Really worth to stay at hotel sea princess… suits are awesome… the Ocean View is mesmerising… good is awesome… hospitality is great… house keeping just say lovely. Only on d desk of reservation some rude lady is there. I hate her. Otherwise my experience is awesome.

It is located very close to the Juhu beach in Mumbai… Staff is pathetic and unprofessional… For family people I wouldn't recommend staying at this place or even thinking about staying at this place…

Low budget hotel. Ideal for one night stand.

No hot water, rooms not clean, rooms run down. Not worth it for how much you pay. Would not stay here again. Room service is terrible. Front desk guys speak very little english. The ONLY thing this place has is location. If they invested some money they could fix it up but they haven't bothered.

Good hotel with fair pricing. I had booked room online. Standard and Delux rooms are not of much diffrence. Its just about the facilities like fridge etc are included. Rest remains same. Delux rooms are on top floor. And standard on ground floor. Food served here is very delicious. Loved it. Just I didn't liked was that cleanliness and management since watee was dripping from few places near the room's entrance. Rest everything is fine. Its recommended if you want to enjoy Juhu Chaupati beach. Hotel is very near to the beach. Took me 5 minutes walking to reach the beach.

Poor hospitality and amenities. No lifts available. Very steep staircase and washrooms are out of orders.

The hotel was cheap and there are some good near by places to explorer. However staff at the reception are a bit stange. When I visted I paid in 500RS and the guy at the reception had no change so he told me to collect the money back in the morning. When I was checking out he told me the taxi driver took his commission. He took 100RS not too much but anyone who are visiting here my advice would be to take ur change or have some spare change with u.

When we reached the hotel on 26th for checkin the manager ram singh was found consuming alcohol he could not give us the second room as the fan was not working. The room was also smelling of cigerettes. We were told by the waiters that this hotel wasnot a family hotel. When the ladies asked for the second room the manager misbehaved with the ladies. The second room was not given. One room which was given was on 3rd floor my mother who was 64 could climb up with difficulty as the hotel did not have lift. He has refused us the second room for 27th also. We had to check out 1 day in advance because of poor services. We are dissatisfied with service in one room and the vulgur behaviour of the hotel management. One of the blankets had a burnt big whole in it as if the cigerette had burnt it. On being asked to change the blanket we were told that YEHI HAI DUSRA NAHI MILEGA CHAHIYE TO LO VERNA MAT LO AUR JO KARNA HA KARO. At the time of one day advance checkout the manager refused to give any refund for the second room and also although no refund was given for 2 rooms early checkout by 1 day which was not given to us. He also used abusive language to us. Please do not make a mistake to visit this hotel. This is not meant for families.

Me and my wife had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sea Sands, the hotel is a basic hotel however the rooms are clean and nice and room service is very prompt.

1. TV Remote was not provided despite asking a number of times. 2. Picture quality of TV was very bad. 3. They provided towel only after personally going and asking repeatedly that too very reluctantly. 4. They tried to extract another 500 at the time of checkout saying that I paid only 2000 when I prepaid total 2500. I had to show them my travel guru print out and stand for a long time before being checked out. They have tried to do this to other guests also — saying you paid 500 less and pay now. I am sure they are trying to cheat gullible people. 5. Please plan at least 1 hour for checkout process.
