Went to grandmamas cafe and House of Lloyd on the weekend for a good time with friends. The place is conveniently located on Juhu Tara Road and the staff is very polite and accommodating towards their patrons. Good time spent.

This is one of the best hotel with moderate rate in juhu tara road and the beach is nearby at a walkable distance. Hotel manager and staffs are very nice. Breakfast is not free here have to go to grandmama's cafe where you get excellent food and service. Parking is the problem.

This is a nice hotel with reasonable price at the prime location. Juhu beach is at walkable distance from here. Staff is very nice and helpful. Their cafe Grandma's cafe is one of the best cafe. Liked the place a lot.

Hotel doesn't have a kitchen, rather a restaurant (Grandmamas) is attached to it which is in adjacent building and that too has only Italian/ Continental menu. Hotel had electric shut down from 6 am to 2 pm with no backup.

The rooms need an urgent upgrade. Bathrooms are not clean, the rooms have a damp smell and very few hangers. One one of the two elevators actually works leading to a big inconvenience to those on the 4th and 5th floors. Hotel Wi-Fi is shaky as well. Not at all a value for money. Only good thing is perhaps the grandmama cafe on the ground floor.

This hotel was very luxurious and a very nice place to stay in mumbai.

Having a good service, free Wi-Fi, near by seafacing, good staff, a hotel for short time is good, need to change lighting concept of rooms.

Bad service … dont provide preakfast before 8 am. Dont have a steam iron… dont serve water before 12pm and their upma tasted like a pea sabzi. Didnt bother trying anything after that.

Rooms in bad condition. Hotel is dated. Very average food. All in all, an avoidable experience.

I have been trying number since morning for the booking and each of my calls unattended by the hotel. Its surprising.

I stayed there for 3 days. Good location, very delicious food is served in Grandmama's cafe, room service guys are good, breakfast is not included in the price which is given in every hotels, stay is over all good. But room price is too high. U will get better hotels at this price …

The hotel is just ok to stay if you are on a budget trip as nearby hotels are more expensive. The hotel really needs maintenance as we enter the lift area there is a smell of dampness. The room curtains were hanging and the bathroom was dirty as pigeon had come inside. However, it is still manageable if you are going just to sleep and expecting nothing more. Proximity to Juhu beach and decent food. We got food at 1 am and they served it so thanks to the staff.

Never visit this hotel please. Very bad rooms. Don't know the hospitality. I am warning you to not to go there.

Avoid … rude receptionist on day 1 … no room service. No breakfast area … they definitely are undergoing renovations … cafe in the premises is good.

Good location. Clean rooms. Quality food specially deserts. Difficult check in policy of 2 PM. Check in experience too cold. Front office is not rry warm. Left my Laptop cord in my room let me see how they cooperate to send it to me.

May be hotel was good but washroom was very shabby it is a common washroom both for ladies and gents and so dirty not cleaned properly hotel management has to take proper arrangements and care for this problem.

The hotel is in poor condition having had no real improvement or proper maintenance since I was last there a decade ago. The first room they put me in had paint peeling off the walls. The second was more reasonable but not great. However it became apparent after a couple of days that each time I wanted a shower I had to call on maintenance who would duly appear turn a valve somewhere on the floor landing and water would miraculously come out of the shower in my room! After 3 days of this I complained to the desk staff and asked that the pressure be maintained so as not to waste my time on an important and hectic business trip. On checkout I asked that the bill be reduced to compensate I was told flat no. Use this place at your peril.

Good services & amazing atmosphere.

Great food, calm atmosphere and helpful staff. The pastas are especially nice. Overall worth your money.

This is the place to be! Room is very nice, clean & spacious. The front desk team has been incredibly nice nice & helpful. The room has a nice view facing beach side. Room service has provided excellent service & so housekeeping ppl too. Breakfast has wide variety. Food served is super delicious in restaurant. The place is recommended who's visiting Mumbai city for first time. Front desk has arranged a car for Mumbai Darshan. Thanks alot for making our stay super nice & warm. The stay would be memorable forever :) Highly recommended this to all :)
