Good place for a night stay. Room service is good. Rooms are very good. Only 1km away from temple, suggestive. Staff is some times arrogant. Only tea coffee and breakfast is available. Lunch & dinner are arranged from other hotels. If possible, do your lunch in other hotels, good hotels available near temple for the same.

The rooms are not very nice. The food is disgusting. The service is poor.

Nice and cleanly rooms. Good for short stays. Hotel is 1km from the Mandir pick and drop facility is provided just once by the hotel unlike other hotels. Finding a transport to Mandir is a big challenge. Food is so not recommended!

You can go if get the room for dead cheap price, not all worth for their rack rates Cleanliness is not well maintained Breakfast we ordered was satisfactory.

Good rooms for stay. Reastorant not attached. Better not to try to eat here, they will provide food from other hotels of their choice.

Low prices compared to other hotels in shirdi. Good ambience and service. The hotel took care for the nearby temple trips. The food isn't up to mark. I hope the condition of the food would be improved.

Here I would like to say that if you stay in this hotel then confirm about AIR CONDITIONING (AC). They have main switch at reception. Early in the morning Switched off AC whether you stay in room. After make a call they start again. If they can't afford AC then remove all A. C. From room. Already they charge for A. C room. So confirm it before stay. Don't saty here.

The rooms are quite good. Amenities are also fine. The staff is approachable. Food can be improved. Service can also be improved. Rooms can be maintained much better.

Good medium budget Hotel. This hotel is around one kilometre from temple. It's on road so can be identified easily. Hotel staff is supportive. Hotel room was good but it was not cleaned properly. My room's doormat was very dirty. They should change these dirty doormats. Overall good experience in this hotel.

Worst hotel… Not a 3 star hotel at all… Worst service … They said that free breakfast and lunch in our package … When we order them from our room. They will take 30 minutes to bring it as they are bringing it from other small hotel beside it. No proper bed sheets and no proper telephone connection. Worst maintenance.

Good Ambience. But hasty and rude management. Hidden charges and huge prices for any kind of service. I have given my medical equipement to be freezed, but somehow they lost it and I was promised to be courier for that, but till now no call. Nor answer…

They didn't provide the service which was promised online. Hotel didn't provide cab for Temple but they mentioned same on website. No welcome drink or souvenir was given as promised. We ordered the food but Food was ordered from a different restaurant and you have to on cash to the delivery guy.

Quite good place to stay here for short trip. Location was on highway. Scenic beauty was awesome. Ample parking place available. Rooms are neat and clean. 24 hrs hot water supply was not there. The hotel lacks the kitchen and restaurant. But they arrange good veg foods from nearby on call basis.

We went by pilgrimage package by Red Bus but there they didn't provide even drinking water and proper food even all that paid in package. They also didn't provide other facilities as they provide to direct guests. They behaved like a abnormal for pilgrimage package guys Room Service is not at all good. They didn't clean the room even we complain. after getting down from the bus we supposed to wait for almost 30 minutes early hours in the morning to get picked-up. For dropping at temple or bus stop they said driver is not available please wait some time. We have scheduled darshan how can we wait? Coming to food, they don't have the in house kitchen for preparation, For breakfast they provided Parotha. And lunch we taken out side. Because we didn't trust them. The hotel is far from temple.

At some distance from temple but hotel provides vehicle for free pickup and drop, no hotel kitchen here so whatever food you order is arranged from outsourcing. Nice rooms.

Loved this place, so far my best stay in shirdi at premium budget hotel, staff are very co-operative, rooms are spacious, clean, ample parking space, room service is also good, just opposite shirdi railway station, shirdi temple is just 5 mins from there, they also provide pick up drop service, if u want to go to Shani Shingapur, they also arrange vehicle for the same, in short a very good hotel for all your services, keep up the good work.

Decent hotel in Shirdi good pick up and drop services. They don’t have in-house restaurant.

It is located at a distance of > 1.5 Kms from Temple. The hotel says that free drop to mandir is present. When I enquired, they informed that the driver is not there and I can take a auto from hotel. No restaurant. Food is from outside. No complimentary breakfast. For the same price, you get number of hotels still nearer to temple.

The staff seemed to be nice however was very disappointed with the room service which is very unprofessional. We had ordered for dinner at 9-30 PM and the dinner was not served until 10-30 PM. When I called up the reception and spoke to Sachin, he no doubt apologised for the delayed service but also kept on arguing despite explaining him that I had a patient who needs to take medicine and such delay is unacceptable. If you are looking for good service then this is definitely not the place — there are other hotels much closer to the Temple and with a much better service. In fact the front office people that I met in the morning were a lot more professional and much more courteous. This ONE Star is just because of the unprofessional behaviour of the front office personnel (Sachin) available in the evening. Food quality is one of the worst that I ever tasted.

Comfort Stay & Excellent Room Services… Awesome place to stay in Shirdi very nearby from temple easy access to road and Temple. Staff is helpful and friendly. We have booked two rooms. Both rooms were spacious, neat and clean and very affordable as well, It was in pleasant atmosphere, interior was beautiful, good AC room with very comfortable bed and other facilities, hotel staff was very co-operative, I like to visit HOTEL SAI RAMANAND again…

Hotel has very nice service. The rooms in the hotel are kept neat and clean. Also it is at the walking distance from the Sai temple. I would really suggest this hotel for the stay.
