This is an amazing villa with lots of great amenities, super friendly staff. The breakfast was awesome and there was always someone willing to help. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. The pool was also an incredible addition.
I checked in at Villa 1 for 30 December 2017 to 2 January 2018. I don't know if they are not productive during New Year or any excuses, but their service at the time we stayed was terrible. First day when we entered the villa, we like how the furniture organized so it was good so far by sight but then we found some problems by our other senses: the sofa was damp and stinky like they clean it so rarely. The room at the first floor was the same thing, like they never open the windows and doors for circulations when it is not in use. Rooms at second floor was better, but the second bedroom at second floor we had problem with the floor bcs it wasnt FLAT, like litteraly not flat. I tripped several times there during our stay. Second day and later, we discover their lack of professional service. They did not serve neither teabags nor coffee sachets at all, water dispenser was in trouble every day. They made up the room well, but they did not refill the towel well, we should have 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 bathroom mat for each room, but they only refill it with 6 bath towels put on the table at the foyer and at last everyday we should ask for it to the person in charge. These was not what we were expected for the 4 star serviced villa. Therefore, in our experience we were served coffee in sachet and teabags even in a 1 or 2 star hotel. That's the fact.
