Luxury hotel with awesome interior and decore. The staff is very helpful. Even the security of the premises is very secure.

Comfortable and spacious room. Quality Toiletries provided. Complimentary breakfast was nice ad balanced. Convenient location near parle station.

Good hotel with low footfalls… I think rate are too higher then budget hotel. No bar, no parking space.

Cabs can contently cove because the road outside the hotel is not conjugated. Rooms are nice & big with all the state-of-art techniques which you could expect from a Hotel. View outside the property is nice, in-room lighting is also very sufficient. 2) Service : — Both front desk & in-room service are remarkable & spontaneous. People come with smile to address your requirements. 3) Food & Beverage : — The breakfast at hotel is really filling with decent options. You can also get Dinner Buffet.

I stayed there on 18th feb. I was getting married and coming back to the hotel with my wife. I showered in the room and rested and then before leaving I switched on the "Clean my room" light, Called House keeping and asked them to clean the room and then requested the staff at the reception as well. At night when I came to the room, it was as messy as I had left it. I had requested if my friends could visit us in the room but we were told that visitors weren't allowed post 9, even if you're getting married because that's our Policy. They asked me to use the lobby instead. At night they asked us to move from the lobby to the restaurant. The restaurant manager told me I couldn't give my wife, juice that I had got for her and eventually allowed me saying you can give her One glass. JEEZ, THANKS! Overall great infrastructure but a very very bad and horrible service. I would never like to come back only because of the staff and service. THANKS for Nothing!

New hotel and very comfortable room that fits business travel needs. Booked this last minute because of issues with another booking but they were ready to accommodate. However, they do not have a gym and limited dining options on site including no alcohol.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Only often 7 months, so everything is new. Room was beautiful. Hard foam mattresses which were great for my back. Air Conditioning was very good, elec outlets were new and handled north american plug. Breakfast was decent, but not 4 star worthy. Dinner at restaurant was very good.

Beautiful hotel, very modern and clean. Great rooms, fantastic shower and bathroom amenities. I love the fact that there is a hair dryer, make up mirror, ironing board and iron in the room. Absolutely great Wi-Fi. The staff are helpful and accommodating, always available around the clock going out of their way to assist. A variety of stores just outside the hotel and the airport is just nine minutes away.

For the price and location the hotel is decent. Some notes: — Rooms are very small/studio style — Hotel is relatively new so in decent condition — Fitness facilities are under construction at the time of writing — room service food options are not extensive so be prepared to eat out if you are staying for longer than 1 night — Internet was good and stable — airport transfer is 1500INR. Which is crazy considering it's less than 1km away. Better just getting an Uber which would be max 200INR even with a surcharge.

Non smoking rooms but comfortable. Rates are high because of proximity to airport. All over hospitality is warm.

Was tempted to give 4 stars but then held back to 3. Stayed here a year ago and things that were promised coming soon in a month's time didn't happen. No gym, bar with beers at least a big let down. Rooms are fantastic at par with many 5 stars. Buffet breakfast is good but lunch and dinner food is mediocre and over priced. No airport pick up for a hotel that is literally 5 mins from airport. Front desk ladies are courteous but rest of the staff is not as professional and groomed. Still has potential hopefully it comes good next time I stay here.

New hotel very close to the domestic airport for people who need an alternative to Sahara star can try this one. Rooms are good and breakfast is nice…

A very new established hotel, close to airport, relatively economic, seems clean but personal is not well trained. Interior decoration is not my taste.

Clean and modern hotel with comfortable rooms with full amenities. Some traffic noise in the street-front rooms, but not excessive. Good security on the hotel gates and on entering the hotel boosts confidence in the place. The breakfast buffet is also good, with a reasonable selection both local and western food on offer. Staff are cheerful & very helpful. An oasis in an otherwise busy area. It is very close to both domestic and the international terminals.

Good property. It's near to domestic Airport. Found the nearby area to be bit crowded. It's USP is near distance to airport.

Buffet breakfast included in rates. Rates are reasonable compared to other 5star properties around. Would highly recommend specially for people on an holiday. Great place for couples and families. The biggest plus point for the hotel is the proximity to domestic and international airport.

A very elegant hotel in the heart of vile parle. Just a few minutes away from domestic airport. Very reasonable n good hotel.

Premium staying option in the hustle-bustle of Vile-Parle (E). Huge entrace lobby, helful staff, good food options, properly lit rooms, soft cusion and bed for good sleep, tea/coffee preparation in the room itself.

A good 5 star hotel available at economic rate, close to donestic and international airport, close to raikway station and even metro!

Wonderful stay, they help me a lot with my baby girl. Good service, I just don't give five star because the swimming pool wasn't work.

By far one of the worst hotel stay experiences ever. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is rude and mostly clueless. They are unwilling to help in any manner. If I could I would have given this hotel negative stars. The staff and management are unclear of their policies. If you are reading this review be warned! Don't stay at this hotel!

Clean and relatived well equipped room. But the noise from the street (beeps) gets thru the window (rhough by 10pm ish it all stops) Service is good. Restaurant lacks a lot. Food not tasty at all. Not much choices.
