The worst experience in any hotel I have stayed before. I got the booking was done by my friend working at OYO at a discounted price than usual, the hotel receptionist was not willing to accept the additional offer applied and made us wait almost one hour for check-in (because of system error with OYO). After that the room provided was the worst available in that hotel. The toilet seat was broken. The curtains were not washed for decades. The hot water was barely warm. There was also a empty vodka bottle in the cupboard, so they don't even clean after they vacate. The drinking water was provided in some jug, I think it would be at least a week old or from previous guest (they don't give bottle water even if you ask). We had complimentary buffet breakfast, but we were given food in the room. On top of that they served food for only 3 people and we were a group of 5. The location is good. But I will never recommend this option. There are many other better hotels just few meters away. Later on the day the hotel manager came personally and discussed the issue and did the needful. I would appreciate the effort.

It's a wonderful experience to stay at hotel Purohit. Very friendly and cooperative staff. I am reducing one star due to poor Wi-Fi connection as I wasn't even able to connect as router was bit far and no connection once I shut the door.

It was very good in room part, big rooms with triple bed (Double + Single) in all rooms, AC working perfectly, Bathrooms where also very good with 24 hours hot water and rest all was good. Need improvement in swimming pool little maintenance required, repeat of water change, little service was slow. All-over good in 3 star report. Centrally located.

Great place, too chill for social events/parties. There's a swimming pool and a table tennis table too. The view is nice and is about 10 mins from the station.

Have been visiting this place since last many many years… Same as always… A little crowded on weekends… One star less only due to difficulty in locating a parking place… Otherwise everything else about the place is good…!

Good for holiday stay. Near by bus stand and railway station. Staff are very helpful. Services are also very good.

All staff members are not so supportive. But few are so much helpful. All facilities are really good compare to other hotels in that same area. Affordable price too. Just need to improve few non cooperative staff (it includes all)

Nice resorts rooms are good. Staff is cooperative and polite to speak. Food quality is good, taste is superb. Friends Wedding events was organised here which was properly look after by the management. Parking is an issue here but overall an nice place.

Best hotel… Stayed was good, room was nit & clean… Good maintain rooms… All staff are supportive & service is good, Food quality was good & also tests was good. Perfect hotel for business stay. view from room is also well. Overall best hotel… Good experience. Hotel is in upscale place… Recommend to stay here for business visit.
