One of the best hotels in Jalgaon which is a rather remote village on the border of Maharashtra. It has got clean rooms with good support staff and decent food service. The railway station is 2 mins away so that's the biggest takeaway. Further, the best mall is also at a walking distance so it's the best place to stay if you're in Jalgaon.

Just checked out from silver palace… staff and service was excellent, I stayed in suite. Room was good, only thing needs some bright lights in bathroom, no lights above mirror. No dressing table. Overall experience good.

If you are going here just for FOOD, choose another place, the FOOD was quite disappointing, There are many other good restaurants in the city. For STAYS it’s kinda ok’ish place.

The reception smells strange, the rooms are OK. Bathroom is not so good. I didn't feel comfortable eating in the restaurant. I also had big issues with Internet in the hotel.

Considering the other aspects of the City. This hotel is definitely above all the expectations. The hotel has ample parking space. A bar and good restaurant. The only thing which needs an improvement is washrooms.

One of the nicest hotel in the town good for staying and for eating as well. Specially non vef food here is very delicious and if you’re traveling somewhere and you have to stop in jalgaon for some hours or sone days this is the best option this is next to the railway station and the bus station is also not very far from here. Best place to eat and stay in my opinion.

Very poor service at breakfast. Long time wait for even idli and vada. Staff putting their difficulties and never bothered customer query.

Nice place to stay at Jalgaon. Rooms are descent and the staff are nice too. The hotel is located approximately 200 metres from the railway station and is situated just beside the main road. Food is good if not great. Location is good too and there are many shops and restuarants nearby. Also the hotel feels quiet grand too.

The hotel is very good. Customer satisfaction is granted. Only one problem, they didn't give appropriate information regarding availability of table.

Too pathetic management. Booked the hotel a week before and confirmed 4 times before arrival. I reached the hotel on booking dates and the staff denied to provide rooms saying that the existing guests have extended their stay. With a sorry face I took my guests to another hotel. This was first time I saw such a pathetic hotel management. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone for stay.

Loved the ambience and restaurant Silver Palace has to offer! I personally like the cafe which is one floor below the ground. It has a fabulous range of sandwiches which you can heavily customize, right from the bread, to the cheese, to the vegetables, to the sauces and a lot more. Also the ambience of the hotel is fabulous. You get a royal feeling as soon as you enter! And I feel that the staff take utmost care of their customers, so thumbs up on their overall performance!

They really know how to take care of you here. The staff are very friendly, professional, and look for any way to help make your stay even more pleasant. Laundry is quick and reasonably priced. The food options are diverse and taste great. Overall a wonderful stay.
