Great hotel, nice soft bed, soft pillows. Always so helpful, nothing is to much trouble. Lovely manager and Lisa in reception was so kind. We love it, give it a try.

Will recommend the Chaya hotel. Great for the price. Great location. Must book pool access rooms so much better!

Nice small pool and great bar. Food is reasonably priced. We spend 8 days here! Excellent customer service but our room next to bar and pool was very noisy! Rooms very clean. Great TV satellite channels with CNN and movie channel but lucks toiletries extra towels or extra pillows. Located in a lane way away from main road.

This local owned hotel located around jalan padma legian. Very close to legian beach. So many restaurant and shop around. Easy access by driving car or ride motorcycle… good enough to stay, quiet, clean, good service, friendly staff… all was very good…

Hi I got booked with the superior beds n when we arrived to the hotel they offered us single bed … the service is really not good N even I was not informed in advance before also they asked me to pay the full amt of the room n told me if u wanna cancel it u can cancel it plz dont book with this hotel. Never ever I have the full video for evidence M gonna post it on Facebook soon thx.

2 stars for the friendly staff and reception, room is just so so, the balcony of room is dirty, dont even talk about the breakfast, worst breakfast I ever had, look at the bacon OMG my tongue is longer than it. I was gona rate it as 1 star for this, besides that you have to take a distance from outside main road to the hotel, it was totally dark you have to use ur torch and dangerous at the night, last but not least, the kettle is disgusting how they expect their customers to use it in this condition, totally doesnt worth for the money.

This hotel definitly worth money that we paid. However I have seen in manny previous reviews that people complaind obout breakfast. I tought that could not be so bad. Wel yes. It is worst breakfast you can imagine. Peapole are nice and friendly. But they have orders from manager to give you minimum of everything. If you ask for axample litle bit more bred they will chardge extra money. Espreso cofee also exstra money. Do not count with this breacfast when you go on vacations. If you brake glass they will chardge you 4 to 5 $? 50.000 rupies. So they are trying to get extra money from everywhwere. Small streat going to hotel is dark at night. Hotel staf do not think it is theirs problem to resolve. So I think it is wort money that we paid but not one peny more.

Staff are fantastic… pool is gorgeous with gardens… foods okay… nice quiet little place out of the craziness of bali… dont pay more than 35 a night.

Down a long alleyway off padma utara, rooms were clean as was the pool. Service wasn't as good as other places. You get what you pay for.

โรงแรมโอเค good service … but when we check out someting happen on my bed … housekeeping or some one we dont know put couler on bed cover. Need us pay for that. Even we dont have any couler with us… not my fall. No pay…

Great service, clean, and not expensive! Would like to recommend to you all who is going to visit Bali on budget to stay here.

Breakfast not worth the money. Location is hidden in small road. Not hard to find but feel not safe for a girl to walk alone because no lighting.

Nice place for the money, once the construction of other hotels n villas are completed it will be great (bout a year from posted date) lots of restaurants near by is abit of a walk the main driveway/road lol, staff very friendly and helpful.

Bad communication from the staff. Location was hard to find for driver. Toilet smells.

I've been in Bali many times and this is, by far, the worst hotel I ever found. Do yourself a favour and run away! Their lack of maintenance is alarming. The room was noisy, the toilet was extremely small and muddy. And the staff were rude and completely helpless. On booking website breakfast was 30k per person and they rip us off more than twice that price for just a plain egg and a toast! We complained but they didn't mind at all, even though it was written in our booking confirmation. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. I'd never come back.

Everything is good, except the room conditions, it's required renovation. Again, everything except that is good.

The hotel is kind of hard to find for the first time, but besides of that, I really like the room and the pool. A quite nice hotel for your budget.

Beautiful hotel Everyday Clean Room and near to Airport tourist place Temple Good and Helpful Hotel Staff's.

Original room was dirty on arrival (stains on sheets, drains smelt, dirt on mattress), but we were quickly moved to a spotless room upon complaining. Great location for the beach.

Excellent value for money. Massive rooms and a convenient location as well. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone in the area. Plenty of english language TV channels if that is your thing. Only downside is that it is down quite a long alleyway which can get dark at night — though there are 2 security guards positioned on the alleyway 24/7.

Nice location, really clean rooms, delicious breakfast but the best thing of this place is the staff, really helpful and nice.

The owner is very friendly. He suggested a lot of interesting places. This is a budget hotel with nice breakfast!

The hotel is OK, the walls are very thin. The staff is very nice but not trained very well and unfriendly if they don't know how to act in a situation. We had a problem with the dates of booking and there was no solution at all. They made me feel unwelcome. First I wanted to recommend this hotel but after staffs reaction (talked to the manager as well) I would NOT recommend to stay here!

Great Hotels — reasonable price, definitely value for Money. There is also Motorcycle rental. Great Staff — very helpful, always greet & smile. Great locations — walking distance to the Beach, lots of shops.

Best Superb Hotel in Legian Padma Kuta area.
