The children’s pool play area is badly designed, it has a oversized bucket that pours heavily down on babies, and a slide that shoots directly into the wall. Our rooms were serviced everyday, but only towels were changed, no actual cleaning. The laundry and spa treatments are overly priced, therefore we would seek outside businesses on a daily basis, which upset the staff at FuramaXclusive; threatening to charge us $300m if we bought another masseuse to our rooms. Our Laundry was 2 nights overdue as well. The frontline staff (receptionists) could do with some upskilling on how to treat their guests better.
On a positive note, the breakfast staff were really lovely, and served us beautiful food — thank you.

This was our second stay at Furama, and it was like coming home. Staff are so very lovely and the location is perfect… close to the beach, shops, venues, etc. Some renovations underway to the kids pool facilities. Will be even better for families when finished. It’s a good 4.5 star rating.

5 stars all the way, staying in a 2 bed apartment, can’t fault the place at all. Staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Small bit of ongoing maintenance (improvement) taking place but staff are not letting it disturb anyone’s holiday.

Was meant to be staying here on the 8th november for a week with my 3 girls. One of them is very sick so we have had to cancel our trip. Furama have agreed to refund our money even though that's no there policy. Cant thankyou enough. When we do finally get to bali for our first trip we will definately be staying with you.

We have stayed here for the past fortnight, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff are so friendly and always willing to help. Pool area was clean and well maintained, with pool toys to keep the kids amused. We ate at the restaurant, the barrel next door and had room service. All food and pricing was great. Would come back and stay.

Beach across the road, on a street that is blocked from through traffic. 1.65m deep pool with shallow infinity kiddie pool. Well maintained and clean and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. A big resort but enough space to not feel crowded. Great breakfast buffet with pork bacon, sourdough toast, omelette station and even Vegemite! Walk out of the hotel and there's an AFL game live in the bar, and very few street sellers to hassle you to buy one more Bintang singlet. Highly recommend.

Very nice and right on the beach. You do get a 15 percent discount at cafe upstairs if you are staying there. The big mistake was booking a trip through them. They told me to be down stairs at 6:00 and I would be dropped off by 5:30-6:00 because I had a flight out that night at 9:30. They didn’t drop me back off at hotel until 7:45. I would not have gone on tour if they had told the truth.

It's not five stars, as the booking says. Terrible hotel, not customer-oriented. Of the advantages only the proximity of the ocean, and then after the increased earthquakes questionable plus. The hotel is old, which has not seen repairs for a long time. We went through the Travel Agent on my honeymoon: asked for a room not on the 1st floor, and for the newlyweds. Come, of course, we are settled on the 1st floor, the room is dark, the sun does not penetrate in, doors and walls glass, so see everything you do, if not close! From gifts for newlyweds — 4 small apples. We went to ask to change the room, said that they have such a stream that there are no rooms available. Until She sat down with her suitcases in the hall, she didn't achieve her shall. The next day we were moved to another room on the 2nd floor. All rooms with balconies, but balcony shared for 2 rooms. It's also dark inside, the shower toilet is combined, so it's all around the shower. The service room is a separate conversation. To change the towel, you need to throw them on the floor. So we ended up 3 days could not wait for the face towels. Too high humidity doesn't dry up. The pool is muddy. I do not recommend bathing in it. There are practically no fruits for breakfast, and what is not tasty. The last straw, but it's not their fault, of course there were earthquakes ( ( (in general the hotel pulls on 3 stars, no more.

4 star room, new furnishings and bathroom. All the showers flood the bathroom due to poor design (not a big issue as it drys rather quickly in the heat). Staff are somewhat friendly. Great location, the beach is literally 10 meters away. Local restaurants and bars around the area are way cheaper then the hotel so I suggest not eating here (breakfast being $15 and local restaurants $8), tho the food here is great quality just not priced well.

Great resort opposite the beach. Comfy and relaxing. Great food and friendly staff. Rooms and cleaned daily. So close to shopping. Reasonable pricing.

Good Hotel. Very large Rooms. Breakfast was very good Friendly and helpful Staff. Cleaning. Hotel located about 15/20 minutes walk from Kuta where evening clubs with meal and music or duscoteche. Leaving Hotel Two seven eleven with currency changes. Every kind of restaurant. Beachfront.

Good for the price, great pool, sorting out payment was a bit weird. We booked online all paid for and they insisted we add a credit card to the booking. Because we booked online the wife had to use her card to have a $10 holding fee added because “online booking”, unusual. Booking and paying for airport transfers were easy. Shirt walk to food and other places from the hotel. Beach is just across the road.

We loved this hotel. Great way to kick off a holiday in Bali. The smallest rooms are large in comparison to other hotels. The location is perfect. Right accross from the beach front and in the hub of party central. Perfect location in seminyak. The staff are great and it's super clean here. Right next to a fun karaoke bar. It is also super close to great restaurants and live entertainment on the beach front.

