Best resort and food was amazing delicious.

Cons
1. Not clean. There's no maintenance near the tent area, everywhere there are unmaintained smaller trees and grass
2. Swimming pool is not available after 6pm.
3. Average Dinner Food
4. In our case, administrator took charges for breakfast twice. First he told us that it's already included in dinner but later denied. High charges and they don't even have basic coupan system.

Pros
1. Evening DJ was good — and only activity.
2. Lunch food with aam ras was great

Pathetic service. Bad food quality. They were not even client friendly people. We were on a weekend holiday. Bad experience. Our package was including food in that also they were counting how much we ate!

Best resort in Igatpuri. Food was Amazing. The staff here was very friendly and kind. Very clean and hygenic room.

Had a great experience. Resort spacious and beautiful. Perfect place to spend your holidays.

Great place to visit. Especially for Adventure sports. Loved it.

Very dirty rooms and reception staff Mr Manoj jain is completely unprofessional on complaining for the type of rooms given and not satisfied with the accomodation given as shown in pictures and says due to marriage we are full and you need to adjust also behaved like local gangster and tried to scare us if talk loudly we won't be able to leave this place and passed some really bad words and came to get physical also on trying and as the matter came to highlight to other guest there they cmgavw us refund deducting high priced lunch from our full payment. resort is completely no and I really won't recommend to anyone as the rooms are not worth the money and complete pathethic in condition. mumbai staff Mr rahul +91 80808 72269 seating in Mumbai office who you have done booking is also helpless and couldnot make the solution to our rooms issue and kept the mobile switch off.

No coordination between staf
Pawan wil say we had booked the room
And manish wil say we don’t consider third party booking
No option left for us and had to pay ₹3000 extra for such room where there was no cleaning stains on bed cover dust every where there is a balcony where they provide tabel but no chairs
Instead of satying at rainforest and spoil our precious family time
Wil recommend to stay at MOUNTAIN SHADOW RESORT, MANAS RESORT
they are little bit costly but they value their customer and serve what they committed.

The place only LOOKS good. But there is an arrogant, ill-mannered, rude, money-hungry
"Manish Jain". This guy said to us these exact words:
"We have built this huge property and now you have even more demands. " (Demands like a campfire, clean swimming pool. Working fountain, and bicycle. ) He ruined the whole trip for us. Not at all cooperative.
1. This guy does not know how to talk to people. Let alone customer. "Management should take a serious look into this since there are so many reviews on Google that says the staff is not good. " Other guys are very good but everybody works under him so everything goes through him.
2. We went for a pre-wedding shoot. So they charged us extra for it. Then after we reach there, this guy tells me that the swimming pool is closed. Half the property is not clean and he won't even clean it. And that too arrogantly.
3. Everything on that we wanna do was chargeable. Then why the hell did you charge us extra for the pre-wedding shoot? Also, everything needs permission. Fortunately, we didn't have to ask him if we can potty.
4. We asked for a table outside so that we could shoot candlelight dinner. Just a table and 2 chairs. But no. It is already 9 at night (as if it was midnight) and we can not give it.
4a. We need the bicycle which was just there outside the office. Functional. But noooo. He decided to throw some more crap.
5. ZERO CLEANLINESS: Towels smelled bad.

Service, cleanliness and good behavior.

Rainforest — customer awareness If I could give it a zero rating I would. We had booking for 2 tents on 3rd-5th of July. It was great to first wait for an hour to get checked in by 1, no toiletries in bathroom and dusty bed sheet & blanket. After following up 2-3 times around 6:30 in evening we get clean towels and bed sheet. While the bed sheets were being replaced we were just outside the tent. Our first mistake was to not be present in the room while the bees sheets were being replaced. At 8:30 when we enter the room, realised my watch was missing, which was placed on the bed. Went to reception to speak about it the staff comes to check my room to check if I was telling the truth or not. Post realisation that watch was not in room, none of them said anything and left the room. We waited over night to see if they react on it or not, and clearly they were not interested to find a solution. Next day also we followed up to check if there was any solution or if they found the watch with any bed sheet laundry or anything. At 5 in evening when we went back to speak to them for 3rd time the senior manager Suraj Mishra uses amazing words in front of us to his staff (indirect way to us) ye Kya time bigaad rahe jao apna kam karo (sans the cuss words), this is the hospitality that we get. Someone else connects us to AGM (Manish), he says sir hamare bande Aisa nai kar sakte. And people refused to give any more service to us in room (informing us in loud manner).

We had paid approx ₹50, 000 in total to rainforest igatpuri and were offered third grade services from your end.

Not worth spending your harden money. Worst experience, stained bedsheets and broken bed and sofa. Not cleaned swimming pool. Got rooms 3 hours late. Don't fall in trap of paid reviews.

Food can be improved, Room Services can be Improved. The Staff can be more Customer Friendly.
Poor Hospitality.

The most awful experience in rainforest resort. Terrible housekeeping. Unclean rooms no clean bedsheets. No drinking water. No soap. Unprofessional front desk and terrible food. The quality of food is very bad and they served us left out food of a day before wedding that had happened and also no covid measure take no sanitisation. No cleaning of tables in dinning area. Really risky to go In such time
NEVER VISIT RAINFOREST RESORT.

Horrible place. Never ever visit. Horrible rooms, worst food, worst house keeping and maintenance and front desk staff.
Infact the front office nitesh said we can't clean the room in absence of guest as there r theft issues.
My kid was almost hungry fortunately I had taken fruits so could manage and rest of the meals we had at manas.
Never ever go by his reviews n pictures all fake n false pictures.
Infact the kind of rooms n service we got we should be paid back half amount.
Daily new towels were denied. Extra water was denied. Morning dialy 40 mts there no water in the taps.
Staff had a very very causal attitude. Pillow covers dirty bedsheets dirty.
Every floor had garbage lying and we go best answer there is wedding so we will take time to clear they dint even have shame to say this as if we had no value they did a favor by giving us rooms.
Suddenly middle of the night fan starts making noise.
In such covid time its more worst to go there.
No hand wash at the basin they said we don't give no tooth brush and toothpaste.
N we were never informed that we don't give we would have carried soap for handwash and our clean towels.
Worst place to visit is rainforest don't ever do go.

Decent resort situated at the bottom of hills. Food & other amenities are ok. The owner of resort was friendly and helpful.

Resort is average. Not many activities. Pool is very small. Almost no mobile network. Roads to reach this place are in a bad condition. View is good.

It was a very good experience and my family enjoyed alot. If washrooms and facilities of water filter, hangers are added, it would be more exquisite.

Budget Hotel. Some tents are really good with good furnings, while some tents have substandard furning. Bed Sheet and Pillow covers dont appear very clean. Advise to carry personal bedsheets and pillow covers. Food is strictly ordinary. Staff are cordial and try to provide the best with limited resources. Surroundings are nice in rainy season.

Good and cheaper than neighboring resorts Cost Rs 2000 /head Great food.

I have been to Taloli resort in monsoon. I would suggest for 1 day/1 night stay, not more than that. Breakfast, lunch, dinner everything is included under your payment, but for each and everything they have timings, you won't get tea/coffee whenever you want. Bedsheets, furniture were not cleaned. Food was good. They have multiple options for breakfast, food. So overall, for 1 night stay costing is OK.

It's an Awesome place, beautiful scenery and the cottages are comfy too. Loved staying here. Prefer going on weekdays cuz it's mostly empty.

Worst place to stay. Food equally bad. Ignore. Better stay at home than go to Taloli Tents. You can stay instead at other places nearby it — like Rain Forest, Bodh Valley.

It is a very beautiful weekend getaway. The surroundings are really very amazing. The food is good. The staff is really courteous. Lots of places to visit in the nearby areas including Sula vineyards, York vineyards, bhavuli dam etc. 100% will recommend it.

Avoid Tents if possible at all costs. Overall apart from the location nothing works. Worst food, muddy water, smelly rooms, pathetic washrooms with leakage and breakage. You can go to Rainforest resort which is thousand times better for a bi5 of extra expense.

Taloli tents are a very good place for vacations Weather was great! Service and food is good Tent are clean, bt sheets were not. Overall a nice place.

Tent rooms are kind of ok. Sufficient space inside. A small swimming pool is there. And the playground is nice. Good place to relax, to move away from the routined daily life.

An extremely poorly maintained resort at a not very easily accessible place in Igatpuri. Might be good drive to the resort in rainy season though. Got all cons here to share: 1. The tents were dirty with furniture (that too not of good quality) covered with dust. 2. Bathrooms were not clean, with fittings giving a very old feel. 3. The food is prepared in highly unhygienic conditions as there were flies every where. In the kitchen and on the food buffet table. 4. We had booked two tents for one night. The power kept going down every now and then in spite of a generator back up. When asked we were told as all tents are occupied, power load is too much. Hence the issue. Doesn't make sense to me! 5. Things provided in room for example towels and bedsheets were not cleaned properly. Seemed Bed Sheet and blankets were not even changed after last check out, as both had food stains. Also bed sheet had quite "suspicious" stains. 6. Don't fall for description of pool. It's a pool for kids. With no ambience whatsoever. 7. You have to make full payment right at the time of check-in as opposed to general payment method at checkout. Looks like management knew people might not be willing to pay at the time of checkout. 8. Talking about management, neither the owner nor the guys working there are trained. Seems just regular villagers who have been picked out and employed. Nothing against the villagers or the guys personally, as they all seem good people.