Good rooms. Excellent pool. But insisting on regular part by part advance payment by guests to continue service is unacceptable in this day and age. Imagine paying upfront in a restaurant and having food and being asked to pay for the next course before continuing service. Not acceptable.

Good location. Had a nice restaurant with a nice view. The food is not super but the staff are friendly.

Not a bad resort, is in need of a make over. The pool area is awesome. The restaurant wasn't anything fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy and had everything that's required. The location is good too. Being Soo close to beach and shops and other places to eat made it nice and easy.

Really love staying at Furama, it’s been my fave place to stay for the last few years, stayed 6 times now in our fave poolside studio room, lots of sun at this resort which hubby and I love, great rooms, fabulous staff and awesome location, ticks all the boxes for me, see you again in June.

Good because it was just right next to the beach and conveniente stores are close too.
-Staffs were really nice!
Cons
-locations was bad because the hotel is located in a restricted area, Grab nor Uber can get near that area so it was hard to use them, had to take a walk to the gates and also when you get your ride back, you will have to pay entrance fee to get back to the hotel.
-Elevator was like a living hell, it was extremely hot in the elevator.

Lots of things were broken in the room. Beautiful place to stay right by the beach literally walk across the road an there's the beach. But for the price I just don't believe it is worth it compared to all the other places I have stayed. The Aircon hardly worked an it was soo hot an humid. Staff said it worked fine but it definately didn't. We changed to a different hotel for that reason. Shower water was only dripping out instead of having pressure. But lovely staff an nice place to stay with a nice pool. Awesome food.

What’s best is the food here at their restaurant The Deck Cafe. We had breakfast here each morning as apart of our room stay and it was fully worth it each morning, very large buffet. We also ate dinner most nights here too and the food did not disappoint as was much better than expected. Very great quality and tasty. Great price for USD too. For a starter, 2 mains and a dessert it came to about $16USD. Rooms are very large and AC chills quickly.

The hotel is shabby, in the most touristy place of the island, there are a lot of people, the staff in the morning have a spoon… For breakfast.

This has put the worst taste in my mouth I have been harassed by security every night since I got here. I get accosted each night when I come in because I go out at night and if you bring a guest that doesn’t stay here with you they take their ID or photocopy it and to top it off I have been sitting outside my room after coming in enjoy the night and view only to realize that security is creeping around spying on you … one of the most expensive place to stay in area and this is how they treat you.

Looks lovely, the staff are very helpful. The rooms are very nice. We had a problem with our room safe which was rectified very quickly. Theres no gym on site but free access to gym 300m south is provided which is great. Resteraunt is lovely but a little pricey. Theres a fantastic place to eat to north 200m that is better priced.

Amazing hotel. Friendly staff, great Pool, and super clean rooms. Some people have left negative reviews about the hotel starting to look tired. However we found that it was in good shape and very well maintained for Indonesian standards. Also their breakfast is great value for money. The best breakfast we had on our trip. Will defenitely return when visiting Bali in the future.

I stayed for 3 night here with my wife, kid and parents. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Pros : 1. Great location. Right in front of double six beach at seminyak, a lot of restaurant and bar nearby 2. Good staff service. 3. Spacious apartment Cons : 1. They dont have enough bellboy staff. The receptionist staff had to bring our luggage when we checked in and out. 2. Need to upgrade the building, some of it look outdated 3. Limited parking spot if you driving your own car. 4. The 2 bedroom apartment only has 1 bathroom, which is not convenient.

The worst experience I've ever had very bad and uncomfortable (my travel agent fault I shouldn't take his advice ‏) there is no safety for children around the swimming pool and the doors inside the suite all sliding no place for do not disturb signs or make up the room they can go inside the room while you are sleeping or taking a bath just they'll knock the door and go inside no privacy ever I stayed in that hotel for two nights and moved to another place because it's a complete disaster and they charge me for checking out one night I spend that time requesting for repairing the room and complain about all the comments and the issues they did not solve also there is no gym in there no sauna no facilities only smelly chlorine swimming pool and dangerous if you walked near it because of the wet floor. the location is bad local drivers they control the street near this place so if you order any transportation they don't arrive afraid from local drivers so you are trapped in this place and you need to walk a distance to get the transportation you want. All the negative comments you read about this place are correct %100 I believed that in the hard way.

This property has a strategic location. Very convenient and right across the beach. Within walking distance are many beach side and chic fine dining restaurant. The room which I stayed was penthouse, spacious with 3 bathroom. Though house keeping needs micromanagement overall it was satisfactory. Open terrace Breakfast was nice and has just good spread. They need to add some strictly veg food for Vegetarians. (No fish sauce as well) ☺ Overall a good stay at this place and Bali.

Beautiful hotel and patched me up with care and professionalism when I stupidly crashed a motorbike. Such warm and lovely staff. Will visit again one day.

This hotel has plenty of rooms with nice ocean view. I think each room also has a private jacuzzi.
